I really enjoy staying here when we go to Tucson it's always a comfortable stay! Only thing I could say is the parking situation there is very limited parking and this hotel is usually full.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at, with such a low price! The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the room was large and well-furnished.

Only negative is the parking is very tight. Strictly one space per room and they’re finally clamping down on those who abuse it. Other than that the property is excellent. The rooms are designed efficiently to pass the savings on to their guests. Two thumbs up.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit friends and family in Tucson. The rates are some of the best in the area. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. There isn’t any breakfast. Pool area is nice for hanging out and there is a bbq area and a fitness center.

The pool area is nice. The room was very clean. And Kelsey at the front desk was AMAZING. She was very helpful and personally took me to find my room when it was late and I was tired. Give her a raise!!!

I was in town for a personal business matter and was looking forward to this highly rated location. Now the staff by far from check-in to check-out were excellent & very friendly. The room was spacious and the decor is as presented in photos of property. The cleanliness needs work though! One of the beds had hairs on the very top of sheet, the carpet throughout had large red stains and the wall & floor behind toilet needed attention (let's leave it at that).

The price was great. The lobby was very nice, brightly lit, and welcoming. The front desk representative was very polite and helpful. There are shopping and dining places nearby, unfortunately I got in too late to take advantage of them. The room decor was nice and the microwave and mini fridge were very convenient. Unfortunately, I got a room with cleanliness issues. I found a hair on my son's bedding and another one on the shower wall. The bathroom light switch clearly hadn't been cleaned because there was a suspicious brown substance on the switch. I made my son wash his hands because we had touched it to put on the lights. After seeing that, I went around the room with wipes, wiping down all the other switches and TV remotes. The living room switch panel was so grimy it had gray smudges all around the switch. The couch was one of the dirtiest places in the room. There were so many old white stains on the couch cushions, arms, and backing, that it was unusable. I wouldn't allow my son to sit on it or put any of our belongings on it due to the numerous questionable stains. I appreciated having a mini fridge in the room, but due to the room layout, it was in the closet, which had a relatively high edge, that you had to lift the mini fridge door up and over it to be able to access the mini fridge interior. The bathroom was so small that if you had an emergency on the toilet with the door closed and someone needed to open it to help you, it would probably bash your knees.

I have stayed here twice. The first time every thing was good. The second time when my friend opened the counter we found dishes with rotting oatmeal in it. Smelled so bad. It was disgusting.

Positives: This hotel is in a safe neighborhood of Oro Valley. I appreciated the Oro Valley police frequently driving through and making their presence known as additional security. The hotel staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful and provided beyond excellent service always. The hotel decor has been updated and has the potential to show really well. The bedding was clean. Negatives: The room was dirty. The cloth couch soiled and stained, closet tracks covered in crumbs likely because the fridge is in the closet. The carpet was dirty and I wore sandals the entire time and put a bath towel down to sit on the sofa. I don’t want to put any of our bags on the floor because it was so dirty. The bed was hard as a rock and didn’t sleep well at all. Thankfully we only stayed one night. I was glad to leave. Tips to management: You hire great people who are friendly and helpful! You decorated well in the remodel. Rip out the carpet, it’s disgusting as well as the cloth sofas. Put in ceramic tile that can be cleaned and disinfected as well as a vinyl sofa that can be cleaned and disinfected. Raise your prices. You’re attracting sloppy dirty people with your low prices. Teach cleaners to tuck sheets in and not have them hanging onto the dirty carpet. Put the refrigerators up on a cabinet not directly on the floor where the door can’t be opened. This place has great potential, just tweak a couple things.

I have rented from this place before and i loved it. But this time there was no trash bags or anything in the room the sheets we're dirty. I paid more to go through the hotels app because i usually trust their opinions but i payed over 2.__$ for my daughter's birthday and the hotel ruined the trip for us. Ill be finding another place to stay and another app to go through.

The place looks like a motel from the outside, but the room was well appointed, spacious, clean, in short, we were very pleased. It felt like a nice hotel room. The price was very low for such a high rating. I don't know why the price is low, but I am not going to complain. We seemed to have gotten an upgrade, possibly because we asked if there was a fridge. We had leftovers from Thanksgiving. The desk clerk gave us a room with a full size fridge. Much appreciated.

love this place overall, always an easy check in, solid kitchenette and space, BUT the Direct TV is terrible, there is nothing on it but 1980s crap, and the AC unit has zero controls, so you are freezing or trying to breathe with nothing. We have to hang towels over the unit to keep the blow down, if you turn it off nothing comes into the bedroom. We have complsined about both the TV and AC to deaf ears, ,"it's how the owner has it set up" ...

Great value! Room was nice, but a tad small. Very large TV and a comfortable bed. A/C was very noisy and the knob for the shower fell off while I was showing, but no other issues. Overall, nice hotel - for the price I’d recommend highly.

The remodel is really attractive. We loved our suite with the kitchenette. Glad we got a room facing the pool. It wouldn’t have been as nice with a parking lot view. The bed was comfy, pool looked great, and the gym was excellent!

We really liked the hotel and would stay here again if the air conditioner was set up better in our suite. The thermostat is in one room while the air conditioner is in another causing the room with the air conditioner unit to be freezing cold in order to keep the room with the thermostat to be comfortable. I don't know if it was only our room or if this is how all the other suites are but it is incredibly uncomfortable.

This hotel is marketing itself as something it is not. If you look at its website, it looks like it has resort-like amenities. It does not. It's a remodeled Red Lion Inn. The rooms are nice enough, but they are not cleaned well and the walls are very thin so you hear everything your neighbors are doing. The pictures showed a full sized fridge which our suite did not have (mini fridge only). The living room area of the suite is easily 10 degrees warmer than the sleeping area because the AC only works well on the one side. Housekeeping is offered only every other day, but they don't bother to tell you that. Even if I had wanted to reuse my towels, the bathroom is the size of a broom closet with precisely 1 hook so you can't. We were there 2 nights and the pool area was taken over both afternoons/evenings by people blasting loud music, drinking (pouring vodka into a water bottle), and vaping - the $100 damage deposit makes a lot more sense after seeing the other guests. There is not enough parking so a number of people were parked in fire lanes overnight. For the price it is OK, but frankly we feel duped.

The room itself was clean and comfortable—no complaints there. However, our stay was overshadowed by a deeply disturbing incident at the pool. A clearly intoxicated man was in the water, periodically slipping under and appearing to drown. Despite notifying the front desk, staff took no action. He eventually vomited several times in the pool, and the situation escalated to the point where we had to call 911 ourselves. Emergency services arrived and took him to the hospital. What’s most troubling is the complete lack of response from hotel staff during a serious medical emergency. Their inaction put not only that guest at risk, but also others around the pool. This raised serious concerns about safety protocols and staff training. We had a short stay so the pool was not anva for our stay. It’s unfortunate because the hotel has potential, but the way this situation was handled (or rather, not handled) was unacceptable.

The only criticism I have is that we had to ask twice to have the room clean on Saturday morning. Parking is a bit limited. Otherwise staff very, very nice room was clean and it had all the proper functionality needed.

The pool area is nice. The room was very clean. And Kelsey at the front desk was AMAZING. She was very helpful and personally took me to find my room when it was late and I was tired. Give her a raise!!!

There was a party in the room next to me with a bunch of young adults. I called the front desk around 8pm asking to change my room, I was told I would get a call back but I didn’t. I had to call again at 10pm and finally got another room, so I had to pack and move in the middle of the night and be up early for work

There are beautiful views surrounding the hotel and a ton of restaurants and shopping options within .5 miles. I greatly enjoyed Tohono Chul botanical gardens located right behind the hotel. The pool and hot tubs were clean. The gym looked nice, though I did not use it. Everything worked, staff was kind and helpful, the room was very quiet.

This has to be one of the loudest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! People walking outside my door all night long, lots of door slamming, yelling all through the night. And when I pulled into the hotel there was an active crime scene happening in the hotel.

Property is ok. What I didn’t like is there many suspicious people around some drug addiction or some looks like homeless people. There some people were sleeping drunk by the jacuzzi. I feel like cuz it’s cheap that’s why there soo many strange people around that place. Rooms are ok looks like been remodeled. Area looks clean but I don’t like or trust to stay there since I don’t feel safe or even safe to park my car around there

I only write reviews when it’s beyond bad or if it far exceeds expectations. This place exceeded all expectations. Clean, comfortable, updated with high end details. Super friendly staff (Kelsey) with check-in and hosted happy hour. Price for value there’s none better in Tucson. Highly recommend and will return.

Clean, new, friendly staff but coffee is horrible. Clarification on other reviews, happy hour is beer, wine, sodas, and snack for sale by pool and there is no breakfast, just tea and bad coffee in the lobby. Will definitely recommend and stay again but will get coffee elsewhere.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit friends and family in Tucson. The rates are some of the best in the area. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. There isn’t any breakfast. Pool area is nice for hanging out and there is a bbq area and a fitness center.

Everything was great, it’s a very nice and clean place to stay, and the price is great. They don’t provide breakfast which sucks when your traveling and the only other thing I didn’t like was the coffee machine was in the bathroom right next to the toilet which I thought was gross. But would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I stayed here in May for one night. We asked the staff a mail to put his near the pool instead he put us on the second floor on the south end of the building with no elevator and we had to drag our suitcases quite a ways. The pool was closed for maintenance so we didn’t get to use it. I wish that the front desk clerk would listen to your request if the hotel was not busy so they have plenty of rooms near the pool
