Rodeway Inn Winslow I-40

Charged $10 for spilling tea on bed. When asked the front desk lady said, so the house keeper can clean it and wash it. Before spilling the tea, I pulled the blanket and sheets up to find dirt and brown stains on bed. Seems to me they don’t even change out the sheets. The towels are stained. The person upstairs was loud and there was someone in the parking lot playing their music loud until 3am. Not worth staying here.

This place is a scam. Demanded cash for room that was already paid for

When we checked in the man at the desk seemed to be searching quite a while to decide where to put us despite having booked the room over a month in advance. We were given a room with 2 double beds instead of the 1 queen bed we had booked. When I complained later (after finding my booking receipt) he thought it was okay because "2 double beds is a more expensive room than 1 queen". By then we were too tired to move elsewhere after traveling all day. The bed made lots of noise whenever moving. The bathroom counter was not clean, bathtub cracked, shower curtain moldy, sink had to be cranked real hard to shut off from dripping, no hair dryer, bathroom light missing bulb and the fan appeared to have not been cleaned in years. The breakfast did not look good and the area was dirty, especially the case containing bread items. Obviously, we left right away and ate breakfast somewhere else. Don't bother starying here!

My room was spacious and bed was awesome; best sleep ever....
