There was a couple in the parking lot parked next to my car. They spray painted their white Dodge Durango black, in the parking lot. Apparently the propertys maintenance man said he could do it. The pool was very, very warm & the hot tub didn't even work. Beds were comfortable.

Room bathroom smelled of strong cigarette smoke in the morning. Lobby bathroom could not be used because there was excrement all over. Pool was dirty, hot tub not working. Floors and elevator were dirty and sticky. Wish I could write a better review.

Good location and room for us all. Hotel needs a renovation! Who’s ever heard of a square pillow that barely fits under your head. Workout equipment had several issues. Only two options and the bike is broken and buttons on the treadmill are not functional. Treadmill was also not accurately giving me the speed.

Was really wanting to use the hot tub. After arrival realized there was caution tape around the hot tub. So not in use. Room air conditioner didn’t work very well. Room was not cold.

The first room we were placed in was already being occupied by a different guest. The lady at the front desk confirmed that another party was in fact booked for that room we were originally in. She offered to place us in a different room. Upon entry I could tell that the room was not clean. The bed was poorly made and the desk area was covered with strange residue of shorts as if it had not been cleaned in between guest. In the end, we did not feel comfortable enough to stay there and opted for a cleaner & nicer hotel despite the no refund policy which sucked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

We had to leave the property last minute as we found bed bugs in our rooms. We had 12 rooms and last minute had to look for other lodging as this hotel was absolutely not habitable unless you wanted to carry bed bugs home with y ou. Do not stay here

Very dirty hotel room! We found mouse poop in the pull out couch along with trash and shot glasses under bed. The mattresses looked like they were stained with blood and possibly other fluids. We immediately checked out and asked for a refund. The clerk at the counter was nice and apologetic.

There was visible hair and dirt on the top wrap that felt like a disposable sheet. There were crumbs in the couch. There was mold in the window. So seems that housekeeping is an issue. The front desk staff were all very polite and accommodating.

I liked the ease of location. We did not feel like the room was as clean as it could have been. There were hairs on our sheets and that made us question how clean ultimately the whole room was.

I booked this hotel for my daughter and in the middle of the night when she pulled her sheets back she discovered bed bugs. She would have left but is young and was traveling alone so she didn’t know what to do. The front desk gave her a new room but she slept on the floor because she was too worried about getting into bed again. When she asked the front desk if she could use a washing machine to ensure she wasn’t leaving with any bed bugs, they said it was broken (is that why they have bed bugs? They aren’t able to wash things? Yikes!) When asked if she could have a refund she was told “no” since we booked with a 3rd party. I’m very disappointed with this experience, but probably wouldn’t have written this review if they’d tried to even make this right by letting her wash her things and refunding us.

It was the worse experience ever. We checked and to our room amd it was a nightmare. The room smelled like smoke when there suppose to be no smoking in the hotel rooms, the sheets on the bed had cigarette burn holes in them, the bathroom floor had random hair on it like it hadnt been cleaned, the screen on the window had been cut with a big hole in it, the curtains were dirty and had blood stains on them. This hotel needs a total remodel. After we seen all of this plus more, we chekced out and went to another hotel. Do not stay here!!!!!!!

I booked a non smoke room and when it came time to check in and got the key and went to the room walked in and the room smelled like cigarettes and weed bought a spray sent and sprayed the room got rid of some of the smell but in the bathroom had a strong smell and never went away and there were some stains on the towels and top cover of bed.

I gave this review extra stars because the staff was so nice. The room was quaint, but half of the lights didn’t work. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. The tub was stained and the drain was partially clogged. The floors were pretty dirty, especially behind bathroom door. The breakfast was pretty good. Good variety and good food. Staff was over the top friendly and accommodating. It was a good stay for the price for a quick overnight.

TV would not work and told me to call Guest Services but phone was also not working. They did come up and get the TV working. Next morning the shower was a hand held that came to my chest. Made it virtually impossible to do a good job washing my hair so I just wet it down.

The room was in good condition, but the toilet was somewhat clogged and the microwave had a broken carosel. Otherwise great stay, I highly recommend it!

The hotel needs a serious overhaul. Wall paper peeling, stains all over the carpets in the room and in hallways, holes in the walls, smoke alarm ripped off the wall with wires exposed, stains on the walls and lampshades. The AC filters didn't fit in the Units so they just stuck out awkwardly. You can tell it was clean, just dingy and old. The breakfast wasn't great nor did it have many options. The biggest downfall for this trip was, I specifically booked this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was SO tiny--which was fine as my daughter was the only one in the pool, and the hot tub wasn't working, no water in it. I was told they are in the process of replacing it. There are positives. The sheets were so incredibly soft! The bed was so comfortable. I prefer a firmer mattress and this was great! Pillows were a little better than I usually get a hotel. We bring our own always, but having extras are always great! The water pressure wasn't too weak. The staff were all great and friendly. There wasn't a ton of noise. I'm not sure that I'd rebook here, but it was fine for a night. The location was great and right by everything we needed.

Overall day was pretty good. It was for my birthday we stayed two nights. The pull out bed from the couch was super uncomfortable, and the regular bed was all right. It wasn’t as bad as the pullout, but it was still uncomfortable and like the elevator area was kinda dirty we had found cigarette butts in the elevator.

The guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills, never greeted us, and watched tv the whole time. Our toilet wouldn’t flush. It had floss holding the chain on, and our bathroom flooded. Also, housekeeping just walked in while my husband and I laid in bed. Super awful experience

The front desk guy was rude, he was playing some game on his phone and was in a hurry to get back to it. We checked in around 9 pm and there was food on the elevator floor that was still there the following morning at check out 9am. The breakfast lady was really nice and attentive. She made fresh biscuits for my kids.

I love so much about this hotel! The staff are AMAZING! So friendly and helpful! The location is great. The breakfast is really good. The pool was nice. The only issues were the flickering lights in room 125. Other than that we loved our stay. This was our second time staying here and we will stay again.

This hotel is super average. Not dirty, but not clean. Not old, but not fresh. Don't expect anything more. The front desk attendant was so sound asleep when we arrived (7pm) that I had to climb over the front desk and pound on it with my fist to wake him up. Verbal queries and the ringing phone did nothing to break his slumber. We all thought he might be dead. If you're passing through, Quality Suites will suffice for one night. Beyond that, pay a little more for a better spot.

Had a great stay. Everything was great. Only problem was we had another guest walk into our room at 3am. They programmed the door key wrong or double booked the room. Glad we weren't asleep at that moment

In end they made it right, but the evening clerk assigned us 2 rooms that already had people in them. And before the night was over, 3 other families were assigned our room, which made us feel unsafe. When we checked out, i learned we were not even in the room that was actually originally assigned to us in the first place.

The hotel was not terrible, but it also wasn't amazing. It was a decent stay with adequate accommodations. The lobby waiting area was a bit dirty (crumbs on the floor and seats). There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk, you had to wave them down from the back office. I had a good night's sleep both nights I was there so I can't complain. The price was a little high for what they offer but the area was safe, and the place was decently clean.

The hotel needs a serious overhaul. Wall paper peeling, stains all over the carpets in the room and in hallways, holes in the walls, smoke alarm ripped off the wall with wires exposed, stains on the walls and lampshades. The AC filters didn't fit in the Units so they just stuck out awkwardly. You can tell it was clean, just dingy and old. The breakfast wasn't great nor did it have many options. The biggest downfall for this trip was, I specifically booked this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was SO tiny--which was fine as my daughter was the only one in the pool, and the hot tub wasn't working, no water in it. I was told they are in the process of replacing it. There are positives. The sheets were so incredibly soft! The bed was so comfortable. I prefer a firmer mattress and this was great! Pillows were a little better than I usually get a hotel. We bring our own always, but having extras are always great! The water pressure wasn't too weak. The staff were all great and friendly. There wasn't a ton of noise. I'm not sure that I'd rebook here, but it was fine for a night. The location was great and right by everything we needed.

It was very clean. Even the breakfast area was very clean and good. It is literally in the middle of everywhere and I thought it would be noisy but we didn’t hear nothing from outside. This was a rather nice hotel. I was very impressed will definitely come and stay again.

I gave this review extra stars because the staff was so nice. The room was quaint, but half of the lights didn’t work. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. The tub was stained and the drain was partially clogged. The floors were pretty dirty, especially behind bathroom door. The breakfast was pretty good. Good variety and good food. Staff was over the top friendly and accommodating. It was a good stay for the price for a quick overnight.

I love so much about this hotel! The staff are AMAZING! So friendly and helpful! The location is great. The breakfast is really good. The pool was nice. The only issues were the flickering lights in room 125. Other than that we loved our stay. This was our second time staying here and we will stay again.

Staff initially took an abnormally long time greeting us when we arrived (I had to tell several times before seeing someone) and gave us a room already occupied (we learned after trying our key card several times), hot tub advertised but out of order, clothes iron did not work, breakfast on Sunday was what little was leftover from Saturday (not pleasant) and pillows are half, instead of full- sized pillows. Definitely will not stay there next time.

Hot tub was broken, pool area was dirty, carpet was stained or torn everywhere. Our room smelled like mold, no ventilation in the bathroom made the steam get everything in there soaked. Toilet was clogged. I woke up with several bug bites on my hand. Praying they’re not from bed bugs but I would never stay there again. $240 for two nights. Breakfast was very disappointing as well.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. There were roaches crawling all over the curtains and bathroom in our room, and multiple people were complaining about being assigned to rooms that already had guests staying in them when we were checking in. We should’ve left then because an hour after we checked in, the front desk staff to get into our room and said she “forgot she’d put us in that room”! A huge security threat! There were teenage girls on a XC team that she sent to rooms that already had occupants! That’s scary. Do NOT stay here.

I booked the room and showed up. They said they may have overbooked. After 20 minutes at the desk (with a VERY NICE woman at the front desk), she found me a room. But when I walked in, all the lights were on. Someone had clearly sat on the bed (pillows were moved and the bedspread was wrinkled). There was also a plastic wrapper (from a plastic cup) on the table. It also smelled strongly of cigarettes even though it was supposedly a smoke-free property. I went back to the desk and explained that I needed a refund. The nice woman worked with me on the refund. This is clearly a management issue. I will not stay there again. And FYI, I’m really not that picky. I’ve stayed in low-end motels that are clean and well-managed. This place needs new management.

The elevator smelled like marijuana, the room smelled like a locker room, huge stain on the carpet, rust in the tub, light on one side of the bed did not work, light on the mirror in bathroom did not work, huge tear in the shade. We were in 303.

There was a constant beeping sound in the lobby that fortunately we could not hear in our room. We also could not hear the loud and constant rumbling sound that came from the property next door. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke. The bed side lamps had no light bulbs in them and everything on the night stand was unplugged. None of the 3 ice makers in the building were working. The shower curtain was literally hanging on by a thread. The hair dryer did not work because the plug casing was cracked, that could have been an electrocution or fire risk. Makes me wonder if the lamps were also unplugged because they were potentially faulty. We paid over the max. price for this room ($175, while $150 was listed on the room door) because of an event in town (one we were not even in town for) that limited the number of available rooms. The excessive cost made the terrible accommodations even more of a frustration. Do not stay here!
