After a long drive, enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and then sitting outside on the patio.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The pool and hot tub were great as well as the service.

I am a senior & was given a room on the 2nd flr. NO ELEVATOR. Not only is that very dangerous it was hard to get my luggage to my room. Never again!!!

First of all the motel had NO elevator and you had to climb steps with your luggage. The bathroom tile around wall behind commode was filthy and there was a ball hair behind bathroom door. They advertise free breakfast and it consisted of a pre-package Jimmy Dean sausage, egg and cheese crosinant and donut holes. No pool or hot tube either.

I was very disappointed in our stay. No elevator so getting my suitcase up the stairs was difficult. The vending machines weren’t working, no ice machine either. The pool and hot tub were empty. For 120.00 a night these things should be working.

Excellent. All pools and hot tub were in great shape and very warm water. My kids had a great time and we were able to relax.

The cleanliness of the room could use some work. There were brown spots on the bathtub and stains on the comforter. The toilet valve leaked constantly. Breakfast was decent.

Floor was filthy, there was a food stain on comforter, the whole experience was not up to Wyndham chain of hotels.

This is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! Got there late. I had a lot of luggage unpacked and then went to the restroom to find a extremely dirty toilet seat. The carpet in the halls and the room were absolutely disgusting! We checked out within an hour and a half. The next morning at the hotel we say that in Winslow Arizona the county inspector was there checking on their hotel. He gave me a number and I called and put a formal complaint into the county health department about how dirty and filthy it was! Don't ever stay there.

We requested a room that didn’t have dogs in it recently due to allergies. Not only was there dog hair on the couch but because they allow smoking in the hotel rooms the smell of cigarette smoke filled the hallways and also into our room. Made it difficult to sleep because of the strong smell. Would not recommend too anyone.

Previous guest pills in room on floor by bed. 1 year old grandson found them while crawling and put one in mouth and I was able to stop him.

Naked & Afraid Not just a bad TV show but also an experience at this hotel. Pro: Accepts pets Con: 1. An overpowering smell of disinfectant in the room. 2. Outlets that were oddly sized and could not hold the charging plugs for our electronic devices. They seem to be worn and, in some cases, loosely attached to the walls. 3. Air conditioning wall unit that stopped working and required us to repeatedly plug/unplug to restore power. 4. Breakfast. We could have walked over to the gas station and bought the same items. 5. While showering, the bathtub spout suddenly fell off and the force of the water caused it to land off close to my feet. This was the reason I was naked and afraid. We notified the front desk about the bath spout and the night clerk apologized and asked if anyone was hurt. The following morning, we checked out and brought the bathtub spout to the front desk who explained that the threadle had become loose. No apology, no concern about our well being. No regard for the safety of the guest. I wonder what he would’ve done if this had happened to himself or a family member staying at this hotel. There are a number of hotels in the vicinity. Stay at one of them and you won’t be injured by a bathtub spout.

We were traveling from CA to TX so just needed a place to sleep. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Didn't get to experience breakfast because we were back on the road before they started serving. Would stay there again.

The light switches were attached to lamps in the room which had been turned off. The bathtub drain must have been clogged because it took forever to empty the drain after a shower.

The bathtub creaked and made cracking noises when taking a shower. It was almost like it wasn’t supported well enough underneath the tub.

Room was clean, but very dark. Window didn’t have a privacy screen. No charging station, just one hidden wall plug. The sleeper sofa was broken. This was the most expensive hotel in the town, so I was expecting a lot more, but quite disappointed.

The room was reasonably clean. However the room is outdated and somewhat run down. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is old but clean. The front desk attendant was great. The bed was terrible and I couldn’t sleep very well. The toilet is so low it feels like it was for a toddler. I think it was overpriced.

Stopped after a long day driving. Young lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant and friendly.

As a single solo traveler I felt this location really should be bypassed. Checkin was less than helpful. Refrigerator was not working. No suggestion from staff to fix that. The alarm panel on a side door away from checkin was broken so door was kept ajar for easy access during the day. However, the stay was quiet and I felt relatively safe but I would not stay there again.

Great value. Convenient to the interstate. Nice breakfast. Beautiful lobby decor. Comfortable bed. All of the amenities needed. Good ice machine (could use a bottom though). Good parking.

Roadside Inn with truckers parking next door and a sketchy area, we got a second floor room, we had big heavy luggage and they don’t have an elevator in the building. They did have a clean room and good options for the free breakfast.

I booked the Baymont as I was just passing through Holbrook and it was near to the Painted Desert N.P. It was also much less expensive compared to its neighboring hotels. It was the bargain of my roadtrip so far. Let me list: Indoor pool/hot tub; fridge coffee maker and microwave in the room; very comfortable bed; attention to detail with cleanliness; waffle breakfast; and great advice from front desk. All this while saving considerable $$. Do yourself a favor when staying in Holbrook--stay at the Baymont.

Clean rooms and easy access to I-40

We have stayed here before. Nice place. Next to highway. Quiet. Near businesses and restaurants. Pleasant staff. Good play to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were nice and very welcoming. They made us a new room key within the first 30 minutes we were there because we locked our first key card in the room. Our room smelled kind of closed up and stale and the bathroom doorknob was very loose but the room was clean. The hotel was close to the Petrified Forest and Painted Desert and that was definitely a plus. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we were in the area.

Easy access off of the interstate

Excellent location for viewing Petrified Forrest and Painted desert. Room was nice, clean and staff very nice. Breakfast was meager compared to Hampton or La Quinta.

Quiet and clean. Breakfast was sparse, frozen sausage sandwich or cereal.

It was an average hotel which seems to be dated. Staff were helpful. Sausage and muffin had to be heated in a microwave, there was no hot breakfast to fill the plate.

Hotel is dated, all they had for breakfast was waffles eat on the go breakfast sandwiches. AC is only on and off no thermostat.

The AM "breakfast" was terrible. Out of coffee at 8;00am, terrible. Only one waffle maker and eight guess waiting. Very limited other options. Should have gone to McDs. Won't be back there.

Very comfortable and clean, We used the laundry and it was nice too. Breakfast was good. Found a great American Restaurant called Bienvendous. It was really good food and service with some Petrified trees in their front garden.The Petrified Forest National Park is near and we went. Awesome!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The room was very nice, nice decor, seemed pretty new. Hotel clerk was very nice and friendly. Breakfast included breakfast sandwich, waffles, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, muffin, bagels, toast, and drinks. We were very happy!

Not a whole lot of hotel choices in Holbrook. Super friendly gal at front desk check-in may be the highlight. Nice, updated, clean lobby is slightly deceptive. Rest of the hotel is just old and in need of update. Shower floor squeaks with every step. Hallway squeaks with people walking. Breakfast almost disgusting. Not even close to 8.2 rating. Maybe 5.0 to 6.0? I guess the puke in the middle of the parking lot didn't help. Had a great day at Petrified Forest/Painted Desert.

Orange juice machine didn’t work and apple juice was out. Limited selection of food. Expected more from the price paid for the night.
