A great place to stay. Nice comfortable room. Friendly accommodating staff. Nice it had a pool. Our kids really enjoyed it. Quiet place. Would stay there again.

Check in was very easy. They have free parking. The rooms are pretty clean and nothing broken. The biggest issue I have with this hotel is the smell of the hallway. It smells old and moldy. Elevator sounded like it’s going to break or stall soon. But everything else was decent. Free continental breakfast was pretty decent as well.

Hot tub was not working and that was a major reason we booked with the property. The second night the window cracked and almost fell from the room. My husband had to catch it and they moved us to a new room.

Parking on site was plentiful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and tasty. Would stay here again.

I chose this puppy because it had a hot tub and a pool, which I did not have access to on any of the days that I stayed at I tried to reach out to management and they had no one in place of management and he was on vacation

The pool was not heated and the hot tub was not hot due to a problem with the generator waiting to get it fixed. There were kids running around in the room above us until 10pm. Otherwise, everything else was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Easily park in the front of hotel. Didn't like that one bed light Didn't work. Needed to have plugs closer to the nightstand to charge phones. Found a few ants in the bathroom as well.

We had a great stay! The room was spacious and clean. The bed and bedding are very comfy. Had a microwave and fridge. Nice TV that swivels. Great parking. Coffee and lemon water in lobby. Great pool and hot tub. They were outside, but we still went in. Free breakfast. First day was scrambled eggs and sausage and was really good. Second day a quiche and bfast sandwich, which wasn't good. There was oatmeal and several toppings, bagels, yogurt, make your own waffles, milks, hard boiled eggs, fruit, toast, juice. Overall, a good free Breakfast! Staff were friendly. They have a small store for snacks, toiletries. No daily housekeeping.

Checked into our room and it smelled like sewage. Had to move to another room. Hotel staff member at front desk mentioned sometimes air pocket within pipes causes the smell.

Everything was super clean from lobby to your room bathroom sheets towels. High quality soaps and other supplies were appreciated.

Smelled stale in lobby, too many flies in the lobby area. Rooms are nice and spacious. Cleaning service was every other day.

Pros: While this hotel is "off the beaten path" for wineries, it is in an excellent location just a 20-30 minute drive through most of Napa and into Yountville on Highway 29. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast has a lot of variety and everything was delicious! In addition, the breakfast staff made sure to wipe down all surfaces as soon as someone got up from a table. Cons: I wish there was a bit more weight to the blanket on the bed as it was really just a minimal blanket and a sheet. And in my room the eco-friendly conditioner bottle was empty which was kind of a let down.

This hotel is due for a deep clean and new carpets on the first floor. Smell of smoke in lobby and first floor. Yuck!

I was on the first floor so but the floor above me was really loud stomping and it was loud. Next time I will know to book the top floor. My room says non smoke but I can smell smoke in it. And when checking out you can really smell smoke from cigarettes down the hall.

Bathroom floor needed to be sweeped, and inside of shower had shoe marks. Carpet needed vacuuming. Strong smoke odor

We booked this hotel because of its excellent reviews, but we were quite disappointed. PLUSES: 1. Front desk staff were very friendly. 2. The free breakfast was very good (moist scrambled eggs, and beautiful thin bacon strips) MINUSES: 1. We’ve never had a room with so many broken things: a. The wall thermostat didn’t work. No power or readout. b. The A/C can be controlled from the unit’s own control panel BUT the fan would not stop when the desired temp was reached. The compressor or heater stops at the right temp but the fan blows all night. Hard to sleep that way. c. The shower / tub handle plate was loose and crooked. It was not even glued to the tiles. There was a 1/8” gap letting shower water leak into the wall behind the tub. d. The bathroom fan is broken (or maybe there isn’t one). So the bathroom is a steam room. e. The outlets on both sides of the sofa were broken. One was so loose it could not hold a plug. The other had no current. f. The cover plate of the motor control for the blackout curtain was brown exposing the wiring inside. The control box itself was sticking out 1/2 from the wall instead of flush as electrical boxes should be. g. The bathroom kleenex box would not latch. Looking inside, we saw that someone had tried (unsuccessfully) to repair the latch with a piece of tape! h. The phone cuts in and out - loose wiring? 2. We had requested housekeeping (and it was acknowledged) but they never cleaned the room or changed towels.

Although the walls were thin and I could hear the guests next door, overall I appreciated the cleanliness, nice room decor, comfortable bed, black out curtains.

There are only two things I would "complain" about: 1. Walls are VERY thin. First night we listened to a couple talking very loud in their room and their tv blaring until 1:00 am. 2. The third night it was a couple in the room on the other side. All I can say is that guy deserved a standing ovation! She "enjoyed" him at least 7 times that I counted. LOL

An interior light of the room would randomly turn on throughout the night, waking us all each time it happened. It probably happened about 5 times during our 1-night stay. Because we were so tired, only staying 1 night, and unsure if the issue would resolve itself, we did not request a new room. I informed the front desk the next morning. We stayed in room 120.

We left after only a few hours. The shower had a very large crack on the floor, when you looked out the window it was completely blocked by trees and that’s ok it was the mold growing on the wood outside the window that bothered me. The bed was horrible, it was broken down and you rolled the the middle. I thought by picking a hotel at 250.00 a night would get me better accommodations.

The room was spacious. There was a "kitchen" sink and cabinets to store food & supplies. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of items to choose from. The staff was very friendly, especially the lady who checked us out. I was loaded up with stuff and had my little one with me; she said, "I know you're stressed, but you're doing a great job." What a nice thing to say!

The property itself was good, very nice and simple with no issues. My main complaint is with the customer service- I left an item in my hotel. Offered to pay to ship it to me as I am not local- clearly. The woman on the phone simply said “we don’t do that” and that she will throw it away if I don’t get it. Absolutely awful customer service, especially considering the contents of the item are medications and personal. For this woman alone I wouldn’t go back. Now I must find a way to retrieve the item as they refuse to ship it- as every other hotel would do.

Staff is the best part of this place, in my opinion. The cleaning ladies are so sweet and Coral at the front desk is amazing. I’ve stayed several times and the staff is amazing.

Could not use cash to purchase a soda. Then they couldn't tell me an exact price. Said somewhere around $3 or $4 dollars. Bad service.

Girl at my checkin was rude. Her manager stepped in and that was great! My stay was successful, large clean room, easy parking.

I was looking for a hotel close to my wedding venue, this hotel surpassed my expectations, they went above and beyond to make sure my family and I enjoyed our stay. It was our third visit and we like everything about it. Employees were very pleasant, especially Sharon at the front desk. Besides bring friendly and welcoming, she recommend a restaurant across the street that we really enjoyed. We look forward to visiting again!

Sharon was at the front desk when we arrived. She checked us in quickly and was extremely helpful. She went over and above helping us with the coffee machine and she recommended a wonderful Italian restaurant just down the street. We had a very comfortable stay.

We stayed for a few days and check in was a breeze. The woman who checked us in was very friendly and had a lot of recommendations for dining. She was very helpful. Our room was very large and spacious but most importantly it was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were ok. I usually travel with my own as I am picky but they were good. The only issue we had which was not the hotel’s problem was the people upstairs who came back at 3 am and were extremely loud every night but besides that we highly recommend the hotel. There is a Starbucks a minute away, Target, Walmart and many other shops if you need anything. Downtown Napa is 15-20 mins and Sonoma 30-40 mins away depending on traffic so it is very conveniently located. We used the gym daily which was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed in American Canyon for our vacation to Napa and Sanoma. The location was a little far away, however, the price was right. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. The included breakfast was a plus, and also had a decent variety. Would definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

The hotel was really nice and clean. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet. The only negative was the free breakfast. The flow of the area was horrible. People loitered around the toasters and waffle machine, which they only had 1, making it very difficult to get what you wanted. There was no "dress code" per se. There were people in their pajama's and robes piling on the food, which should not be allowed to happen. I wish these properties had some courage to confront those guests and set a policy in place so ALL paying guests are able to access the paid amenities equally. I did give them an overall rating of 4, but since there was no way to rate this amenity, in this write up, I give it a 2.
