Best Western Presidential Hotel & Suites

We stay here when traveling south. The staff has always been great, the bfast is good. I was told a storm went through, but we didn't hear it due to the loudness of the air unit. If they could somehow fix those, the relating would be higher.

Staff and breakfast were really lovely. The shower was phenomenal! However, there was only one ice machine and you had to walk down a hall with the carpet being sopping wet due to a leak to get to it. Had to change my socks twice because I forgot. It also smelled of Marijuana in our hall way a couple times, but not too bad. Overall, the nice staff, good food, and comfortable bed (not to mention the convenientance of being so very close to the casino) makes me highly recommended this hotel! Thank you for being kind and affordable.

Still great but I see some changes that could drop this hotel

The hotel was pretty rundown. The rooms smelled extremely strong of a very strong smelling cleaner. The front desk clerk would not check us in until 3 o’clock and we arrived at 2:15 claiming that there were no rooms available. The area itself is also on a downturn. There’s a very large fairly new built casino across the street, but it looked like it was members only type situation. There were no places to eat around the hotel so we had to drive about 5 miles. The breakfast was not super appetizing looking so we did not eat any.
