Do NOT stay at this hotel. There were roaches crawling all over the curtains and bathroom in our room, and multiple people were complaining about being assigned to rooms that already had guests staying in them when we were checking in. We should’ve left then because an hour after we checked in, the front desk staff to get into our room and said she “forgot she’d put us in that room”! A huge security threat! There were teenage girls on a XC team that she sent to rooms that already had occupants! That’s scary. Do NOT stay here.

I booked the room and showed up. They said they may have overbooked. After 20 minutes at the desk (with a VERY NICE woman at the front desk), she found me a room. But when I walked in, all the lights were on. Someone had clearly sat on the bed (pillows were moved and the bedspread was wrinkled). There was also a plastic wrapper (from a plastic cup) on the table. It also smelled strongly of cigarettes even though it was supposedly a smoke-free property. I went back to the desk and explained that I needed a refund. The nice woman worked with me on the refund. This is clearly a management issue. I will not stay there again. And FYI, I’m really not that picky. I’ve stayed in low-end motels that are clean and well-managed. This place needs new management.

The elevator smelled like marijuana, the room smelled like a locker room, huge stain on the carpet, rust in the tub, light on one side of the bed did not work, light on the mirror in bathroom did not work, huge tear in the shade. We were in 303.

There was a constant beeping sound in the lobby that fortunately we could not hear in our room. We also could not hear the loud and constant rumbling sound that came from the property next door. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke. The bed side lamps had no light bulbs in them and everything on the night stand was unplugged. None of the 3 ice makers in the building were working. The shower curtain was literally hanging on by a thread. The hair dryer did not work because the plug casing was cracked, that could have been an electrocution or fire risk. Makes me wonder if the lamps were also unplugged because they were potentially faulty. We paid over the max. price for this room ($175, while $150 was listed on the room door) because of an event in town (one we were not even in town for) that limited the number of available rooms. The excessive cost made the terrible accommodations even more of a frustration. Do not stay here!
