Kohl's Ranch Lodge

Amenities galore. You name it, they have it. And all, very well maintained. Put-put golf, basketball, tennis, brochi, corn hole, large chess board, Frisbee golf, playground, super nice hot tub and heated pool. All very well maintained. This place was so relaxing and peaceful. Wonderful place to stay along a creek with pine trees and a million birds. Didn't want to leave.

Wonderful experience!! Very relaxing getaway from Phoenix! We were there Tuesday and Wednesday. The restaurant there was only open Wednesday thru Sunday but there was an excellent restaurant just down the road called Double D Ranch.. Will definitely be going back to Kohl's Ranch!!

Great pool, beautiful location. Paying a “resort fee” every day is a bit annoying. Not having any breakfast and being 14 miles away from the nearest breakfast, also annoying. But the kitchens are nice.

The Resort never lets us down. Probably one of the best places to stay in the entire Payson Area.

We’ve stayed here seven times over the past 1.5 years and it’s always a great experience. Don’t miss out on trying the Saloon which is attached to the restaurant and adjacent to the pool. A special shout out to the girls (Liz, Hailey and Brittney) that always make the Saloon one of the best amenities of the Resort.
