The GreenTree Sedona was one of the most affordable hotels in the area. It is a great value! The property was recently renovated. The location was on the main highway. It was quiet and clean. The pool and hot tub are really nice with seating too. I definitely will stay here again and would recommend.

Service was amazing, went to the front desk to ask for make up wipes. They couldn’t find them initially but made sure to bring them to the room as soon as they did. Convenient, safe and quiet place to stay. Breakfast options are just enough to fill you before heading out for the day. The pool is clean and a good size with water loungers for tanning as well as many poolside tanning chairs.

We enjoyed the free breakfasts and selection was nice. Upon check-in we were told there were limited room selections yet I booked this almost 2 months in advance but we got an 'ok' room, however, whomever stayed above us on the 2nd floor was noisey and/or there is little to no insulation in between floors. That alone would want us to book a 2nd flr room if we were to stay there again. The floors in our room could've been cleaner and there was NO DRESSER for our clothes nor any closet. The bathroom and shower are in the same room but the sink is outside the shower/toilet area. This place really needs to get rid of the desk (which is where we had to place some of our clothes and stuff) but we would much prefer a decent sized dresser to put clothes in instead of living out of our suitcase for a week!! **This is very important! I took pics of the rather tiny 3 drawer looking file cabinet sized storage unit...but actually our 3 drawer file cabinet was bigger than the dumb little cabinet they had in there. The room had a microwave and mini frig which was nice. We did not require housekeeping to come in during our stay and either went to the front desk staff or caught a maid outside to grab extra towels and toilet paper. The pool was okay but definitely in need of a good cleaning as water was not looking great. They did not always have towels out and available. The firepit area was nice and we enjoyed sitting around it. The hot tub was nice but again not sure how clean it was.

Property is a little outside the main part of Sedona which keeps you out of the traffic jam. The property is a motel, it could use a remodel. Pool area was nice but the hot tub was broken during our stay. Bottom line, it was clean and served our purpose for the 2 days spent in Sedona

Needed a hotel in Sedona for an overnight family trip that was away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area, wasn't too expensive, and had an EV charger and the GreenTree Inn proved to be the perfect fit. The front desk was very helpful at check-in and advised us the best way to get to our suite which was on a slightly detached portion of the grounds and if you took the wrong route in the parking lot could take you through a very nasty ditch (note that late night arrivals will probably find an automated kiosk in the lobby instead of a real person). They also pointed us to the EV chargers and walked us through how to turn them on since they're free for hotel guests but require a key. The room itself was very roomy and more than comfortable enough for our short stay. The breakfast area we went to the next day was on the small side but had hot eggs and sausages in addition to cereal and bread unlike other hotels in overpriced tourist towns we've been to that skimp on their breakfast offerings. On a side note, the pool and jacuzzi looked very inviting but since it was December when we went we didn't get a chance to try them out. Maybe on a return visit to Sedona. After check out we found our ride fully charged which set us up for a great sightseeing trip in and around Sedona before heading home.

Staff was very friendly, bed was very comfortable, and room was quiet. But the room/bathroom wasn't as clean as I like as there was hair all over and the bathroom walls really needed a good scrub down. Also there was a gap in bathroom window where you could see outside and bugs came in. Needs a little maintenance. But overall it was ok. They also had soap dispenser for sink and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser in shower, so that was nice. Breakfast was basic with muffins, oatmeal, cereal, and yogurt, but I enjoyed the options. Good coffee too.

this was a very nice hotel. very clean, appears to have been recently updated. We didn't have time to check out the pool. Breakfast was slim, but something is better than nothing. Quiet and clean.

I chose this hotel because the views they showed were excellent for the price. Very deceiving. All I saw from my room was a bush and the back of the cabanas. Even from the entrance the views weren't that great. In addition, there was hair all over the floor in the bathroom.

It was super clean and tidy. The only drawback from the room was no real closet or place to put your clothes. We had to live out of our suitcases, which was fine as we were only in town to go hike. The facility was a little older but very clean and kept up well. Everything worked and the staff was very helpful. Great location. Inexpensive compared to other places. Great place to stay for the rate and location.

We stayed in a King room with Mountain View. The front desk service was great. We enjoyed the view and the pool. The rooms seemed to be recently renovated and were very modern. I love the egg chairs on the patio! All was nice and clean. A mostly pre-packaged breakfast was available, which is nice for hikers who want to grab-and-go.

Air conditioner was noisy. Toilet paper roll was too far from the toilet and door had to be closed in order to access it. The beds were so hard that we were unable to sleep comfortably.

Spectacular mountain view! Bed was comfy with fantastic pillows. This is an older motel but the rooms and pool have been remodeled. Staff was friendly and helpful. Several dining options in a short walk.

The room looked clean and fresh, with white walls, white bedspreads, and lots of pillows on the two beds. There was a huge mural of Sedona’s red rock mountains on the wall above the two beds, which was very nice. There was a very large Roku TV, but unfortunately it was Super Bowl Sunday and we were unable to actually watch the Super Bowl Game on that TV because it didn’t seem to have any cable stations or antenna connection, just streaming channels. The bathroom had a bit of mold along the grout lines in the shower, which needs to be freshened up.
The room looked clean and fresh, with white walls, white bedspreads, and lots of pillows on the two beds. There was a huge mural of Sedona’s red rock mountains on the wall above the two beds, which was very nice. When we drove up, we were a little worried because you can tell it’s an older property. The staff was fabulous! We had made a mistake in our booking, and they rectified it and gave us the same rate. When we got to our room, we were very pleasantly surprised. You can tell it’s been remodeled in the past few years. It was clean, no carpet, great beds, new sink, shower, and toilet, a huge flatscreen TV and we really liked it! They allowed us to do a little later check out for free. They have a grab and go breakfast, which we didn’t try, but it was offered. It was also very close to the devil’s bridge hike, which we did.

Everything was great except for the day I arrived my room wasn’t ready I had gotten a suite but they hadn’t even had it ready and I ended up with a two bed queen size. I hope they are able to give me back the difference.

Greeted by very friendly staff. Room was exceptionally clean and contained all the essentials for an overnight stay including breakfast. All this for a fraction of what other local hotels were charging.

Service was amazing, went to the front desk to ask for make up wipes. They couldn’t find them initially but made sure to bring them to the room as soon as they did. Convenient, safe and quiet place to stay. Breakfast options are just enough to fill you before heading out for the day. The pool is clean and a good size with water loungers for tanning as well as many poolside tanning chairs.

Long wait upon checking in, only had 1computer which was used booking guest over the phone, so multiple guests had to wait to be checked in, limited breakfast options, Unit AC was so loud causing disturbance with sleep, overall, the room was clean

Needed a hotel in Sedona for an overnight family trip that was away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area, wasn't too expensive, and had an EV charger and the GreenTree Inn proved to be the perfect fit. The front desk was very helpful at check-in and advised us the best way to get to our suite which was on a slightly detached portion of the grounds and if you took the wrong route in the parking lot could take you through a very nasty ditch (note that late night arrivals will probably find an automated kiosk in the lobby instead of a real person). They also pointed us to the EV chargers and walked us through how to turn them on since they're free for hotel guests but require a key. The room itself was very roomy and more than comfortable enough for our short stay. The breakfast area we went to the next day was on the small side but had hot eggs and sausages in addition to cereal and bread unlike other hotels in overpriced tourist towns we've been to that skimp on their breakfast offerings. On a side note, the pool and jacuzzi looked very inviting but since it was December when we went we didn't get a chance to try them out. Maybe on a return visit to Sedona. After check out we found our ride fully charged which set us up for a great sightseeing trip in and around Sedona before heading home.

The location is in West Sedona. A much more quiet area but only 5 minutes from the busy shopping district. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff was very friendly. The property was clean and the the pool was perfect for the heat wave when there in June 2025.Easy and convenient!

The coffee was very weak and I went somewhere else for coffee and I am not a coffee snob McDonalds is fine. Room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean. Grounds were nice. Ample parking. Not easy to see from the road.

We chose this hotel because it said breakfast included. Unfortunately it is only cold breakfast such as cereal and milk, bagels and cream cheese, packaged yogurt. You grab your food and take it to the room. No eggs or warm good fyi.

Our room was updated but was not clean. There was black hair all over the floor, between the sheets and it didn’t seem to match the pictures online. We normally travel with our own sheets because of allergies against other materials besides cotton, so while changing the sheets that had air on them we found large yellow stains on the comforter, mattress cover & mattress….it wasn’t the greatest quality for what you are paying for. I wouldn’t stay here again.
