My stay was fine. Coffee wasn’t available in lobby afternoon or evening. I might of miss read but I was looking for free parking and was charged for parking. This is probably a hotels.com issue. I would stay again. But a small fee for parking.

Centrally located where I needed to be. Well kept property with great breakfast and great pool.

The property was in a nice area. It was quiet. The staff was very nice. However, the elevators were not very reliable. They were both out of order at one time. The jacuzzi was taped off and not in use.

Good Location. Gym: facility & equipment inadequate.

We have stayed here several times. We are IHG members (free early check in) and the lady at the desk said that we would have to pay $25 for early check in (1st time ever), so we had to sit around for almost 4 hours. They use to have a happy hour, cookies out with the coffee and all that is gone. The fitness center only had 3 sets of heavy dumb bells so it was impossible to get a workout. Property is not well maintained.

Nice Pool and Hot Tub

It was a convenient location for our activities. The breakfast was good. The pool was dirty. The hot tub was broken. Overall, the property needs to be upgraded; get rid of carpets as the establishment allows dogs. The furniture is broken and dirty. The elevators are in bad shape, dirty and broken panels.

Staff and hotel were good value. Only thing was elevator is really slow.

Carpets were filthy! The bottoms of my slippers were white when I left home. They were black after 2 days at the hotel. Arms of sofa were also dirty. The tops of the small refrigerator and microwave were only dusted as far as could be reached. Upon booking, we were not told about a daily charge for maintenance of parking lot, pool, hot tub, which did not work, etc. that was charged to our bill. This hotel needs professional cleaning and updating.

The room smelled like smoke. Changed rooms. Both rooms had long black hairs in the bathtub, vanity, and chair.

Loudest hotel I've stayed in excluding Las Vegas hotels. It was close though, you could hear everything from other rooms. Muffled conversations, drawers, water, people walking, etc. Worst sleep ever. Room was also somewhat dirty. There was hair on the floor and furniture.

The room cleanliness of the room was subpar. There were cleaning cloths left behind in the room. There was hair on the towels and the toilet seat was beat up.

This hotel is dirty and over priced. The front desk was not very friendly. The Funiture is old the bed and pillows wore out. Room smelled mildewy. This hotels needs a update. The entrance door was gross.

I had a terrible experience at this property. When I arrived at the hotel, I was pretty disappointed in its cleanliness. There was food in the refrigerator, a few stains on the sheets, and lastly, I saw a couple of bugs in the room. I had my items with me and I was extremely hesitant to complete my stay; because I saw bugs, I was uncomfortable with staying in the hotel room and keeping my items there. As a healthcare professional, cleanliness is something I truly care about when it comes to staying in a hotel. I went downstairs, explained to the front desk about the situation, and mentioned that I also had to leave for work as I was on call. They claimed the computers were down and were unable to process my check out. They also never offered alternative accommodations. I expressed my concerns to the manager several times, and all he did was insult my intelligence and question my knowledge about hospitality. I had hope in this property which is why I chose the prepaid option. After the bugs and the food in the fridge, I was completely disappointed they did not offer me a refund. I do not rec this property and if you are going to deal with their rude manager LS, I wish you the best of luck. He is absolutely horrendous and terrible at his job.

First night..came in front door smelled mold and old..probably because of the two water features in the lobby that barley worked..need to go..room carpet was very dirty..good thing I wore socks..Had to ask a few times for clean towels. Bits of trash in hallways..that could easily be swepped up when doing rooms..

I rented a room for two nights the first night we open the couch in one of the suites. The pullout bed had stains on it so we got the linen in the closet when we opened it up. It was with lipstick stains and other nasty stains on it was nasty

Right next door was a restaurant that was very close and very loud, our room was on the bottom floor and we hear everything. Also we could hear the people up stair walking and it kept us awake. Everything else was great the staff and the room plus our free breakfast.

Spacious room with the separate sitting area. The shower has great water pressure, which is always nice to have. The complimentary breakfast was very good for an hotel, it had pancakes on demand, scrambled eggs, sausage & bacon, bagels, etc.

I booked this stay for myself and a couple of other people for an out of town event we participated in. I specifically chose this location because of the extra room and sofa bed. The sofa bed, although not expected to be as comfortable as a regular bed, was not strong enough to support an adult person. The foot of the bed completely fell through and the person trying to sleep on it hurt himself and to adjust to make it work without disturbing us. We let the front desk manager know the next morning and they seemed unconcerned, but said they would send maintenance to check it out. When we returned after a long busy day of working, the bed was pulled out and made as if they fixed it. We were relieved to think they had. Turns out, there was no change with the issue. Without even lying on the bed, we found that the same problem still existed. I took pictures and called thr from desk right away. They informed us that maintenance had checked it out and said there was no issue with the bed. We explained that there was and they sent maintenance, once again to check it out. He checked it out and agreed that it was broken. The issue was resolved by bringing in two more mattresses stacked on the floor for my employee to sleep on. Hardly comfortable and they lacked concern for the comfort of their guests. I spoke to the manager the next morning upon check-out to make them aware of the situation, and she hardly seemed to care. She said i needed to contact Hotels.com for any complaints.

I was disappointed in our room. It hurt to sit on the sofa because the cushions go below the frame.Bed was ok. Front desk staff were not very friendly.

Nice pool and hot tube outside. Super large rooms with balconies overlooking pool. Bed comfortable. Pillows are down or downlike. Clean rooms and property. Only negative is elevator seems old.

Room was 3rd floor and real noisy from the street. Seems when you book thru Hotel.com they always give us the less desirable rooms. Not just this place but where ever we go.

AC was either 60 degrees and freezing or 74, and the heat came on. No in between and no instructions for setting it. Paid for a king size bed and we were cramped in ofull size bed. Breakfast was advertised for 6am, but myself and many other guests showed up and were told that it’s not open until 7am on weekends. Walls are part thin..

I liked the size of the suite, the balcony, the bed, the big hot tub under the stars and palm trees, the breakfast and the location.

There was no thermostat in the room. The knobs on the A/C unit had no numbers to help regulate the temperature.

Terrible service. 40 minutes waiting in the lobby looking for my reservation and they didn't even apologize, they REQUESTED NOT NO BOOK THOUGH EXPEDIA. The rooms in 1st floor are SUPER noisy. You can hear every step from the second floor, I don't usually care about this, but here it was loud.

Location was great.. the property condition need attention first of all the elevator was not working properly I got stuck for 5 min in the elevator it was so hot inside being over 100 degrees in AZ and then my brother in law got stuck for 15 minutes inside also none of the staff or management did not reach out to ask us how we were doing or apologize for the inconvenience nobody POOR MANAGEMENT !!! … it was only 1 front desk person really helped us was Jamie she was awesome and sincere . She was Not on duty when all the incidents happened but we told her what had happened and she show a sincere and apologetic but the manager that was on duty did not care at all…

They have written that they have a comitment to keeping everything clean. I was there for 5 days without any housekeeeping, even after asking twice. The breakfast was mediocre at best, limited selection of things to eat. Some of the staff were a little rude, refusing to help until they'd fully completed their phont conversations, or listening to requests even after being asked several ti mes.

Due to early arrival, I called first thing in the morning and asked for an early check-in. I spoke with a gentleman named Joe, who confirmed that I would be able to check in as of noon. When I arrived at noon, the lady working the reception desk seemed uninterested in helping me and told me to come back at 3 PM. She was not customer service focused.

Anthony at the front desk was amazing. Made check in a breeze and was kind enough to upgrade my room and remind me to check out the breakfast. Property was clean, room was nice and bed (most important thing for someone who travels for work) was perfect! Would recommend and stay again!

Breakfast was awful. Yogurt was passed date to eat. Sausage tasted terrible. Our room was clean, but common areas were subpar. Wont go there again.

The hotel is smaller than the pictures show. Think "quaint". My hotel room had a slight smell to it (it could have been the humidity but there was a slight odor when I first walked in my room). The pool was pretty clean but the waterfal(s) were not working. The beds are amazing and it I slept great! Breakfast was great but the pancake machine was down and there didn\'t seem to be any staff around to fix it while I waited. When I went to check out, I was asked if I wanted the receipt. I said "Yes, please". When I got the receipt, there was an additional $4.18 "Parking Recapture Fee"? What the heck is that? Then the concierge said to be on the lookout for a possible "resort fee" on my future bill? No mention of what THAT cost might be either. I was not informed of any additional fees when I made my reservation, nor when checked in.

Hotel was clean, breakfast great and pool lovely!

Location was easy to find and about 20 minutes from the airport. The room and facilities were very clean but room was bit dated. The breakfast buffet was awesome with lots of really good options and refreshingly great coffee. There is a restaurant that shares a parking lot with the hotel so very convenient dining.
