Property was in need of repairs. Room was dirty, lamps broken, floor damp, room smelled bad. Staff were nice but I will never stay here again and would not recommend it for anyone.

The hotel may look clean from the outside, but the inside is unkempt and lackluster. Originally given room 224, we had to change because the room’s TV remote did not work and the toilet didn’t flush. We were then moved to room 110. Not much better as the door didn’t close without having to literally slam it shut. The mattresses are also on incredibly creaky frames, so be prepared to hear noises every time you move on the bed. The walls are also thin, and you can hear everything someone says just standing in the hallway. The front desk clerk was snarky and argumentative and not exactly accommodating. She didn’t describe any amenities available, including whether there was a breakfast or what time it was served. All in all, if you prefer a hotel with a cheap motel feel, this is the place for you. I wouldn’t give this place more than one star out of five. Worst Wingate I’ve ever stayed in.

Did not have a good experience there. Had issues with the key card opening the door. Had to have the staff do it. No one at the desk, they were either sitting on a couch or in the back. Get into the room only to find the TV didn't work. Then the AC started making noises. It suited our purpose, but a lot of those things shouldn't have happened.
