Very nice inn. Clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Parking is difficult in the lot, only negative.

It shows online that there’s a pool and hot tub but there is not.

I have stayed here a few times. The place is old, front doors have gaps to outside, it could really use some updating but if you want a million dollar view then this is the place. There is NO pool, when I stayed here in 2020 THEY HAD A POOL! So to our surprise they do not have one any longer, it\'s cemented in. Well, when I stay somewhere that has a pool and I remember it having a pool and make a reservation again thinking they have a pool and then they don\'t, I kind of felt like I was losing my mind! We tried to cancel our rooms but the front desk said they would comp us pool passes to use the fancy schmancy l\'auberge pool 173 steps down the hill. The passes are usually $80 per person. She told us when we check out that they would reverse the pool charges and to take her word for it, she was always there, "practically lives there". Checkout the next day, this gal was nowhere to be found. We had a VERY angry man at the front desk who insisted that the pool was a standard charge, which ended up being $400. We told him that this gal gave HER WORD that she would reverse the charges upon checkout. He then proceeded to try to call someone a few times on some device that wasn\'t working and he unplugged it and threw it. He did reverse the charges but that was wild! The rooms we got had small very low toilets and sinks, felt like a giant in a tiny house and I\'m 5\'6"! I actually have more to say but not enough space here. Will not be back to this place again.

Parking is the only inconvenience, otherwise our stay was really a great experience. Coffee & quick breakfast at lobby. Souvenir water bottle was a plus. And lobby staff was friendly and considerate.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. When we entered the room it had a slight smell. You can tell the hotel is older but is in good condition. We were disappointed there was no pool or hot tub. The front desk said the photos online were outdated.

Location 5 star. View 5 star. Room 2 star at best. Needs money spending on as very tired and old. More Motel than Hotel. Could be so much more if money spent on this property. Pool has never been replaced and looks like it never will be. Price point far to high and much better accomadation in area at this price point. That all being said we loved the location and sitting on the balcony in the evenings with that view.

The carpet in our room was fraying where the seam met the tile. Tile wasn’t very clean but the bathroom was clean. There is grab and go breakfast which is convenient. There are muffins, packaged oatmeal, granola bars, dried cranberries and raisins. Hot tea with cappuccino machine which includes hot cocoa is a nice touch. Convenient location next to shops and restaurants is a plus. Disappointed when I asked the gentleman working the reception desk for more hot water for my tea. He told me I could get more water outside, around the corner and down the steps. He was talking with a co-worker, not busy with hotel guests. This didn’t seem like good service. Good parking. Gas fireplace in room which is a nice touch in winter. We were here January 2024. Again if you want a guaranteed view, this is the place. But a so-so hotel.

Older property, comfy rooms, situated in a great area in Sedona. Property is older, rooms could certainly use a refresh. Older furniture, bathroom fixtures, lighting. Bed and linens were the highlight as well as the stunning views of Mountains and Oak Creek valley. Front desk was friendly, but tiny, with minimal room to handle two guests at once. Not hot tub, pool or fitness center, but plenty of hiking in Sedona. Adding a hot tub at each building would be a plus for guest tired and sore from hiking all day!

Beautiful view from our porch. Older hotel refurbished and very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ants. Hot water out. Construction. Poor lighting. Unclean. Front desk apathy. But I hear L’Auberge is giving this place a makeover soon. Hope it’s still reasonable because the location is perfection.

Very outdated, cabinets look like they don’t belong and from 70’s same with countertops which are chipped and scratched and stained. Faucet fixtures are old and squeaky. Hole in bathroom ceiling and bathroom needs a remodel. Door hinges in bathroom are rusted and door doesn’t lock. Tv never worked even after speaking with front desk. Phone was unplugged and didn’t work. Dust pretty much everywhere and tells me service is below par. Great views but this doesn’t make up for super bad room experience, would recommend staying at another place than this one, just on run down.

The property is in a great location with a beautiful view of red rock. The room was very clean and highly maintained by housekeeping during our stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful when required. The hotel was safe, quiet but also walkable to many different restaurants and shops. I’d highly recommend for your stay in Sedona.

There were cockroaches in room and crumbs on floor. Lobby is closed after 7. Cats everywhere. Views are good

THE VIEW THE VIEW THE VIEW is excellent. The room was so clean but the only issue we had is the old musty smell. We finally got used to it.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, comfy deck chairs, beeeeyootiful view, coffee was good, bathroom configuration was great for 4 women. Trail pass was a great added perk. Great locationto all local sites.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could but the location is great. It is right in the middle of downtown of Sedona . Other than that it’s terrible and would not recommend to anyone. The sheets were dirty , had to get them changed as soon as we checked in . We reserved the room that had 5 person occupancy but when we got there they said that Expedia is wrong and made me pay $60 more . I didn’t argue because we were all tired. We stayed there for 3 nights. There were small bugs and would not walk in the dirty old carpet. The front desk lady was condescending with an attitude. Furniture and bathroom all old. The views were great. Thankfully we had full days of activities so we only were there to sleep. The breakfast was a joke , we went out to eat.

From the outside the hotel looks pretty awful. Inside, it is much nicer with an amazing view. The toilet is so low to the ground that it is very difficult to get up. We were told that they will be closing for 6 months and doing a complete renovation. I am sure they will get high toilets.

The view at this property is the most incredible view I have ever seen, and every single room gets to experience this. That is what I love most about this property. The only thing that could have made it better was to have an actual breakfast nook to eat on like a table on the balcony rather than the wicker chairs they offer with a short table which is not comfortable to actually eat on the balcony. Oh we absolutely hated the pillows they feel like feather downs pillows which lay very flat and are horrible uncomfortably. All 3 in my family always woke up with neck pains. The mattresses are very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again since it’s so centrally located to easy strolls to shop and dine.

It’s got great views from my room and walking distance is good to restaurants and shops. It’s probably better to spend the extra for a room on the top floor, the people above are very noisy. The shower and toilet area was small and needs updated

Room not as it looked on website, toilet was so low to the floor your knees are very upward and close to chest. Moved as well.

Location is best thing about the property. Could hear the people above us walking, jumping, or stomping day or night.

Orchards Inn is always great. The only issue I had was with the shower. We were in the 2 queen room. The shower had an immovable glass panel and a glass door. The door was located on the opposite side of the shower head. So you couldn’t turn it on without being in there already. Who wants to stand in cold water until it warms up? I tried huddling into the corner by the shower head but it was ridiculous I had to do that and I still got cold water on me. Other than that it was a good stay.

Hotel was in a great location. We could walk to almost everything!! The view was great as long as your not on the bottom floor, which we were. I would say this hotel was just ok. The pictures make it look way way nicer than it is, so pictures a little deceiving!

Excellent views and handy inso far as town center is concerned. Room was adequate but clearly getting quite dated. I know it's Sedona but still a little pricey for room quality.

Absolutely gorgeous! So friendly and loved the views! Hotel was great!

Gave us a room recently used by dog owners. Wife had to use a Epipen due to severe allergic reaction. They even had dogs staying in the room next to us that they knew nothing about even though they were barking well after 10 pm. Management (Donald) promised a $120 refund and then ghosted us. For what you get, outdated room, dirty carpet and noise not to mention the funky electrical stink, this place is way overpriced. Do yourself a favor and avoid the Orchards Inn.

This place was really nice and my favorite place to stay so far in Sedona! I really wanted a balcony view of the mountains and this is the place, you can lay in bed and see the range just outside! Everything was clean and convenient. My door had a battery issue (these things happen) Eric the engineer fixed it in no time for me to enjoy the rest of the day he also recommended things to do in Sedona and overall was so helpful! the gentleman with an accent at the front desk was also helpful and nice and these things are really important to making your vacation run smoothly! They really made the stay more enjoyable, I will definitely be staying there again in the future over other properties. Thanks!

Great view, comfortable bed, perfect location to walk around. We had an inconvenience checking in because it is advertised as a 24/7 front desk but it was not on the main lobby or main entrance. We had to call and we waited for someone to guide us to another hotel where we could check in.

Property is beautiful but some of the staff were very condescending. One of the front desk attendants namely. She made condescending comments about my disapproving view of the food from the Mexican restaurant adjacent to the hotel that we ordered room service from and tried to charge me three times for a stay I had already paid for upfront via Expedia.

We loved the red rock view of Sedona from our room’s balcony! This is a superb location with easy access to shops & restaurants.

The onsite restaurant, Agave 89 has amazing breakfast and dinner options! This is my 4th time staying here and I look forward to the next!

The property is located in the center of town, perfect location. Everything was eazy to walk to. Great town,great restaurants, great shopping.

Nice view, fireplace, mattress and sheets.....good bath products, great restaurant with free appetizer...great tequila choices and right downtown for walking. Snacks for breakfast and coffee.

Aside from there being nobody in the office at 10p when we went to check in, everything was great. The rooms were nice with a great view. Also, the “continental breakfast” was just a few muffins, tiny apples, coffee & tea.

Everyone at the desk was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the breakfast at 89Agave. The room was big and comfortable. Spectacular views from our floor to ceiling windows and balcony. Would for sure stay here again.

The Inn is an older and peacefully quaint building nestled with a view of Snoopy Rock. Its located for easy uptown access for walking and sight seeing. The room was comfy and clean. The Inn gifted us two water bottles for staying hydrated. It’s a short drive to most hikes- slide rock and west fork just a few miles north. We had a great time and the free appetizer at 89Agave (table-side hand made Guac) was so yum!! The “shared” balcony is really an external walkway but the views were gorgeous and folks were great! At night we were sure we could see the Milky Way to the east.

Wonderful stay at the Orchard. It is a the first motel built in Sedona so is a little dated in certain areas. Stay in a suite room if you can. The view was spectacular and the 89Agave restaurant was fantastic for lunch and dinner. The staff there were terrific! And you cannot beat the location! All shopping in walking distance!

Staff was so incredibly accommodating and helpful and did it with smiles and enthusiasm. Talked to 3 different people at the desk and all were equally helpful. Room was awesome fireplace was a additional treat, The property mexican restaurant was fantastic, And this was all for a business trip. Wonderful spot.
