This hotel, a short walk across the Arkansas River from Little Rock, was a good place to stay. The room was comfortable, and breakfast wss good. One could get to most of the major attractions in Little Rock using the hotel's free area shuttle. However, something unsettling happened when I checked out. The hotel had attached my invoice to a message it sent via hotels.com, but I was unable to open the attachment on my phone. When I asked someone at the front desk to print the invoice or at least tell me what was in it, he said that the system did not allow him to do that if the room was booked through a third party. However, I have booked many rooms through hotels.com, but this was the first time something like this happened to me. Needless to say, the incident put a damper on my stay.

Great location, very underwhelming room. Dark and drab bathroom, and luckily just a roadtrip overnight stop.

Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. Parking was easy. If I’m ever in the area, I will stay here.

Had to call maintenance to come and fix tv. The toilet ran almost non stop! And it was very loud! And made it difficult to sleep! The hot tub wasn’t thoroughly cleaned prior to us being able to use it. So we had to clean it prior to using it. At about 9:30 a m the next day we had the do not disturb sign in the door. And there were still two interuptions he was from housekeeping unexpectedly We had a do not disturb sign hanging in the door. Also, overnight, the tv stopped working again.
