Quiet hotel located near so many things. Pool and hot tub were refreshing. Room was clean and comfortable. Great amenities and comfortable bed.

I’ve learned my lesson: Embassy Suites properties have declined drastically, and this location is in a completely dilapidated state. My initial room was creepy, outdated, and dusty, with visible stains on the carpet. Because of those conditions, I requested a room change. That was when the real nightmare started, the front desk repeatedly issued me non-working room keys for the new room. Having to go back and forth to fix their hardware mistakes was frustrating enough, but the staff seemed to get a genuine kick out of inconveniencing guests like this. The pool was also warm and unappealing, making me wonder if basic water chemical maintenance is even being performed. After the second key card failure and zero accountability from staff, I canceled my stay, requested a refund, and left. Before leaving, I made the mistake of eating at the hotel restaurant. The table service provided dirty metal utensils wrapped in dusty napkins, a warm salad, and a disgusting burger loaded with wilted, soggy vegetables. By the time I arrived home, food poisoning set in. Between the lack of basic room cleanliness, key system failures, petty staff behavior, and severe food safety issues, I strongly advise staying far away from this hotel.
