Best Western Inn of Payson

The staff was great but have to deal with a lot. The facility is smoke free. Of course the pot smokers don’t think that rule applies to them. They had to deal with the situation. Everything else was awesome!

Hotel was nice and employees were friendly. The only three issues were 1) the front desk had only one computer, and with 3 other parties ahead of me to check in, my wait was a good 20+ minutes, 2) the pool heater was out of order, and 3) the breakfast area is VERY small (though there was a good variety of breakfast items, including the wonderful waffle maker).

Front desk was super friendly I came in at 1am she was ready! Rooms were super clean everything organized I just wish there was an ironing board and iron. But I was also in a wheelchair accessible room
