Great stay. It's such a lovely and quiet area. The tub is fantastic for a relaxing evening. Pool/spa is great. The views are just beautiful. This was my second stay and will stay again.

Nice that they have an on-site restaurant. The room was very spacious and quiet. Wish the pool was bigger. Staff were extremely nice and helpful.

When checking in we were informed that housekeeping had to be requested the night before service and that we had to leave our ID's at the front desk to get pool towels. There is a restaurant on site but it's only open from Wednesday thru Saturday. There are no elevators on the property so having to lug our luggage up 3 flights of stairs was no fun. Otherwise, Cheryl the spa receptionist was a sweetheart. She didn't take our licenses and gave us better quality towels than the front desk. Also, we did eat a Pietro's and the food was delicious. Our room was slightly dated but very comfortable, especially the beds. We did have spa treatments and would highly recommend the spa, however I would call in advance to get your appointments set up as they fill up quickly. The property itself was very pretty and the surrounding area was very scenic and provided hiking, golf and other outdoor activities. I personally look forward to spa treatments as my activity on vacation. Also relaxing by the pool was very nice.

Property was nice. Limited dining. Front desk staff were not friendly nor excited to see us. In the desert.. water and ice should be strongly encouraged…not locked up or SOLD. Pool towels should always be available and accessible at the Pool.

This property feels like it's on it's last breath. During check-in we realized the Hotels.com description was no longer current. The property no longer has any restaurants, bars, or access to a gym. The spa/hot tub and pool were both clean and the area was somewhat maintained, although not all comfortable. Our room, a king, with a sofa suite was clean although dated and the sofa upholstery was not clean. The balcony was private and had an amazing view of the city and mountains. Overall, our stay was disappointing due to the description I read and based my decision on and what the property actually offered.

Honestly a great property. Absolutely loved the jetted tub. The pictures for the rooms aren’t too informative. I think we had unit 163, it was a corner unit facing the golf course. We didn’t have a railing around our outside patio like some of the property pictures sort of indicated, no biggie. There’s a mini fridge (super tiny) and a microwave. The TVs just have cable channels. The jetted tub was amazing, the shower head was hard to work with and seemed like it wanted to break off if we tried adjusting it. The only main issue I want to mention is the bathroom had so many ants coming in from the window at the end of the tub. They kinda avoided coming in once realizing there was people I think, but the first day, I wiped around the tub with a baby wipe and had to have had about 20+ ants on it. As well at the cleaning crew doesn’t clean that small window above the tub, bunch of dead bugs. We didn’t seem to find ants anywhere aside from the bathroom(includes counters and shower and near toilet), but I’m short and it took some work to clean out and around the tub before setting it up for a bath. A couple of the jets weren’t working, but wasn’t a major concern. There was also one wash cloth that still had hairs from a previous user… FYI, if you want pizza, pick it up on your way in. Apparently pizza places don’t deliver to this property. Other options were available in food delivery apps. All in all, great stay, would book again even with the ant issue and dirty washcloth.

The property is nice, on the golf course in fountain hills. The pool is literally right along the restaurant which is odd. The front desk clerk was not friendly and a bit off putting. The restaurant staff was fabulous. The food was good but a little pricey. Overall the stay was good but this place really needs updating. The jacuzzi tub is quite old and discolored and the carpet was very stained.

Room size and interior fractures were great but the rooms had no insulation so you could hear everyone around you walking, opening and closing doors, taking and especially flushing the very loud toilets. We also found multiple scorpions in our bathroom during both days of our stay, not only in the tub once but just wandering the bathroom floor a couple times.

Based on online pictures, I thought the place was a nice, fancy hotel, reality was different. The room carpet had big old stains on it, the room in general looked old and patched with silicone too many times. For the money it was a huge disappointment.

My room was very dirty. I played golf at the course that day. When I checked in, I decided not to look for another place to stay since I only had one night there. I'll never stay there again but I will play the course. I'm sure it was nice 20 years ago. The wifi was good and the staff was nice.

Very clean suite. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a broken lamp and they fixed it right away. I wish they had some more hooks than just one to hang towels or coats. The decor is older but the room was nice and large. The pool was nice but hot tub by the pool needs repair. Overall the experience was very good. The location is very near Fountain Hills and so beautiful with a more natural setting.

There were dead bugs in our room, rugs are very stained, spa bath only 2 jets worked, hot tub was dirty, bed was extremely uncomfortable. The view was great and quiet. I probably won't recommend to anyone. We were kind of stuck due to cancellation policy.

The property was very outdated. No streaming on the TV. Fridge is too small for really anything. VIP was a bottle of wine, but we don’t drink. Definitely needs some upgrades!

The king suite was okay. Relatively clean but a little outdated, especially the bathroom. Our wifi in our room didnt work so I had to go to the office and was told that they thought it was fixed. Not a big deal I downloaded a book and left. However while I was there I could hear a bunch of children yelling and playing in the pool and surrounding area. There were adults staying at the hotel including us that would have loved to use the pool and have some peace and quiet. Then the staff mentioned that not all the kids were guests. So we decided not to use the pool since it never quieted down. To me a resort is quiet and comfortable with well behaved children. This property should not be listed as a resort!

Second time I stayed here, and I highly recommend. I love that they have a room off the bedroom for privacy. Nice large jetted tub and shower plus a gas fireplace. Great value plus a free bottle of wine at check in!

Our room was clean, modern, updated, and spacious. I loved the small patio that included a lovely view. The fireplace in the room and the large spa tub in the bathroom were luxurious. The property is gorgeous and it's very quiet. I would only suggest adding water bottle filling stations around the property.

I wasn’t sure going in due to other reviews but I wanted to stay outside of the city. I’m not sure what to make of the property overall but our room, while dated, was very large and comfortable. We had the larger suite and surprised to find it had a separate living room with tv so very nice to relax and watch tv in. The living room has big tv, coffee table, pullout dogs, club chair and big windows. Also had a nice decorative ladder in the corner to emphasize the southwest decor. Nice small balcony with patio table and ; chairs with mostly nice view. Looked down on the roofs and a/c units but also golf course and city view were amazing. Bed was big and comfy. Bathroom was huge with a separate jacuzzi tub. Fridge was nice. Coffee maker was broken. Tv in the bed area was really small but with the awkward layout maybe not possible to put a bigger one. Fireplace was cool though we did not end up using it as it was hot time of year. The property was mostly good but it was confusing as it looked like there are permanent residents living there. The door leading into our room was sketchy so we both were laughing at being afraid to open the door and see our room for the first time. Restaurant was closed as it was the 4th of July but the front desk guy gave us some great suggestions and we took his advice and had a great meal in Fountain Hills. Pool was nice. Lobby quaint. They had an evening wine tasting while we were checking in that looked really great.
I wasn’t sure going in due to other reviews but I wanted to stay outside of the city. I’m not sure what to make of the property overall but our room, while dated, was very large and comfortable. We had the larger suite and surprised to find it had a separate living room with tv so very nice to relax and watch tv in. The living room has big tv, coffee table, pullout dogs, club chair and big windows. Also had a nice decorative ladder in the corner to emphasize the southwest decor. Nice small balcony with patio table and ; chairs with mostly nice view. Looked down on the roofs and a/c units but also golf course and city view were amazing. Bed was big and comfy. Bathroom was huge with a separate jacuzzi tub. Fridge was nice. Coffee maker was broken. Tv in the bed area was really small but with the awkward layout maybe not possible to put a bigger one. Fireplace was cool though we did not end up using it as it was hot time of year. The property was mostly good but it was confusing as it looked like there are permanent residents living there. The door leading into our room was sketchy so we both were laughing at being afraid to open the door and see our room for the first time. Restaurant was closed as it was the 4th of July but the front desk guy gave us some great suggestions and we took his advice and had a great meal in Fountain Hills. Pool was nice. Lobby quaint. They had an evening wine tasting while we were checking in that looked really great.

The property was very quiet, but needs some attention. Units are old and not well kept. They still don’t offer maid services which is an old Covid policy. And you have to leave your drivers license in order to use their pool towels…that’s a new one! For the price you would expect better services.

We enjoyed our stay. The room is big with two sofas and a fireplace. We got a bottle of wine from the front desk. There is a massage bathtub and a shower in the bathroom. The pool and golf field is right across our building. If there is a fitness center it will be perfect. We definitely will come again.

I stayed at this property on a solo trip.The morning after my arrival at about 5 a.m. a man entered my room through my second floor balcony, stumbled around in the curtains and left after I yelled at him. I had checked all the doors the night before and everything was in the locked position, but I had not been out on the balcony, nor tried the door. Once the man was gone I tried to close and relock the balcony door but the lock was broken. I reported the incident to the local police and after hours number since no one was at the front desk and the man said he would check the cameras and get back to me. I left for my kayaking trip and upon my return stopped at the front desk to inquire about the incident and my room. The man at the front desk said they saw how the man got on the balcony and entered, noted he was a guest, what vehicle he was driving, and that he was gone without the opportunity to extend his stay. I stated that I still didn't feel safe as the room was not secure with the broken lock, and inquired about them fixing the lock or moving me to a different room. The man at the front desk kept telling me that the other guest who entered my room was gone; and while this may have been true my concern was what would have kept this guest from coming back now that they know that this room is not locked. It took 2 hours before I could get them to have the maintenence man change the lock, to which he apologized for the incident, not anyone else. The service was unacceptable

Location and views outstanding. Dinner and staff at Pietro's restaurant outstanding. Did not encounter housekeeping staff. Front desk personnel when I checked in did not have my bottle of wine ready. Upon check out 2 days later same staff did not have my bottle of wine available. Told me I could have beer even though I told him I do not drink beer. I was given 3 loose cans of Stella Artois Lager Beer in a garbage bag when I checked out. Sad and not up to the standards of the rest of my hotel staff encounters. Nan

There was a terrible person at check in. Didnt get rooms together. Pretended he couldnt find my second room booking. Flat out refused to look at my reciept for booking. Continued to insist i only had one room. Spa checkin lady just sat there not helping the people behind us in line. Took over 30 minutes to get checked in.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location was convenient to shopping and dining options. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant on the site. We were very pleased with the overall condition of the hotel. We would highly recommend this inn to friends and family. Beautiful sunsets!!!

The Inn at Eagle Mountain was lovely. If you are seeking a quiet place to relax, make your reservations. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting relatives in nearby Fountain Hills. Traffic was generally light and it was easy to get around. Very scenic at the Inn and we enjoyed the patio at our room. Nice sized room.

Hotel located on Golf Course in the mountains. If you want a getaway from everything this property is for you. However, if you are doing anything in Scottsdale or Phoenix be prepared to travel as the property is on outskirts and not as close to highway system in the Phoenix area.

When checking in we were informed that housekeeping had to be requested the night before service and that we had to leave our ID's at the front desk to get pool towels. There is a restaurant on site but it's only open from Wednesday thru Saturday. There are no elevators on the property so having to lug our luggage up 3 flights of stairs was no fun. Otherwise, Cheryl the spa receptionist was a sweetheart. She didn't take our licenses and gave us better quality towels than the front desk. Also, we did eat a Pietro's and the food was delicious. Our room was slightly dated but very comfortable, especially the beds. We did have spa treatments and would highly recommend the spa, however I would call in advance to get your appointments set up as they fill up quickly. The property itself was very pretty and the surrounding area was very scenic and provided hiking, golf and other outdoor activities. I personally look forward to spa treatments as my activity on vacation. Also relaxing by the pool was very nice.

Balcony was scenic. The fireplace was more for ambience not warmth but that was ok with us. Check-in was incredibly good. The golf club restaurant was excellent — reasonable prices and generous portions. We’d definitely book again.

Beautiful property. Everything was nice and close to the room. (Lobby, pool, parking spot) We got in a little late and wanted to order from the bbq place to be delivered to the room from what the website said but no one ever answered the phone. Overall a nice place and will definitely return!

Beautiful property with gorgeous views nice for a quiet escape. The rooms could use an update, but they were clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the jetted tub for a soak and the very comfortable bed which contributed to sleeping a bit late. But the crown jewel was the dinner at the on site restaurant, Pietro’s, which was spectacular! The service was wonderful and even breakfast at the golf club was delicious with gorgeous views to enjoy as we lingered over coffee. Will most definitely return to this underrated gem! Go and enjoy before people figure out what a bargain this beautiful resort is.

A wonderfully comfortable stay! Didn't use many of the available amenities because we were there for a special trip with our granddaughter. It is conveniently located near a plethora of available adventures! Off season prices were a wonderful savings...we used the savings for extra adventures! ;-)

Love this property!! And the staff was amazing. The rooms are like chalets with fireplaces and jetted tubs. There is nice restaurant with a patio and outdoor pool/hot tub with a fireplace there too! We liked it so much that we decided to stay another night and visit the Grand Canyon the next day. Robert helped us book and was very accommodating
