The place itself is beautiful, the service staff are all extremely nice and welcoming: however front door staff was super unfriendly and looked bothered when we checked in as if i interrupted something, no hello or welcome or any positive attitude. The real nightmare was actually trying to extend an additional night : I had a flight at 11 pm and was willing to literally pay for one more night to allow myself some rest and not to have pressure getting myself together before going back home. Long story short : night person at front desk dint want to bother to help me and literally suggested I waited till morning or just get a room on the same app to book my existing room. He told me a cost i agreed, but because he didn’t want to deal with paperwork he suggested I waited till morning That was at 2 am / 8am the room is now $350 more then it was six hours earlier. Booked the room. All I wanted was sleep : but I had to convince a general manager to allow me to stay in the same room without moving even though it was a lesser expense than the new one I booked. After that I wasn’t able to charge anything and key stopped working. Once again I had to deal with it. And then I get a text at 2 pm saying I’m supposed to check out and asking why I’m still there. The back and forth took up literally 4-5 hours of my limited time and I felt exhausted and super frustrated. Thing is : the place was so nice and I just wanted to enjoy a few hours of relaxing.

Parking is free. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Lobby smelled amazing. Room was super cute and clean. Plenty of room. Fully stocked bar,coffee,and tea with snacks in the room (for a fee but convenient) room also smelled amazing. Pool area was so nice. We tried the canal club for breakfast. Everything tasted amazing and service was great. So much to do close by. I am a single mom traveling with my two teens and felt super safe and welcome. I wish we stayed here our whole trip. We stayed at Enchantment resort before this and the Scott was 100 times better!! Would definitely stay again!
