I did not like that when we went swimming the blue paint from the pool got on our hands and feet. I also did not like the fact there was only cereal at the breakfast and the beds were too hard and high. There was also a lot of noise.

This stay was horrible. The hotel itself was nasty. They did not clean the rooms like they should. We found roaches inside our room. People outside were talking as loud as they could yet we couldn’t go and enjoy ourselves in the pool because we were too loud. Also, if you asked for anything you had to go to the desk to get it and if they did bring you something they were upset about it. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

Didn't we like about that the service at the front desk was non existent they kept locking the swimming pool area every time I got out there was no one else using the swimming pool during the day but they kept the doors locked had to go to the front desk and get them to open the swimming area

Burns in the bed spread. Other bed spread has stains. Didn’t have but 2 towels and a used shampoo. I had to go ask for more items. When I put the shampoo next to the other already in the bathroom, you could tell it was used prior to us. Walls are dirty and sticky. Mirror has hand prints all over it. After taking a shower you can tell someone has wrote all over the mirror and see the hand prints very well. Bath tub needs to be brush scrubbed as it has dirt or stains in the grooves. AC was off. Fridge was off. Tv remote works intermittently. One of the towels has a large hole in it.

The second night, we left early because my daughter saw two roaches crawling around in the bathroom. The guy at the front desk stated they would refund us but when we spoke with the manager he said they would not because we went through a third party. The third party contacted them, and he wouldn’t answer at first. When he finally answered, he still would not refund us! I would NOT recommend staying here!

The pictures are very outdated, so all the themes are still there in the rooms but there is paint missing off the walls and the furniture is severly scratched up, stains on the comforter and it smelled funny. We got there just in time for bed but most disappointing of all was breakfast. Coffee, frosted flakes and a fruit cup of mandrin oranges and thats it. We wanted to eat a good breakfast and go, at least something hot. We will be making many trips back in the future but will find another nearby hotel.

Upon arrival, I needed to use a restroom. (I'd been on the road for a while) There were no customer restrooms in or around the lobby. My room was clean, but the mattress was worn out on the bed. The walls in this hotel are thin and you can hear just about everything going on around the room. It was a place to sleep, but not comfortably... I'll go somewhere else next time!

They didn’t honor my reservation booked. The man didn’t even type my name or confirmation number into the computer to see about it. I handed him cash expecting change, and he immediately said, “We don’t have your reservation.” It was cool stay overall, he just didn’t honor my reservation and I didn’t like that.

The morning staff was very rude. He was profiling my son. There was no breakfast to speak of. There was just cold cereal and coffee. And according to the coffee drinkers in my group, it was so bad it was undrinkable.

We went to breakfast and there was no coffee, no milk for cereal. OJ tasted terrible. Only had waffle mix, 2 small muffins. It was as about 8:45 when we got down there and would not get husband coffee. They did get milk for cereal. Not much for breakfast

The morning staff was very rude. He was profiling my son. There was no breakfast to speak of. There was just cold cereal and coffee. And according to the coffee drinkers in my group, it was so bad it was undrinkable.

There was no hot tub, no vending machines. The whole side door glass was completely broken out as if someone shattered it to get in. The parking lot was big, open and sketchy. Signs saying the owners are not responsible for any vehicle break ins. The clerk was very sweet but when I was sent to my room, the air conditioner was completely off with it being 4pm and 96 degrees outside, plus the heat index so I had to turn it on full speed to try and cool down. The door that led to the inside had stairs to the second floor and the whole interior reeked off weed and cigarettes. My room smelled of terrible, old perfume or spray that was extremely overpowering. I had a couple of live roaches in the bathroom.(YUCK) So I made sure not to leave my toothbrush out. The room was old, but served its purpose for one night.

The only bad thing I have to say is the bedside lights on both sides of the bed are annoyingly too bright. When trying to plug a computer or a phone cord into the plug ins underneath the lights it's impossible to see where the plugs ins are and where to plug the cords in. The lights are right in your eyes and makes it impossible to see. I wouldn't have those lights in my bedroom at home if they were free.
