My daughter has moved to Washington. We needed a place to stay with our dogs. This house was absolutely perfect. Nice fenced yard. The house had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again and I recommend it to anyone

Our group of 6 adults and one dog, aged 23-73, had a great time during our 4-night stay. Our plans changed a few days before our trip, and we were grateful to be able to come in a day early. We were greeted by Annie shortly after our arrival. The house itself was clean and well-appointed; the hosts clearly tried to think of everything to make an enjoyable stay. We had no issues with the internet (my husband had a video meeting during our stay) or television for the limited time it was viewed. We didn't use the washer or dryer but were happy to find lawn chairs in the laundry room that we could use while using the charcoal grill in the front yard. You will hear traffic noise in the front of the property, but the backyard areas were lovely and relaxing, with strung lights. The property is located close to the winery districts, and we had no problem with UberXL's availability to visit one during our stay. We also could easily drive to Everett and the Seattle waterfront area. We would definitely recommend the property. Thank you!

We had a group of 5 women for a mom-getaway and this house was exactly right for us. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hot tub was a lovely space to relax and talk, the kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook easily. Perfection!

We stayed here with 6 adults total. The house was perfect for a weekend getaway to Woodinville to wine taste. We were close to everything and it was great to come home and cook and enjoy wine while we relaxed at the house. The kitchen was a great place to hang out and we had everything we needed for cooking and serving meals.We will definitely stay here again!

Clean, modernized, private, and spacious! This was the perfect place for our family to stay! Close enough to all major attractions we wanted to see. This was our home base for visiting the Museum of Pop Culture, Seattle Center, shopping, and a Mariners game! Plenty of room for our family of five. Great hot tub for relaxing and very private. The hosts are amazing and very quick to reply with any questions or needs. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is absolutely beautiful, and the hosts have truly thought of everything. We utilized the jacuzzi and the fire pit, and both really helped to make our stay even more special. The hosts could not have been better…be sure to watch the video they made about the house…it will help answer any questions you have! It truly was a memorable stay!

A charming property with laundry, full kitchen, comfortable beds and living area and an excellent hot tub area. There was a little bit of trouble with the water pressure but the owners fixed it pretty quickly once we contacted them. Overall, I would stay here again!

The house has reasonable check in and check out procedures, and is immaculate. We loved the hot tub. They seem to use really scented products, and I had a reaction to them. They were nice enough to speedily deliver new sheets washed in water.

We loved this house. It was very clean, charming and located close to shopping and food. We had a lovely relaxing time during our stay. The only suggestion we have is on the last day as we were packing the car and my husband fell down the stairs outside, it rained the night before and the metal edges created the perfect scenario of slippery conditions. Just a heads up for future guests to be mindful that those can get slippery. The kitchen was beautiful, the rooms had cozy bedding. Nothing in this home felt cheap or disposable it was all very nice. Thank you.

We rented the house to be in town for a wedding. With all the family gatherings and people visiting it made sense to have some they that felt like a home base rather than a hotel. The place was perfect. The property is just beautiful. I didn’t want to leave. The house itself was exactly what we wanted. Cozy, clean and plenty of room to spread out and unpack. Close to everything and clean up instructions couldn’t have been easier. Loved it.

After a long day out and about it was nice to be able to come back to a quiet area where we could just let loose and be ourselves! We took full advantage of the amenities the hot tub was a fave for us all! The stocked kitchen was also a great bonus! And last but not least the beds were amazing!

Loved our stay. The owners have made this a home away from home. Well appointed and great yard. The location is on Route 9 which is a bit busy but was perfect for our purposes. Close to restaurants, shopping and parks.

We had a great stay and the house was super clean and modern. Hosts were great. Consider the 4 stars a 4.5 since it doesn’t give the option. The location was private but on a main road so not a place for quiet contemplation. But for us it worked perfect. Beds were awesome and got rested. They also have sound machines in the bedrooms. We would stay again.

We competed in a dog event in Monroe and needed a larger space than a hotel provides. We messaged with the owner before booking and were allowed to bring our 3 well behaved show dogs. It’s a quiet property and everything is as described. The home is extremely clean and has everything we needed. While the yard is fenced it’s short in a couple areas and our larger dogs need more of a fence to contain them. With the road nearby we just walked them and there was plenty of space to walk. Neighborhood is very safe. The road noise was canceled out by the provided noise machines. Lots of wineries and great restaurants close by. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed in this little gem for a few days into the new year. So close to all the wineres and great restaurants! The home has everything you need and more! Loved the decor of the home and it had a wonderful hot tub that we used a few times! Annie was available at any moment to answer all our questions. She was all hands on with our stay. Absolutely loved it here and will come back for sure! We highly recommended this great property! Thank you Annie and Darrick!!

Beautiful home, clean and exactly as describes. The owners were extremely communicative (in a good way) and checked in on us each day to see if there was anything we needed. Not as far away from things as you'd expect!A little tricky to find the first time, but once you find it, it's easy to remember.Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here over the weekend for our son's wedding at Lord Hill Farms. It was convenient and located about 20-minutes away from the venue. The hosts were responsive and wonderful to work with. It worked out great for our wedding weekend!

We had to come up to Washington for medical reasons and it was a very stressful trip. Thankfully, a lot of the stress subsided when we arrived at the property. It was clean, the description was accurate, and there are no details left unattended. There is no shortage of kitchen supplies, towels, beach towels for the hot tub, laundry detergent and hampers, ice, etc. The property and grounds are gorgeous. All of the details were even more appreciated when we met the hosts. Annie has been so lovely and accommodating. We had to extend our trip for treatment and she’s been so kind and gracious working with us. We just can’t say enough nice things about our stay here! If I could give them 20 stars I would.

A charming property with laundry, full kitchen, comfortable beds and living area and an excellent hot tub area. There was a little bit of trouble with the water pressure but the owners fixed it pretty quickly once we contacted them. Overall, I would stay here again!

Visiting daughter and her family for granddaughter’s first birthday, perfect place to stay with perfect accommodations! Fabulous grounds, plenty of parking, great open kitchen & dining area to cook with family and enjoy games. Definitely enjoyed our time in the hot tub, too! Would highly recommend Annie & Darrick’s place. You won’t be disappointed.

It was really easy to get here from SeaTac. From here we visited several wineries/tasting rooms. It was about 35 minutes into Seattle on Friday morning at 7am. We also went to snoqialmie valley to see the falls and hike. It was a great week and this place was perfect to call home each night.

Loved our stay. The owners have made this a home away from home. Well appointed and great yard. The location is on Route 9 which is a bit busy but was perfect for our purposes. Close to restaurants, shopping and parks.

We had a great stay and the house was super clean and modern. Hosts were great. Consider the 4 stars a 4.5 since it doesn’t give the option. The location was private but on a main road so not a place for quiet contemplation. But for us it worked perfect. Beds were awesome and got rested. They also have sound machines in the bedrooms. We would stay again.

We stayed here with 6 adults total. The house was perfect for a weekend getaway to Woodinville to wine taste. We were close to everything and it was great to come home and cook and enjoy wine while we relaxed at the house. The kitchen was a great place to hang out and we had everything we needed for cooking and serving meals.We will definitely stay here again!

We competed in a dog event in Monroe and needed a larger space than a hotel provides. We messaged with the owner before booking and were allowed to bring our 3 well behaved show dogs. It’s a quiet property and everything is as described. The home is extremely clean and has everything we needed. While the yard is fenced it’s short in a couple areas and our larger dogs need more of a fence to contain them. With the road nearby we just walked them and there was plenty of space to walk. Neighborhood is very safe. The road noise was canceled out by the provided noise machines. Lots of wineries and great restaurants close by. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our stay was great. House is very comfortable for a small group. Best equipped kitchen I have ever seen at a VRBO. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub or cute fire pit area. (Too chilly) Very nice stay.

After a long day out and about it was nice to be able to come back to a quiet area where we could just let loose and be ourselves! We took full advantage of the amenities the hot tub was a fave for us all! The stocked kitchen was also a great bonus! And last but not least the beds were amazing!

Our group of 6 adults and one dog, aged 23-73, had a great time during our 4-night stay. Our plans changed a few days before our trip, and we were grateful to be able to come in a day early. We were greeted by Annie shortly after our arrival. The house itself was clean and well-appointed; the hosts clearly tried to think of everything to make an enjoyable stay. We had no issues with the internet (my husband had a video meeting during our stay) or television for the limited time it was viewed. We didn't use the washer or dryer but were happy to find lawn chairs in the laundry room that we could use while using the charcoal grill in the front yard. You will hear traffic noise in the front of the property, but the backyard areas were lovely and relaxing, with strung lights. The property is located close to the winery districts, and we had no problem with UberXL's availability to visit one during our stay. We also could easily drive to Everett and the Seattle waterfront area. We would definitely recommend the property. Thank you!

We rented the house to be in town for a wedding. With all the family gatherings and people visiting it made sense to have some they that felt like a home base rather than a hotel. The place was perfect. The property is just beautiful. I didn’t want to leave. The house itself was exactly what we wanted. Cozy, clean and plenty of room to spread out and unpack. Close to everything and clean up instructions couldn’t have been easier. Loved it.

We had a group of 5 women for a mom-getaway and this house was exactly right for us. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hot tub was a lovely space to relax and talk, the kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook easily. Perfection!

Amazing stay! Host was very attentive, check in was easy and kitchen had everything we needed! Hot tub and Fire pit were the highlight of our weekend!! It’s so beautiful and peaceful we were not ready to leave!

We had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed sitting outside with the creek. The hot tub was great after spending the day walking all the hills downtown Seattle. The beds were comfortable, house clean and well stocked. We ended up getting a dog sitter for our fur babies but it had a nice fenced yard for them. Directions and communication were also great!
