Check in was easy, the place was clean. That's the good stuff. All of it. Now for the rest: 1) desk light out. Contacted front desk asked that it be fixed the next day. Attendant came up, check plug, etc. and said they were replacing the lights but the new ines weren't here. That's all. No replacement bulb or light for the whole 3 night trip, leaving the desk in the dark. 2) when called the front desk, the cord to the handset fell out. It had been damaged and forced in place. Never fixed. 3) mattress was worn out. You could feel the springs, including a bar which was right in the middle of my back. 4) pillows were marshmallow shaped blobs. Hard to use. 5) the clothes rack was installed inappropriately, it overhung the vanity while moving it to the right would have provided a clear place for hanging. don't know what they were thinking. You can do better elsewhere.
