I thought I was booking a suite. Not the problem of the hotel!! My only problem with the facility was that the pool and hottub were down while I was there!! I was really looking forward to that hottub!

We loved the breakfast and the free cocktail hour. We had a room towards the front, right by the stairs, which was very convenient. I liked how the property was laid out, nice for taking walks. The beds were very comfortable and the suite gave us lots of room. Didn't like that the pool was cold (about 65) but it was in the 50's at night so maybe too hard to keep it heated. Staff was super friendly and we will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and spaciousness. Breakfast was included which is a great addition! The pool was nice but towels were very small. Area around the pool needs updating with new chairs and tables. Jacuzzi needs a big over haul. The bar area was nice. It would be nice if a server went around the pool area taking orders. Bar service was extremely slow.

Enjoyed the manager’s reception and breakfast. Also enjoyed the pool area. Only concern is that the glass elevators get EXTREMELY hot, since this property is in Tucson AZ where it was 108 degrees yesterday.

Our stay was a birthday celebration for our 16 year old son and his best friend. Spent the afternoon at Round 1 and the movies at Park Place Mall, then headed to the hotel. The boys worked out at the hotel gym, swam and then settled in for the evening. The suite was great- spacious, clean, quiet. The boys had the bedroom and my husband slept on the sofa bed (pretty uncomfortable). Great breakfast in the morning! A total success! We’ll be back!

The staff was great, especially at the bar/breakfast. There were 3-4 people in line both times I went to the front desk, just one girl working. She was nice though. The courtyard and pool areas are well kept and the plants were huge and beautiful. The buliding/ rooms are bit out of date. The carpet and bedding were just old and worn making it hard for the room to feel clean.

If you’re staying on the side of the hotel facing the main road, the noise of the traffic is a bit distracting… The room itself was very nice, balcony and chairs were a nice touch, fridge and microwave very convenient. Bathroom cleanliness was not up to par. Also the conditioner was not stocked on the wall mounted toiletries in the shower and the toilet barely flushed… Complimentary breakfast was fantastic! Really great selection! Fresh and hot, nice atmosphere in the restaurant and clean… Pool area also looked fantastic!

The room was very clean and the carpet appeared to be new. The staff was great. Friendly quick check-in and the crew at the reception in the evening were a fun group. The lady making the omelets in the morning had 4 going at once and never broke a sweat as she quickly went through the orders with a smile.Check out was also quick and hassle free. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Ended up having to travel 2 hours home at night due to finding blood & bugs on one of the beds in the room. Front desk person was very concerned, but nothing was resolved. (Tried uploading the pictures, but it wont let me for some reason.)

I think his name was Brandon at check-in. But very friendly and we checked in a little early and the room wasnt quite ready, but he understood that I had a baby and a toddler and moved things around to get us into a room right away! Room was a King suite and was nice & spacious, loved the big bathroom with 2 sinks and the separate rooms w/a door of which we used a lot. Missed the free drink happy hour as we had plans, but we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the free hot breakfast. Definitely would stay again!

Great stay. Room was well laid out and appointed. Screen door to balcony would not work. Kept falling off. Toilet upgtaded to save o water but unfortunately took t flushes to get anything down. Kinda defeated the purpose. Staff were friendly. The one girl on bar was amazing even though she was overwhelmed. Not to sure if their staffing level was good. Perhaps someone was sick that day and didnt show. The restaurant food was good though nd plentiful. Pool and hot tub looked inviting butthe day we were there it was much to cold to participate.

This property is extremely dated. The room we stayed in had dirty carpet, noisy AC, we were on the road and the road noise was terrible. It was hot and the sheets are so scratchy and uncomfortable. It is set up like a motel so the door is on the outside and I didn’t particularly like that or feel very safe in that kind of a set up. The breakfast we had was good however I just had an omelette. The front desk representatives were extremely friendly and very helpful though. The pool and grounds looked pretty nice but we never used them. Jacuzzi was cold when we were there. All in all we paid over $300 for the room during graduation and it was not worth that at all.

The room was more than expected. We had a king suite with mountain view. The view was partial because it was between two palm trees. There was a great view from outside our room on the upper level bridge. The room was large, clean, comfortable. The air system ran almost non stop and was kind of noisy but we were comfortable. Loved having a TV in the sitting area and in the bedroom. The balcony patio was cute. We would stay again.

Dinner: after ordering, I waited 45’. I asked if the order went through. They said yes. I got my apertizer. I waited another 30’. They came to me and did they forgot the order. I waited another 45’. It never arrived. I left after waiting 2 hours! The AC in the room went off/on every 10 minutes during the night. It was so loud that I didn’t sleep a minute

Ken at the front desk has been awful each time I’ve encountered him. He wasn’t helpful at all and couldn’t figure out the computer to check me in: instead of offering solutions he stared and me and told me I needed to figure it out. I was looking forward to the hot tub at night: it was broken and murky, with no sign that it was in fact broken. This was my third, and likely last, stay here.

Staff here are so sweet and kind ! We came in a little earlier then when booking said to check in but they made sure to have a room ready for us. Our Room was super nice and comfy and checkout was super easy . Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back .

What a wonderful place to stay while my husband was in the hospital. The staff went out of their way for me in every way. They were friendly, helpful and encouraging as it was a stressful time. The first night, I locked my keys in the car along with my phone. LOL They helped me through it all. They have a beautiful pool area and photo artwork of the beautiful landscapes in Arizona. The restaurant was good as well. Five stars for my friends at Embassy Suites East! You guys are amazing ❤️✌️

The desk clerk was overwhelmed with check-ins at 6 pm on a Sunday, and he wasn’t adequately trained to deal with a complaint I overheard. He did his best to cope, but the process was painfully slow. Our suite was spacious if a bit dated; however it was quite cold on this November evening and adjusting the thermostat had little effect. A hot shower really helped, though, and the beds were fine. A very nice breakfast was included in our (quite reasonable) rate. Hotel management needs to reconsider the traffic layout of the small serving space as it was impossibly jammed. Beautiful grounds provided a great area for walking with our dogs. In short, this property could be truly outstanding with repairs to the HVAC system and a few minor tweaks.

I was visiting Arizona from Seattle to take my daughter to the UofA .I decided to stay at The Embassy Suites because of location and the great ratings. This place did not disappoint! They allowed for me to have an Amazon package delivered with such ease and I am so grateful! The hotel was clean, the staff was caring, and the pool area was wonderful! I will definitely be staying here again!

Not many restaurants in the area, so be prepared to drive. Quiet towards the back of the hotel though garbage pickup at 6 am one morning challenged that. Great hot breakfast, enjoyed the free evening drinks as well. Nice rooms

If you’re staying on the side of the hotel facing the main road, the noise of the traffic is a bit distracting… The room itself was very nice, balcony and chairs were a nice touch, fridge and microwave very convenient. Bathroom cleanliness was not up to par. Also the conditioner was not stocked on the wall mounted toiletries in the shower and the toilet barely flushed… Complimentary breakfast was fantastic! Really great selection! Fresh and hot, nice atmosphere in the restaurant and clean… Pool area also looked fantastic!

Hotel itself is fine, however I booked the wrong location and the area around the hotel is what I would call ‘sketchy’. I realized I screwed up the day of our reservation and it was too late to cancel without a penalty. Guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Please exercise caution if you choose to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, my car was broken into on the night of February 17th, 2024, while parked in the hotel's lot. Important documents and personal belongings were stolen. Despite the presence of security, it seems their effectiveness is lacking, and there are no security cameras on the property. Take care to consider your safety and security when deciding where to stay, as you may also be at risk of theft.

Great STAFF! Always helpful. The manager was so kind and helpful. The place was nice and the morning breakfast was Great. We had a great veiw from our balcony. Great for familys. The pool was so nice, and that hot tub was even better on my muscle on those long days of hiking. Location was great as well.

We picked the hotel for location and price. It is in the east side of Tucson. Rate included a nice breakfast and and evening cocktail hour which we enjoyed. Staff were very pleasant. Property is a bit older and some things like the outdoor elevators were dirty. But rooms were well appointed and nights were very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Dinner: after ordering, I waited 45’. I asked if the order went through. They said yes. I got my apertizer. I waited another 30’. They came to me and did they forgot the order. I waited another 45’. For the price I was expecting,"wow" instead we got ,"ehh". Requested a earlier check in we actually had to wait till 3:30. We receive 2 complimentary drinks between 5 -630pm we went down to bar & there was such a long line we passed ( if there complimentary they should allow guests to come when it's convenient to their stay) breakfast would of been great but there wasn't enough seating and it was very confusing no direction on how or what was available. The chef was there alone handling everyones orders. He was amazing but it would of been nice if someone would have cleared & cleaned tables. We had to clean up someone's mess before we could sit at a table.

Rooms were clean and spaciousness. Breakfast was included which is a great addition! The pool was nice but towels were very small. Area around the pool needs updating with new chairs and tables. Jacuzzi needs a big over haul. The bar area was nice. It would be nice if a server went around the pool area taking orders. Bar service was extremely slow.

Good value for the money. The room being on the front of the building close to the Speedway road was a bit noisy. Our biggest complaint was with the smell in the breakfast restaurant. It needs better ventilation above the omlet station. After eating there, all our clothes and hair smelled from the cooking so much so that we felt to need to re-shower and change clothes after breakfast. Also the layout of the restaurant is chaotic and crowded. The restaurant used individual salt/pepper packets, paper and plastic cups, and tiny plastic creamers which is extremely environmentally unfriendly.

Every Embassy Suite hotel has an evening cocktail hour and snacks. The snacks offered on Sunday night consisted of a Chex type of trail mix and a few cubes of cheese. That’s it. I found it pathetic

The room was great. Like a small apartment. Also had a mountain view of Mt. Lemmon. Very nice. The Hotel is huge! Multi story and spread out with multiple wings. The breakfast is amazing. There is a chef that will cook eggs or omelets to order. Everything was delicious! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

My confirmation stated a 3pm check in. We arrived a little after 3 and were told our room was not ready and it would be at least an hour wait. What are you supposed to do for an hour when its 98 degrees outside, everything us packed in your car and you have a baby with you. We didn't get in the room until 4:30. I had asked for a crib for the baby. I called the front dest and they dragged in a filthy play pen that smelled like pee. Wh hadn't brought anything to put the baby in . The breakfast was terrible tasting. Pancakes tasted like cardboard and the orange juice was mainly water. The pool had 4 lounge chairs, one of which was falling apart. And they refused to give us a later check out on Sunday even though our check in was1 1/2 hours late. The gentleman at the front dest was horrible rude.

It's our second time staying at this hotel. Always a great stay. Clean and spacious rooms! Great breakfast, lots of shade and greenery, nice enough to eat outside the restaurant patio. Offers a huge pool, jacuzzi, a fitness area and a laundry room. All of which we used. Will stay here again when in town.
