Traveling with my dog and needed a bed for the night. This place was perfect. Front desk was super nice and efficient. Room was comfy and just the right temperature. Accommodations for my dog made it very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

I typically stay at Comfort Inn when visiting my grandkids in Van Buren, but this time I chose to stay at BW because of the pool. there was an outdoor pool at BW that would not have the strong chlorine smell of an indoor pool. I only stay at a hotel when visiting so that my grandkids and I can play together in a pool. The pool closed at 9:00 so that we didn't get a chance to use it. I was told that the noise would keep other guests awake because this was a workers motel. This was a Saturday night and most of the workers that would be kept awake were in the parking lot having their own good time!! Next time I will find a hotel that is more family friendly! Never staying with you again.

We had a great stay here. Great area for dogs to potty and safe to walk. Good food options close by. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would recommend is softer and nicer shower towels otherwise everything was great.

I really enjoyed this Best Western. Nice friendly staff and super clean. The only off putting thing was that it is outside access to the room which is not what I thought I was booking. And there is no elevator to the second floor rooms. So be aware of these 2 things. The picture is deceptive.

The pool wasclosed without notice. The reservation was non refundable. The clerk asked me if it was going to be a problem. I replied yes. The outdoor pool was the reason we chose to stay here. I was also asked many questions that I am not used to being asked. Why were we here, do we have kids. A $100 fee was held on my card that may not be released for 5 days and she called to make sure the room was up to my standards. She knew we were disappointed about the pool.

The room was really dirty. It had a bug on the ceiling not sure if it was dead or alive. There was spots on the sheets in one of the beds. The ac/heat system was broken. Also, to top it off there was brown stuff smeared on the wall in the bathroom and stuff in the tub. I informed the guy at the desk because customer service from hotels.com suggested I do and i declined another room which apparently irritated him so he suggested I leave which I was in the process of during that conversation. Not very professional way to handle the situation. I took pictures as well.

There were more than half a dozen large cockroaches (some dead some dying) spread out throughout the room. It was to the point where I had to look where I was putting my foot down. I reported this to the front desk. The lady was courteous. However, I was still charged the full room charge without any compensation for staying in a cockroach infested room.

This is not a typical Best Western property as you enter your room for exterior doors. Lobby was small but adequate. Check in was fast and the attendant was pleasant and kind. Room was subpar and had a musty/previously smoked in smell. The bedding and towels were clean but the overall cleanliness of the floors and behind the nightstand needed attention. It was midnight when we checked in so we did not address the issue of the odor. Would not stay here again.

Overall the room was OK, some questionable parts regarding cleanliness and it has weird smell as soon as we walked in - like a stale pee smell. Dirty towels left on the hook behind the door. The beds were clean and mostly comfortable. Again, overall it was fine for 1 overnight.

This is an older motel with entrance from the outside. The area isn’t lighted well. The rooms and breakfast area have been remodeled and are in good condition. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It quiet during our stay.

This is an older facility in need of updates. It was mostly clean (as much as can be expected for the age of the building). The staff were great - friendly and helpful. The internet was painfully slow and erratic. Towels threadbare and small. It was, though, a quiet stay - not always a situation when pets are allowed.

Really more of a motel with outside steps to second floor. Rooms have been upgraded and are clean. AC struggled all night to cool the room. Staff was very nice and the price was quite reasonable.

The woman at the front desk was very nice. The room product is pretty nice. The mattress was awful. The room was fairly noisy. The free breakfast was about what you’d expect. It was fairly noisy with the rooms next-door. The location is quite convenient from the interstate.

There was a problem with their reservation system so I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for the clerck to do something. She was really nice and trying to fix it but it was bad to wait for so long . There should have a back up plan for such situation

I highly recommend staying here. We are moving across country with our dogs and the staff was just amazing. Great service is hard to find but they are killing the hospitality!!

I was unable to make my trip due to car issues. The Hotel management was reluctant to cancel my stay which leaves me to believe they have no compassion and are only interested in profits. I did try to cancel two weeks in advance. I would not recommend this place.

Upon arrival the young man who checked us in was excellent (Matthew maybe was his name?). He called after we got in to be sure all was good. After we got somewhat settled & utilized the small refrig, I noticed it wasn’t cooling correctly. I called & he said someone would come & look at it. An Indian man came, was very rude; said had too much food in it & left! This is the first problem. Then, under tornado warnings, sirens going off & pouring rain, thunder/lightening, several people came in & asked for a room for the night & this same man told them “power is out so can’t check u in so u can’t get a room & leave if u want” and spoken in a very nasty, demeaning way to these people!! Really….in the middle of Sirens & pouring rain, thunder & lightening and he treats potential customers this way?? We invited one group to come to our room & wait. Others sat in breakfast area & waited. This owner/manager, was extremely rude to stranded travelers showing no Compassion!! It certainly does not speak well of Best Western hotels!! I have NEVER seen this uncaring attitude in any hotel/motel and will NEVER visit this hotel Again & be sure to steer others away from there!! Best Western is much better than how this man treated his consumers!!!

The woman at the front desk was very nice. The room product is pretty nice. The mattress was awful. The room was fairly noisy. The free breakfast was about what you’d expect. It was fairly noisy with the rooms next-door. The location is quite convenient from the interstate.

The only part that was disappointing was breakfast. The eggs looked like they had been flattened out n tasted nasty, no waffles, bagels or muffins.

We stayed in a pet friendly room. It was a nice size room with a standard bathroom, good water pressure. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative with room itself was the carpet. It seemed a little sticky which I believe is due to how it is being cleaned which is leaving soap residue behind. The room smelled clean and all other surfaces were clean. Also was not thrilled with the complementary breakfast. The selection was a bit sparse and the coffee was a little bitter. But all in all the staff was helpful and friendly and the price reasonable and being pet friendly I would still recommend this hotel.

The staff was great. The AC unit was very loud and the room was dated. Unfortunately everywhere around the facility smelled like cat pee. We saw him hiding under the stairs. The staff was great, the juice for breakfast was horrible.

We booked this last minute on our way through town. We were very pleased! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great. I would not hesitate to stay here again

This is a dated property, but clean. As a matter of fact, when we arrived, they were cleaning the carpets. We stayed in a Pet room - no odours. Breakfast was standard fare. Close to a mall for food

Evening front desk was very welcoming. It was a nice, warm basic king room with an outside entrance. Breakfast was sparse, but enough to get us on the road again.

The hotel is very dated and needs and upgrade. No USB outlets in the room. Needs new towels and carpets removed. Asked for two additional towels and was questioned as to why they were needed. (Only two were in the room for a couple) Small parking lot which only provide very minimal large rig parking, but advertises rv/ oversized parking available.

The hotel is older and kind of run down with outdoor entry which we weren't aware of but was quiet and pretty clean. Not a bad stay but would prefer to stay in a interior corridor next time

Was a good hotel. How ever the breakfast was the same every day. And im pretty sure they put up the left over eggs and served them again the next few days in a row. Micro wave burnt eggs and cheese same gross sausage every day. Uncooked hash triangles. Not enough milk had to keep asking for things. Coffee cold and not out on time. Night manager sarcastic and not found many times. Had to ask for clean towels multipule times during these 4 days. One room cleaning person was rude one was not. All I asked for was clean towels every day no need to do sheets. 4 day stay all in all wont go back. Could be a good place with effort!
