Shower didn't have any hot water. In between the truck stop and hotel property is dirty. Truck stop truckers and hotel guests throwing there trash on the ground. Garbage by my room next to trash can not emptied and or trash not thrown away. Washer and dryers needed to be cleaned, very dirty. Had a king room,was nice for the price. Staff and maids were very nice.

Long day riding on our motorcycles hot and tired. Check in lady was polite and efficient. Unfortunately, the reason we booked the hotel was for laundry machines, which were not in service. Thankfully, there were laundry facilities next door at Love's truck stop and we were able to do laundry there. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A/C worked and our stay was overall good. Would recommend for a quick overnight stay. Long term with big trucks running next door wouldn't be too pleasant.

They were in the process of upgrading/remodeling the motel. It looks great! Pool was refreshing. Staff was so accommodating and so nice. Both the day shift and night shift. Breakfast was included which was a nice surprise. Great stay! Downfall, right next to two truck stop gas stations so traffic and idle noise was definitely running 24hrs.

Room had bedding with cigarette burn marks, toilet had to be flushed correctly to keep from running forever, no room cleaning unless requested but they took our towels with no replacements, breakfast sub par no eggs or bacon or sausage, jacuzzi is paved over, pool is cold and has bird feathers

The young lady that checked us in in the evening was great, our room key did not work initially, but she was prompt to get us another one. Great attitude! The property itself is dirty, but it is in the middle of a truck stop so what can you expect…

Great front desk staff but unfortunately there is a party going on in the parking lot and at the pool. It is very uncomfortable for a single woman to have to deal with a bunch of men smoking and cussing and drinking.

Location was good, customer service was excellent, parking lot needed cleaning, tire was on the parking lot and several pairs of tennis shoes were all over the parking lot. The room was clean but outdated. Broken pieces like the clothing hook was missing, second security latch was broken, the fridge was lose, the expandable mirror was missing but the bracket base was still attached to the wall. I didn’t take a shower because the towels were washed but way too yellow that look dirty.

There was blood and urine on the floor and walls in both rooms I was given. Black mold in the shower and hair on the floor and shower. Floor was filthy and sticky and shower and toilet were stained and dirty. Most filthy and unsanitary place I have ever seen and worst hotel I have ever stayed at. This place should be shut down by the health department. Stay away.

This hotel was filthy. Looked like the floor had not been moped in years, infact, after I showered, the shower towel had black foot prints on it, just from water soaking through. There was toothpaste on the counter and dirt all over the floor. I was afraid to touch the TV remote until I cleaned it. It looked like last nights dinner was on it. There was wires hanging from the ceiling from a removed smoke detector just to cap off our evening.

We booked this room as a stopping point from AZ to CA since we were traveling with 2 kids under 3. We thought we could stop for a few hours, stretch our legs and let the kids sleep for a bit before hitting the road again. From the moment we checked in it was bad - we should have to demanded a refund and just kept on driving though. This is not a family friendly hotel. There were groups of people congregating outside their rooms smoking pot and blaring music. There was a bum sleeping in the dirt next to the parking lot, just outside the rooms. The room was dirty. There were stains on the sheets and blankets. The door was pretty banged up from the inside. The flush handle on the toilet was cracked and barely hanging on. There was soap scum stains in the bathtub. They gave 2 tiny flat pillows. The floors were grimy. There was a strong smell of ammonia when you first opened the door - there’s a clean, fresh scent and then there’s the smell of a half ass clean covered with ammonia. We won’t be staying here again.

If I were Days Inn, I'd be embarrassed to have my name on this hotel in Buckeye Arizona. What a "poop" hole! Our first room was so bad we had to change to another. Lights didn't work (even the only ones above the sink), stain on the white bedspread, air conditioner was extremely noisy - sounded like it was going to jump off the wall (this kept us up on the first night and the main reason we had to switch rooms), no small bar of soap at the sink to wash our hands, no wash clothes to take a bath or shower with, smoke detector was pulled from the ceiling (where there were black fingerprints of the person who dismantled it), 1 hand towel and two bath towels (for two people) to use for 4 days without having had the cleaning people check in and replace toweling for us or make the beds. The pillows on the bed were tiny - like throw pillows for a couch (the beds were queen size). When we asked for additional pillows, they didn't have any. The continental breakfast was a complete joke - just cold cereal (two kinds MAYBE), toast, and waffles (the waffle iron had burnt mix on it so no one could make more unless they cleaned the gridle first). One flavor/type yogurt. No eggs, no meat and/or any potatoes. There were also small damages to the rooms like clothes hooks pulled off the wall w/o having been replaced. We will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again!

I asked to the guy at the front desk if i can switch rooms due to the fact that ac unit in the room was on high and it still didn't run right it was hot in the room & the fan in the bathroom wasso loud every time i would turn it on it would be obnoxiously loud to the point u wouldn't want it on the phone in my the room didn't even work at all and in the end he never ended up switching rooms he didn't bother to check room 102 was the #

Bed is comfortable. Holes in walls, dirty floors. Broken door locks (primary lock is good but no secondary lock.) Furniture old and damaged. No chair or table in room - only the bed.

The receptionist was especially not helpful. We are an older couple and she had us in a second floor room. No elevators, so we had to lug our stuff up the stairs. We checked in right when normal check-in started and asked if there was any way we could be put in a first floor room. She refused saying the property was totally booked for the night. That had nothing to do with who went where, but that was her excuse not to help us. The door to the room was difficult to operate. Had to push down very hard to get the door open. The phone in the room didn't work, and there was no stopper for the tub so my wife could not take the bath she was so looking forward to. When I brought these issues to the receptionist's attention, she said there were no stoppers for the tubs, said nothing about the phone, and offered no compensation for our trouble. They also did not accommodate our request for a bit of a later check-out again stating they were fully booked for that evening (seems to be a "go-to" excuse there).

My keycard did not work. I had to go down to the office with all my stuff and ask for help, she proceeds to tell me that my cell phone is to close to the electronic device on the door? Like what? That has nothing to do with my card not working on the door. At checkout I wanted to use a different credit card than what i used to hold my reservation, was told that they already charged my card. I was very disappointed with the service and my room.

When I went to check out on Tuesday morning, there was nobody at the desk. I waited 1518 minutes went back up to my room got the card that shows my room number on it. Put the key in the card and put it on the desk at the front desk still nobody there.

It was a very quiet, clean and reasonable price for our stay. We had a microwave, fridge, and any toiletries we needed employees were more than happy to give to us. The employees were very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

I was awakened at 3 AM with two people standing in my doorway. The front desk assigned my room (which I still had paid for and reserved for 3 more days) to another group of people. This was not a simple mistake, this was failure at multiple levels; I requested no housekeeping, housekeeping had not been in my room the prior two days, so how is the front desk fine with assigning a room that has not been serviced by housekeeping between guests?

1st they changed my reservation that was made many months in advance and never bothered to notify me, I didn't find out until I drove 17 hours only to find they didn't have my room, changed it without notice, claimed to have called me yet no missed calls or voicemails. Then they didn't want to compromise only give me a 40.00 discount on a room I couldn't use. Then I find out they already charged my card and they weren't supposed to until I was there. Asked for a receipt only to be told they can't give me one.

This is my second time attempting to book here for my drivers and each time there is an issue. We stayed there once but had to double book because they didn\'t honor our first one and I couldn\'t have my driver sleep in his car. The second time, they said expedia\'s card was declined even though it showed "Paid" and I had confirmation number. The manager said she would cancel the rooms and expedia would have to reach out, but that\'s what she said the first time when she refused to waive the penalty. Then she threw the credit card at my driver and said she is cheap and to "get the hell out". This was by far our worst experience ever and twice at this place. We are loyal and frequent users of Expedia, but this was by far the worst.

Friendly staff. Run down, ancient furniture, No desk chair, no hair dryer, very limited breakfast, freeway noise. Great Indian food next door. Ok for one night on way through but wouldn’t be back.

Good location before Phoenix. Was quiet enough and Felt safe. Bedding was clean but that’s about it. Dirtiest room I’ve ever rented. Good price though.

The young lady that checked us in in the evening was great, our room key did not work initially, but she was prompt to get us another one. Great attitude! The property itself is dirty, but it is in the middle of a truck stop so what can you expect…

So bad. The room was gross. There was a towel in a double room no wash cloths. People yelling out side. All night long. Awful pillows. The breakfast was so bad! The waffle iron looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. And the juice dispenser didn’t work. And to top it off someone’s able to open our door in our room while we were in there. Very unsettling while traveling with young kids.

We stayed at 3 different places on this particular business trip and this place was by far the worst yet most expensive. It was almost $200/night and was $70 more than the nicest place we stayed. The free breakfast was nothing special and it was basically in the middle of a truck stop. Not a great spot and definitely not worth the price.

Room had bedding with cigarette burn marks, toilet had to be flushed correctly to keep from running forever, no room cleaning unless requested but they took our towels with no replacements, breakfast sub par no eggs or bacon or sausage, jacuzzi is paved over, pool is cold and has bird feathers

The staff was real friendly and excellent service , but the room… one of the beds had a stain, there was zero water pressure for the shower barley got warm so I took a semi cold shower.. and the free breakfast was just cereal, toast , packaged oatmeal. It was just now worth $11 for one night.

This property should have been better since it has the Wyndham name associated with it. Mold on the floors and shower leaking. There was no breakfast per se as they had only dry cereal and bread. It sure was not what I expected for the price that was paid.

Expect noise as this is by 2 truck fueling gas stations and the freeway. Needs updating. Fan in the bathroom did not turn off so you heard that buzzing all night. One room had a coffee maker, the other didn't. One had an iron but no board. Asked for extra towels, never got them.Breakfast--so-so. Cheap and you get your monies worth

I want to thank the two clerks at the hotel the one in the morning and the one in the evening they were both so sweet, and helpful. 🙏🥰 I had a wonderful room; a king bed non smoking, it was very nice and comfortable, with a big restroom. I liked it alot, and we had breakfast in the morning before checking out, make your own waffle, there was two different kinds of cereal, boiled eggs, toast, peanut butter, strawberry jelly and mixed fruit, coffee ☕ there was decaf and regular, and there was some oatmeal.

The TV didn’t work. The bathroom is shabby. Look at the paint on the door frame for example, and toilet staining. Room needs to be refinished. Large room with so much open space could be decorated so much better.

The rooms are ok but not what you expect for $100 a night. The pool is so green it's gross. The breakfast was sad. No yogurt no juice. No way to toast your bread. Basically cereal and waffles if they have the batter. Staff is nice but the hotel needs a lot of work.
