Beautiful property. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken, and we didn’t get to use it.. that was something we were looking forward to coming from Colorado.. wanted to sit outside in the hot tub and look at the stars.. too chill to do that in the pool.

Room service was quick and food was great. Oasis the pool bar/grill was excellent. We had a bartender by the name of Ryan and he killing it! He made the perfect drinks and his customer service was beyond great. Even when he got super busy he always checked on us. The check in staff was great as well they were on top of everything So was the manger he took care of us when we had AC issues. Will be back again for a staycation.

Room was filthy, dishwasher didnt work well to clean dishes. House keeping didnt do a good job doing more than replacing towels. Overall pretty terrible considering the price. I dont reccomend anyone staying at the villas.

Hotel rooms were dirty. On the first night, we were put in a first floor room. Both beds had stains on the sheets. The next day, we asked to change rooms to a second floor. 1 elevator was working and the room that we were moved to was way around the other side of the property with no way to cut through because the connecting area was under construction. Try walking around a huge campus in the Phoenix 110 degree heat with suitcases. Now, lets talk about the dirty towels in the room and the dirt stain on the top sheet. I called the front desk and requested that my room be cleaned, trash dumped, and clean towels and wash cloths. I left my room at 10:00am and returned at 9pm to find the room had not been cleaned, there were no fresh towels, and the trash was still fulll. I called the front desk again, they send someone to dump the trash, make the beds, and she brings towels and no wash cloths. I call the front desk 2 more times and an hour plus later, they finally bring wash cloths. The next day, I call the front desk to ask for the room to be cleaned. I return to the room, the sheets weren't changed as the top sheet still had the same dirt stain on it. The trash cans were emptied but this time I was given 1 wash cloth when there were 2 of us staying in the room. The room is old, outdated and in desperate need of renovations. I do not recommend staying here.

Legitimately one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Wet sheets, moldy comforters construction. The name resort should not be affiliated with this hotel. The staff was less than helpful saying things like they lost their blender. When another person told us that not true that person just doesn’t like to make blended drinks. When I asked for extra blankets and things it took forever. The only saving grace is it had Flemmings in the hotel. But if I were Flemings, I would be embarrassed to be affiliated. I truly never review hotels. That’s how bad this was.

We were quite disappointed with our Villa this year. After staying for a week last year at the same resort (Different Villa), we were expecting the same top notch Villa we had the previous year. Unfortunately, the Villa we were assigned this year was very subpar. The sink was plugged, and the disposal did not work, The stove in the unit took forever to heat up and would not cook anything we put in it even close to the estimated time on the food label, the toaster would not stay down on one side, the faucet on the sink in the master bedroom was so loose it felt like it was about to fall off. The corners of the bathroom floor were dirty looking as well. We also found a box of cereal in the kitchen cupboard, and a stick of lip balm in the second bedroom from a previous occupant. This unit is in serious need of appliance upgrade and deep cleaning. For the expense of staying in these Villas, we expected much more. There are way too many options in the Scottsdale area, to put up with this dated and unclean property for future stays. On a positive note, all the cleaning ladies were extremely friendly and always offered us more towls and water.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! Elyse was great and helped us get hypoallergenic bedding into the room even when housekeeping wasn't super responsive. The main reason for the lower rating on the facility is because our a/c did not function well. That was a big negative! Other than that, we found that the staff are mostly doing the most to give a good guest experience in a facility that could use some work and upgrades.

Overall the hotel is good, but I wouldn’t say it’s excellent. The lobby, restaurant and pool is gorgeous. My room was spacious but very dated. If you update this hotel please: add more electrical outlets in the room and bathroom. Bathrooms need more shelving and sink space. More or bigger mirrors in the room. Better lighting in the bathroom. Lastly, better cable service and specify what channels you actually get. I liked that the room was very quiet. Location was handy to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Location & staff friendliness were this hotel’s strengths. Can tell the hotel is older for sure. Could use updated bathrooms, hallways, floors. Elevator is tiny! Hopefully the construction that was ongoing during our stay will address those issues.

The AC was really loud. Restroom is very small. Door opens inward and there is no standing room. The staff walking around is not very friendly other than the front desk clerk. The bartender at the pool looked annoyed when I asked to place a food order even though it was empty and he had no customers. No signs for ice machine. Pool towels are worn out and super thin. I was not offered help with my luggage during check in. Lots of cigarette butts out in the room balcony. Shampoo irritated me and my kids eyes.

My room number 255 didn’t have working AC it was really hot, they told me to just turn off the AC and try to get through it. I asked for a different room because it was too hot and I have an underlying health condition, and I could not “just get through it” they switched me to another room and the air was lukewarm, I was very disappointed with the amount I paid for the room.

Rooms dated. Toilet very small. Shower head too low. Vanity light mirror was not working. Room was too hot even with trying to adjust it. Pillows were ugh. Tissues and toilet paper were cheap and falling apart. Bed was not comfortable. Waitress at pool never came to us during our two hour poolside visit. Barn door to bathroom is not family condusive.

I think the staff was top notch. The room needed some work, but the price and location made up for it. They are doing construction outside which made for a very NOT relaxing pool day. I was surprised they were jack hammering on a Saturday. I expect that sort of thing during the week and not the weekend. That said, the bed was comfortable. The food was good. Great location. Priced appropriately. Again staff was good. The only thing I think is worth noting is that it felt at times like they were understaffed. Especially at the pool bar. This poor lady was serving food and making drinks… it was too much for one person to keep up with.

I think the staff was top notch. The room needed some work, but the price and location made up for it. They are doing construction outside which made for a very NOT relaxing pool day. I was surprised they were jack hammering on a Saturday. I expect that sort of thing during the week and not the weekend. That said, the bed was comfortable. The food was good. Great location. Priced appropriately. Again staff was good. The only thing I think is worth noting is that it felt at times like they were understaffed. Especially at the pool bar. This poor lady was serving food and making drinks… it was too much for one person to keep up with.

Loved the privacy of our villa, and the great price! We stopped in for only one night, a stop-over on a road trip, but the villa was amazing, perfect for a great nights sleep for me and the kids, and loved to be able to text the front desk for extra blankets. Also, the room service was quick and delicious! Just what we needed after a long day on the road. Would definitely stay here again!

Room service was quick and food was great. Oasis the pool bar/grill was excellent. We had a bartender by the name of Ryan and he killing it! He made the perfect drinks and his customer service was beyond great. Even when he got super busy he always checked on us. The check in staff was great as well they were on top of everything So was the manger he took care of us when we had AC issues. Will be back again for a staycation.

My husband is in a wheelchair! And loved this place! It made him feel free to roam around the hotel to the pool and other places around the hotel, friendly staff and very helpful! We recommend this place especially if you have a loved one that needs extra help! The hotel is beautiful!!

Well overall I have to say it wasn’t terrible. Service was excellent for the most part. The food was average and they had a limited selection. Plus it was a bit overpriced.

Great property & staff. But at $389 per night, they should offer some kind of complimentary breakfast or in the very least, coffee & a bagel. They don’t even have coffee available outside the room unless you want to purchase it at the Starbucks, located inside the restaurant area.

There was nothing about this hotel that felt like a “resort” or a Hilton. It was mediocre at best. The shower had mildew in the grout. The bathroom walls had reminisces of prior wallpaper repairs/glue. The breakfast buffet was terrible. The food looked good but tasted terrible. The waffles were like mini waffle croutons, the eggs rubbery and dry. The location was nice. The bed comfy. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazingly helpful staff!! Friendly and accommodating and the best! Travelling with family to drop off kid to college and father in wheelchair. The ADA villa was everything we could have asked for! Ned got the ramp underneath, bathroom for him was just perfect. If you need a family villa with ADA compliance… this is the place to be in all of Phoenix!!

Amazingly helpful staff!! Friendly and accommodating and the best! Travelling with family to drop off kid to college and father in wheelchair. The ADA villa was everything we could have asked for! The villa had very sticky floor at the end of the livingroom in front of the washer/dryer and all the way through the master bedroom going in to the batroom like something was spilled. Also old dust was on certain surfaces. It was very noisy from the next room who had a crying smaller child for one hour between 9-10 every night. I complained and the hotel would compensate but did not go through with it and have not responded.
