The exercise room is closed, as is access to computer. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping never stopped in. We took out our own trash and had to chase down new towels. Room fridge was broken. Will not stay again

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is what it looks like when the “ manager “ bursts in the room at 11:03 to declare you are now being charged the late checkout fine of $25 for not having vacated the room by 11 00. “ breakfast” is a packaged muffin packaged yoghurt and a bottle of water together with juice and a coffee at the station in the foyer. Filth and bugs absolutely everywhere pool disgusting . Can only recommend: DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

Requested 2 queen beds, but ended up with 2 full beds in a room that smelled like something was dead. I would have used the vent fan, but it was broken. So was the fridge, microwave and tv. The pool was padlocked closed, which was inconvenient but I guess it kept people from coming in my door that didn’t lock.

The price for pets was not $10 a night, it was $25 a night. They no longer have an exercise room. The television did not work properly. The ceiling fan couldn't be turned off or adjusted. The swimming pool was great. Very clean pool. The vinyl in the hallways was in very poor shape. They only had room service on Tuesday and Friday. There were some very nice restaurants near the hotel. The sliding door to the outside did not seal well. The hotel was not secure as the outside doors were not locked at all. They appear to be operating with limited employees.

Only true downside - two entrances to building, one on each end. The door farthest from the main road was missing the lock and couldn't be opened! Major fire code violation!

It was a place to put our heads down. It is in dire need of an overhaul. The exit door doesn’t lock when you leave. The pool was green and full of trash. There is NO GYM which was the reason I booked this hotel. The bathroom sink was disgusting. The metal bar in the tub fell off. Not enough outlets for anything. The woman who checked us in was friendly. The breakfast is a brown bag of muffins, water and yogurt.

I was completely shocked by the $150 deposit that was required. This wasn't what I thought it would be, fairly decent, Motel 6 wouldve been better. I think I spent too much for this place. Looks renovated and the floors creaked as we walked. Decent bathrooms, pool was dirty and closed, and they were having problems with the key card maker. I wouldnt stay here unless you really need a place to stay the night. I dont recommend this place though.

Property is run down and needs maintenance. Doors leading to outside are never kept closed and locked. Ice machine does not work (only one on site). Soda machine does not work (only one on site). Pool is locked and closed. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for the price.

The lady at check in was very pleasant, and the building on the outside looked nice, but once inside the age and deferred maintenance of the property started to show. The counter in the lobby was faded and worn. the flooring in the hall way was peeling up. The outside door to the parking lot was to be operated with the room key card, but the handle on the door was broken and door was always ajar. Once inside, the toilet was extremely low making it difficult to sit down or get up. The refrigerator had not been defrosted and had ice built up in the lower refer portion. The heater/cooler, although it worked, was filthy. It had also had never been cleaned and I hated to have to touch it to turn it on. Finally, the room had patio doors that opened to the outside, but the lock on it did not work and they had a bar in the track to keep it closed. And lets not forget that the listing says free breakfast which consists of a bottle of water, coffee, a muffin, and a yogurt. The property could be a great place to stay if the owners would do a complete overhaul of the interior.

The property was filthy, staff refused to change the sheets on the bed and handed them to us expecting us to clean the room. Sheets, pillows, headboard, etc was dirty with gray and black spots. We canceled the remaining three nights, but we were charged for the entire four nights and no money refunded from Super 8 or Travelocity. Calls haven’t been returned, super 8 staff has hung up the phone on us, and services were unacceptable from both parties.

Would NOT recommend. Dirty. Hair in the shower. Literally a piece of lettuce in the toilet. The floors have recently been “updated” to a vinyl plank, which look nice, but it is not secure to the floor so the sticky substance of whatever they used makes a loud noise every time you walk. You can hear everything from the hallway. The tv didn’t work. I was traveling alone and did not feel safe.

Absolutely not, ever again. The rooms appear clean but don't pull the bed sheets back. I always check for bugs and what I found was filth. If i could only post pics. No bugs but a horribly stained mattress that was so bad I couldn't bring myself to pull the sheets back further than the corner. A head shaped stain right where i had to lay my own head. Looked biohazard, only thing making that kind of stain in that area is blood. I was an EMT for years, and it looks like someone was shot in the head and bled into the mattress. Def not worth the $160 I had to pay. I'll be asking Expedia for at least a partial refund. This was the dirtiest mattress I've ever been forced to sleep on and i travel a LOT. Disgusting.

The room had rodent droppings near the bed and the bathroom was dirty, with hairs on the baseboards. I was given another room which was clean, but management acted like it was no big deal and said I could “Find another hotel.” The fact that they acted this way towards me and offered no compensation or future credit to me shows how terrible of a place this is. Two of the four nights there we wound up staying overnight in Prescott. Very disappointed and shocked!with their service.

I booked a room with a King Size bed and got a room with two Queens. Room was somewhat clean but not throughly. Also had a strong smell of cleaning products. The coffee maker looked so old and dirty that I could not bring myself to use it. Everything in the room looks super old and outdated

On Hotels, we paid in full for a Standard room with 2 queen beds. We were given a sun-standard room with 2 double beds. The room wasn't clean well. There was small pieces of trash on floor. There was 3 yellow-orange water strips in bathtubs they didn't rinse out. When you sit on the bed, it rolls backward. When I told the front desk we were given double beds and not queens, she said we had to take it up with a third party. I recommend that no one stay here. P.S. the beds were comforable for sleeping.

I wouldn't staybhere ever again. The first room i was put in smelled like pee, there was trash in the floor, and the sliding door did not lock. The 2nd room i was put in felt sticky and nasty. Oh and their "queen" beds were actually fullsize beds. Definitely should've found one that was different.

Staff was friendly at check-in. There is no elevator, so we carried our large bags up the stairs. Some of the floor tiles were sunken in the upstairs hallway, so we weren’t able to roll our luggage. One of the bed frames was broken, so if you sat on one side of the bed without someone on the other side it would fall to the ground. The towels smelled sour. For continental breakfast you could ask the front desk for a yogurt and muffin.

The vinyl plank flooring in the rooms and hall crackled when you walked and felt sticky. We can't change inconsiderate people but the doors BANGED when shut into the early morning hours. Surely there is a way for the motel to prevent doors from banging. The inconsiderate people talking loudly in the hall sounded like they were right in the room with us.

I reserved a room at this Super-8 motel because I have always enjoyed my stays at Super-8’s, and their listing on Hotels.com indicated this property was “pet-friendly.” When I arrived on a cold night after 9:45pm, I was informed the pet-friendly rooms were sold-out, and no more are available. They wouldn’t let me check-in, even though I had a guaranteed reservation through Hotels.com. Instead, the front desk reception insisted on canceling my reservation. Mind you, I needed to find another lodging accommodation at this late hour (10:00pm!) for myself because I can’t sleep in my car as a woman almost 70 years old in the January wintertime. I recommend, if you’re seeking a pet-friendly hotel, call the property prior to completing the booking to confirm your pet will be welcome. This has never happened to me before. Whenever I have booked a hotel reservation that indicates “pet-friendly property” on their website, it has 100% been honored. I am still dealing with getting the money I paid for this hotel room refunded to me! The whole thing that happened to me was totally unacceptable.

We have been using this hotel more then a year and we book every 2 days a week for my business. It happened 2 time normally price for each night $100 but I book this time $67/night and we check in they said I don’t have booking and call hotel.com they talked to this hotel but couldn’t help we have to pay walkin price $170/night. Hotel.com refund $67 they want more money it not right. It twice alredy this hotel is bad they don’t accept third party if price book cheap. They make third party app refund customers and they took cash price. This hotel super 8 is very bad. I will try get more information from city chandler how can we files complain about this hotel it not right at all.

Front desk worker was very rude, they charged 3x the pet fee as advertised on Hotels.com (hotels.com helped me with that though thank you). Still waiting for my deposit returned after 4 days which they accidentally doubled. Breakfast consisted of a paper bag with a bottle of water and an Activia yogurt and a spoon. The floors were dirty when we walked in, the bathroom was out of toilet paper, and the toilet was loose. The beds did not have a separate blanket just a sheet and top cover. The sliding door was screwed shut. Also the fridge was tepid but at least didn’t smell. For the massively over priced Super 8 I expected at least a little more and was disappointed.

Poor treatment from the staff. For a while now, they've been telling you that checkout is at 11 a.m., and starting at 10:15 a.m., they're already knocking on your door. If you leave five minutes after 11:30 a.m., they want to charge you $25. The condition of the place is deplorable. Damaged furniture, dirty curtains, a hallway floor literally falling apart, the vending machines with hot drinks, stained towels, among other things.

After i checked in i went to out side of the reception counter , i went to use my card to get in, it wS open and did not work. Where i asked the agent about it and she told all the exterior doors where broken and theve been that whay for years. So i went into my room and truned the light on, and it did work in fact the was 1 tiny lamp worked.so i had to.use the bathroom light the whole time i was there. I went back to the agent and ask for a blanket ,and she said they didnt have any, but she went to the room behind her and came out with a bedspread, she explain thats all they had. I opend the bedspread she me gave and , it had white stains in several places so i thru it on the on the other bed, i was wrong it was nasty. I went to lock the door with the.dead bolt and it did not work. So reluctantly i climed in bed. fear.of the lack of security made me VERY uncomfortable. All night long the room next to me partied until 4 am and i couldn't call the front desk because there is a phone in the room,.and i wasn't walking on to the front desk, i was AFRAID. During the night i dropped my empty cup and lid rolled under the bed, when i moved the bed there were was food under it. DO NOT STAY here. I dont understand why experian would represent this aweful place, do they not go to the actual places they represent? The shower i wanted so bad after my 8 hour drive but, along the rim of the shower there was moldy spots all around it so ,no shower for me. Disgusting, usafe, brow bag

I got there very last minute but I had a reservation already paid for. They couldn’t take my form of payment for an over 100 dollar deposit, so they just gave me my ID back and let me walk out with no refund or remedy for me having to book another room I have never stayed at a Super 8 that was this dismissive and that had a deposit this large, or a deposit at all.

It was a dump, about the only thing that was decent was the shower water pressure. It was old, bathroom light fixture and towel racks were rusted, bed was old and lumpy. Plus, it was located by a Circle K that attracted motorcycles and it was really loud. The fake wood floor was old with crack and uneven. Thank goodness it was only a quick overnight stay. .

The lady at check in was very pleasant, and the building on the outside looked nice, but once inside the age and deferred maintenance of the property started to show. The counter in the lobby was faded and worn. the flooring in the hall way was peeling up. The outside door to the parking lot was to be operated with the room key card, but the handle on the door was broken and door was always ajar. Once inside, the toilet was extremely low making it difficult to sit down or get up. The refrigerator had not been defrosted and had ice built up in the lower refer portion. The heater/cooler, although it worked, was filthy. It had also had never been cleaned and I hated to have to touch it to turn it on. Finally, the room had patio doors that opened to the outside, but the lock on it did not work and they had a bar in the track to keep it closed. And lets not forget that the listing says free breakfast which consists of a bottle of water, coffee, a muffin, and a yogurt. The property could be a great place to stay if the owners would do a complete overhaul of the interior.

The Pictures and reviews differed from Our experience. We Booked a King Suite and it listed Free WIFI, Free Breakfast. There are NO Closets and No where to hang any clothes. The Bed Spread had stains all over it and did not looked washed. Went to ask for a replacement or a Blanket and was told Sorry there was Not. Was Offered another Room, But Not a suite if you can call it that, It was smaller but had 2 queen beds but a smaller room. Had no Hair Dryer so took the one from the King Suite, It failed (Suggest you bring your Own) The TV did Not work, Said to call the front Desk but there are No Phones in the Rooms, You either call from Your Cell Phone or walk to the Front Desk. The Live in Handyman came to check the TV and was able to fix the TV after going to another Room to swap out the Direct TV Box and rebooting it to our room, about 30-40 mins. The Free Breakfast? The Listing said Free Breakfast. Here is the Details that were Not listed, Only offered until 9 AM, On my receipt after check in then showed "Light Breakfast" what was offered as the "Light Breakfast" was Described as a Bag Breakfast and Yes Light to include a bottle of water 16 oz., A twin muffin pack 3.75 oz. and a ACTIVIA Yogurt 4 oz. with a plastic spoon. The “am to go” bag had one small water, a small yogurt and small packaged muffins which was not very appealing. There is NO GYM which was the reason I booked this hotel. The bathroom sink was disgusting. The metal bar in the tub fell off. Not enough outlets for anything. This property is old. The AC in the rooms is loud and every noise can be heard. The don’t offer a “breakfast”. The coffee station was unkept and there is only a muffin offered. They need to change that amenity from this location website.

There was nothing I liked. The hotel website said it had free breakfast, a workout facility and laundry service. It had grab-go pastries, and zero for the latter 2 items. The back door that said it was to be locked 24/7, was taped open. There were people hanging around the back, who while they left us alone, made you wonder why they were there all the time. No apparent reason, but they had 2 duffle bags in tow. ?? Also, the staff was rude, the room wasn't clean when we checked in, nor was it cleaned during the day prior to our final night there. The floors were pergo flooring that were coming apart. They require a security deposit of $150, even though you provide a credit card. The room had holes in the wall, lampshades, the coffee make was missing its lid, and the fridge had an open bottle of water left from someone prior to us!! All-in-all, one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

This property is very sad, it’s no clean, I took a shower and the towels were black with stains instead of white. And my whole body itches. Floor is very dirty there is no hair dryer or iron the light doesn’t work and much less the tv remote does not work. I drove 24 hrs so I just had to stay here cuz I was so tired. I’m very disappointed and disgusted.

Person at check in counter was new did not know what he was doing and had no help. Had to put $150 room deposit down. Room had bed bugs and roaches. Mentioned something about all bad reviews and there commement was they are privately owned and basically dont care.
