The slide at the pool was a hit with my daughter. London bridge is right there, with plenty of walkable restaurants and shopping under the bridge. Front desk was really accommodating and allowed pre check-in which gave us access to pool area early while we waited for our room.

I liked the location, I actually got this for pool access and come to find out it was public access. There was screaming kids first wake up and last day there was nothing but running and jumping kids for hrs at 6 am in the morning and for the price I most likely won’t do again as this was the lower end room and spent a pretty penny!

Check in process was not the best. Guy was a little rude. We were also told happy hour and then the restaurant was closed for a private party during happy hour. Too many non hotel guests in pool.

This was by far one of the best resorts we have ever visited. The property was clean, clean, clean! The staff was the friendliest. When we mentioned this to one of the maintenance workers he told us that it’s a great company to work for and that is why everyone does their best. We enjoyed all of the amenities. The only problem we had was that we didn’t stay long enough to see it all!

Great, convenient location when visiting Lake Havasu. Walkable to London Bridge/English Village with local, unique restaurants and shops. The property itself is old and could use some renovations. The one bedroom suite we had was fairly clean...however, the bathtub was a little dingy. I pulled out a large clump of long hair from the drain that was causing the tub not to drain properly. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The facilities are very damaged and the cleaning is terrible, so too the appliances don't work well are very old, the pool the water was very cloudy, needed cleaning, the service in the restaurant was the worst make you wait a lot and the attention of waiters and the way they talk to you is very bad, it was my second time to go and now I can say that the last one

Didn’t like NO maid service for 3 nights. Not very clean and functional. Told to turn around and reroute climbing stairs because of an event impeded route to my room. Had to have a room change because we couldn’t enter the shower. Door was jammed shut. Hmmm did the maid do it. OR did they not clean it because they couldn’t get in there either AND not report it to management. 3 maintenance men couldn’t get it open.

It was centrally located. We were there for an event overnight, turnaround trip. We got a suite, assuming that for the money we paid we would at least have a view or at least a window in our room. The Queen bed was the smallest Queen I've ever slept in . Our room was so dark. There was a kitchen, very nice, but we didn't need it. When I think suite, I think of an extra large, really nice room. This room was the equivalent of a Quality Inn. It was clean, but very dated and standard. To be clear, it is a large room with sitting area and kitchen, but the actual bedroom is really small with a small bed. On a positive note, the bar was fun. The bartenders were great. No, we did not complain to management or ask to change rooms. We were there overnight for a memorial service. We basically just slept there. The bedroom was very hot. Just know that the only thing that makes this a suite is the sitting area and the kitchen. The actual bedroom/bed is VERY small, dark and hot. Disappointing.

The bed was very old and lumpy. Put simply, it is a good location but it is a "tired" resort in need of major renovation. We also were unaware of a $35 per day resort fee until we checked out. Would have been nice to know.

We had such an amazing stay at London Bridge Resort. The staff was so attentive with any need that we had. The pools and water slide were a big hit with the little one. And the location can’t be beat. There are tons of places to eat, things to do and shopping super close.

I wasn’t very pleased with our stay and left early because of it. The music that was playing all day long was SO loud. My toddler was not able to take a nap due to the noise. I called and asked to change rooms because of this and was told they didn’t have any other rooms that would be in a better location. The music at the night club (that’s open from 9 PM to 2 AM EVERY night) kept us up all night during our first night, so we left a day early. I wasn’t offered any type of refund. On top of that, they said the pools were heated but it definitely didn’t feel like it. And there was no breakfast options on property because the dining options didn’t open until later. The location and view was the best part, but overall very disappointed.

Prime location. Fun spot but a little loud on weekends. Request a room far from their little nightclub if you have kids. Thermostat broke in the middle of summer night and we had to move our kids from one room to another in the middle of night. It happens. But management was unsympathetic and offered nothing for the inconvenience. A small gesture would have sufficed. Overall great location. Room cleaning staff members are definitely using drugs or recently recovered. Makes for an uneasy environment with kids.

A great view of the London Bridge, plus an easy walk to the water. The room was nice and came with a kitchen and separate bedroom. The AC was cold and the room had ceiling fans. The staff were polite and knowledgeable. The only issue was the near by nightclub. The music at night was pretty loud, the staff ask you to sign a waiver which is tough because you can’t hear it when you check in during the day!!!

Pros: I cannot say enough about the staff. They went above and beyond to help my boyfriend surprise me with decorations to the room and cupcakes being delivered to the room before we even arrived. Plus, everyone that worked there from the desk to the pool to our wait staff were amazingly kind and helpful. The room was comfortable with everything we needed. The food was amazing, the pool was clean. And this location is super close and walkable to everything. Cons: (Not resorts fault) Kokomo music can be heard in the rooms well into the early 2am hour. Which again, it's Memorial Weekend and to be expected.

The accommodations were great but the conference food was terrible. Service at Martini Bay was marginal. Ill prepared for the number of attendees. Amenities in room were adequate. Location was best in town. Lots to do in walking distance from resort

Great location near lots of bars, restaurants and shopping. Large resort with a great Martini bar. It seemed like they were short on staff for checking in and in the bar. There was a band in the bar and we were a group of 8. We just wanted drinks and dancing. We couldn’t sit at a table without ordering food and the bar area was already occupied. We got 2 appetizers but they weren’t very good. We spent more on alcohol than most of the tables did!! Stupid rule. We had a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen and living room. Very nice and comfortable.

Check in process was not the best. Guy was a little rude. We were also told happy hour and then the restaurant was closed for a private party during happy hour. Too many non hotel guests in pool.

Room was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. No noise from hallway at all. People who worked there were really nice. Pool was relaxing and at 59 I was able to go down the slide 😁. I would definitely tell my friends and family to stay here when in Havasu!

Absolutely love this place the pictures in the advertisements don’t do it Justice. rooms were extremely clean. Staff was wonderful. The lake is beautiful. love love love ! I’ll be back.

We had a 2 bed/2 ba suite. The main bedroom was ok but the 2nd bedroom was very small with no closet and no dresser so clothes had to stay in the suitcase. The kitchen had a full size fridge which was great. It did have 3 pools and my son loved the slide but this pool was very small. The jacuzzi unfortunately was attached to the small kids pool with the slide. The resort was pretty big and having the boat rental attached to the hotel was great. The village attached to the resort was a little disappointing as there were only a few small stores and a few places to eat and the stores all close at 3. The pizza place was Amazing though. Staff was very friendly. Overall we had a good time, it just seemed like the photos and descriptions were a little exaggerated. We would stay there again just with lower expectations.

I’m sure this place felt upscale when it was first established but now it’s looking run down and worn out. The pictures on the listing show the hotel in its prime. In reality, the dingy carpeting and creaky stairwells were off putting. The linens were scratchy and the AC didn’t work well except in the bedroom and it wasn’t turned on prior to our arrival so the room was unbearably stuffy. There was a squashed sour patch kids candy on our bedroom floor. The complimentary shampoo and body wash were useless and we had to go buy some. However, the pools were excellent. The kids loved the slide and it was very refreshing to be in the water in such hot weather.
