Todo muy bien..

El agua de la regadera para bañarse no dejo de salir fria. Tebia prisa y asi me bañe. Espere 5 min a que saliera tibia y nada. Yo se que me hubieran ayudado si lo huboera reportado, pero es incomodo despertar casi desnudo y perder mi privacidad para que alguien revise o cambiar de habitacion. Habitacion limpia y ordenada

The entire lobby was under renovation that included the all the flooring. Very little notice, when went to breakfast, dust was all over the food and serving dishes, construction noise was so loud that it was difficult to talk at the table. The water supply was shut off all day one day and finally was turned on about 8:00 PM> Again, no notice of anything or apology! When I called to see what the hotel would do as a result of the noise, limited elevator access etc, the attendant said all they would do is cancel my reservation! Not even one hint of apology! My friend who lives there and recommended the property said he will not let any visitors stay there again. I have complained via the surveys you provided and no response from there either!

The room was not clean at all. Visible dust along the wall base trim. The carpet was visibly dirty. We had a pull out sofa bed. We had to get linens from the front desk for the sofa bed. None available in the room.there was not a mattress cover. The sofa bed needs to be replaced. So uncomfortable! The pool area was very nice as well the breakfast area. We have friends to visit in the area, and will not be staying at this establishment again. For the price paid, I would expect more.
