El desayuno era el típico americano y el personal muy amable. El estacionamiento no es gratis, por lo tanto debes leer muy bien las condiciones del hotel.

They should tell you when the pool is out of service and not charge full price😠. The A/C barely kept the room cool at max settings. NO coffee in the room. Bed was great, decent breakfast, easy access to the airport and mall.

Only complaint is worlds slowest elevators!

I had this reservation for months in advance. I came to relax by the pool in the sun. When i arrived for check in and asked about pool and spa hours they informed me that "the pool is closed for renovations" and did not offer a discount. Hotels.com then relocated me to INFINITY HOTEL and it was a HUGE downgrade from the Holiday Inn...i was shocked! I WAS LEFT ON VACATION IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AS A SOLO TRAVELER AND NO REFUND FOR MY PREVIOUS ACCOMMODATIONS. I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER HOTWL AT THE LAST MINITE THAT WAS NIT A DUMP!

Very comfortable stay and staff with excellent attitude and service.
