I wish there was a little more parking because we’d come back in the night and there wouldn’t be any stalls. We’d have to park in Carl’s Jr. and wish our car could’ve been right outside instead. Also our door was hard to open because of a malfunction on the lock so we’d have to slam it open. It wasn’t fixed in the 7 days we stayed but other than that this place is affordable and staff was so incredibly nice !

Continental Breakfast was lacking substantially and was also mandated by the hotel to not be taken back to the room. Luggage carts were not accessible. Elevator was very dirty with crumbs and garbage on the floor. Hotel charges for Ice on the ice machine. Jacuzzi was cold and the pool closes at 9pm.

Great location , my family stayed at Hotel across the street for 250 a night I had breakfast, they got cookies , I had a very clean and quiet and updated room and paid less than 1/2 . I spent my money at Disney and they are still paying their credit cards !! This isn’t the budget friendly hotel It’s a great vacation with a hot tub and swimming pool and everything nice !!

Had a good stay hotel was clean. The light switch for the bathroom is outside the bathroom door and the fan comes on automatically when you turn the light on which is very loud when someone needs to use the restroom late at night you will wake up anyone else is in the room. Also if you need ice, make sure you have quarters. You have to pay $.25 cash money if you want a bucket of ice. I didn’t mind paying $.25 but I didn’t have quarters. I didn’t bring my wallet with me to the ice station which was on the ground floor and we were on the third floor so I had to go upstairs to get my wallet so I can come back downstairs to get change from the office. Minor inconvenience but…. Staff was friendly.

This is my 2 nd time staying. The service was friendly and professional. Rooms clean comfortable. The Jacuzzi worked both time we stayed. If u stay in a lot of hotels, they all say pool jacuzzi. However they are mostly out of service. Not here. It's great and clean

Super affordable, room was a good size, convenient to our destination. There is a little market in the parking lot for simple snacks and bottled beverages- and it’s easy to park. A few super close restaurants- sit down and fast food places. It’s an older place, but well cared for and a good price. I’d stay here again!!

The convenience to the Disney parks was nice. There is a mini mart right on the property of the hotel and the pool and hot tub were nice too. The continental breakfast was light consisting of cereal, yogurt , and bagels, but it was enough to hold us over until lunch.

I booked the family duplex and another single room for our stay. The rooms were very dirty and the floors turned our feet black from the amount of dirt that was on the floors. We also found a cockroach in our room! The shower knobs felt like they were going to break off easily. All three rooms we booked need major TLC. Positives: Close to all the ART pickup spots to go to Disneyland. Convenience store located on the property.

There were stacks of dirty mattresses by the dumpsters, the lamp shades wouldn’t stay on the lamps, there was something wrong with the water pipes they were making strange noises all night. At the “light breakfast” there were ants crawling on the counter.

Wanted to like this place bc it got good ratings but… Bring your own toiletries - maybe even toilet paper, ours was covered in i don’t even know what . Bring your own pillows & blankets Parking is rough especially after a night at Disneyland - they almost made us far from our room Lastly. There was a giant cockroach that came out of our bed :( Best part was having roscoe’s chicken & waffles right across the street

Very clean room, clean property. Parking is limited but that doesnt matter when youre at Disneyland. Bed was king size and comfy, plenty of space to stretch, couch. No bugs! I always pull sheets up and check the mattress for bed bugs whenever i stay away. None. No sign. No roaches either. Front desk very friendly and kind.

My room faced directly onto Harbor Blvd and was VERY noisy due to traffic and pedestrians. Roof had a minor leak from the recent heavy rains. Carpet was still wet in one spot.

The staff was amazing. The room was clean. The TV was bad. The picture was horrible. Which is not the worst thing but it's how I relax before bed. The place is close to a bunch of things. One if the other guests was smoking and was doing it in the elevator so when we entered it was over powering. Not the hotels fault but I'm handicapped so the stairs are not an option. It is a long walk to Disney. They made it sound like it was right down the street. Nope. The satellite parking lot was a mile walk where you catch a tram. Uber there it's cheap.

We stayed so we could go catch an Angels vs Cubs game. Room was clean, if not a bit on the outdated side. Beds were a little on the harder side but still comfortable. TV had no way of hooking up a streaming device or game system to have some entertainment outside of the basic cable channels available. Front end staff was friendly, breakfast was very underwhelming but it was good enough to hold us off until lunch.

This was a super convinient location for visiting the Disney Parks. There is an Art bus stop right on the opposite block, and on our way home from the park, the driver actually dropped us at the front of the property, which was really nice. The staff was great, and the rooms were decently appointed. The only downsides to the property was that we got a room facing the street, which was a bit loud and we both had a bit of trouble sleeping and the beds could have been more comfortable. But if you're looking for a great budget location to visit the Disney Parks, this is it! We will definitely be back!

Anaheim Carriage Inn is a good option near the Convention Center (15-min walk). My room was large, beds comfortable, and wifi worked well. I also enjoyed using the pool. Breakfast was bakery items, fruit, yogurt and cereal. There were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Check in was very easy and staff were friendly. The light breakfast was nice and easy. The staff was delightful and very hard working. The room was nice size-with a king size bed, a sofa, a large work desk, big TV and nice place to put your clothes. Room was very clean. Toiletries were very basic.

I ended up not being able to stay because my service animal was not accepted. The woman was rude and explicitly asked several inappropriate and illegal questions and stated that she had never heard of a small dog being a service animal. She threatened that I could be prosecuted for felony fraud for impersonating my dog as a service animal, even after I showed her his paperwork from our doctor and the dept of transportation.

I ended up not being able to stay because my service animal was not accepted. The woman was rude and explicitly asked several inappropriate and illegal questions and stated that she had never heard of a small dog being a service animal. She threatened that I could be prosecuted for felony fraud for impersonating my dog as a service animal, even after I showed her his paperwork from our doctor and the dept of transportation.

My husband and I only stayed here for their EV charging stations. The sign says it’s for Teslas only but we called the front desk and spoke to someone named Jessica and she confirmed that one charger is for Teslas and the other is other EV cars. We asked Jessica if it was okay to charge our car since we arrived 1 hour before check in and she said it was fine. As soon as the clock hit 4pm some lady knocked on our window and told us we need to leave immediately. We were confused at first because we got the okay to charge our car before the check in time and now this lady was telling us that we need to leave. We asked for her name and it was Tammy, Tammy was not allowing us to talk she just kept saying that we needed to leave and that we can’t just come from the street and charge our car. We were telling her that we called and spoke to Jessica and she said it was okay to charge our car there but Tammy was not having it and she was being very rude. Since it was already 4pm we were able to check in and Tammy was following behind us as we went into the lobby. The guy at the front desk was very nice and he was aware that we were there so when Tammy found out the everyone else knew about us being there she walked into the back office she didn’t even apologize for trying to kick us out. We were about to cancel our reservation just because of our interaction with Tammy. Front desk is “24/7” but when we checked out at 4am the guy was sleeping despite me ringing the bell a few times.

Inflexible front desk manager. I was surcharged $25 for late checkout at 12.30pm for one room and $45 for late checkout at 2.00pm for a second room. Occupancy was closed to none which most inns and even hotels would just grant a complimentary late checkout. They kept sending housekeepers to check if we have left.

the housekeeping was great they kept the rooms very clean and they were friendly, the breakfast was great as well the host was very pleasant and kept the food area stocked and clean, the noose level in the rooms was horrible we could hear everything anove is and next door to us, also the cable does not work on the rooms the quality of television was horrible, they let kids run throughout the levels a lot of party people stayed here and did not sleep comfortably because of it , I made complaints several times and they did nothing about it, this was after the fact but of me asking the other guests that were being extremely inconsiderate of the other guests it was extremely late and very annoying! I will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone I know! but the housekeeping staff were tue best part of the hotel stay

The reason why I’m giving a poor rate it’s because of the lady at the breakfast room, she was RUDE! They need to replace her. Also, you have to consume everything at the moment not taking out the food and I get that, but she would only let some people do it. The people at the front desk were nice and respectful, wish all the staff were like them.

The hotel is very close to the Convention Center and Disney. The room and bedroom were very clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast offered with a variety of choices each day, was served in a timely manner; tables, chairs, countertops, were all neatly arranged and super clean.

When we turned up I had a cough and sore throat, and the lovely lady on Reception rushed off and gave me some honey and a lemon! That is excellent customer care!! The hotel is walkable to Disneyland, and if you walk to the Toy Story car park close by, security is done there before you board the shuttle bus, so you save long lines at the park. It's also walkable to a beautiful Cheesecake Factory which we highly recommend for a lunch visit!

The convenience to the Disney parks was nice. There is a mini mart right on the property of the hotel and the pool and hot tub were nice too. The continental breakfast was light consisting of cereal, yogurt , and bagels, but it was enough to hold us over until lunch.

I feel like it was the bare minimum experience. The breakfast bar was extremely limited and unimpressive. The shower’s highest water setting barely got my hair wet after several minutes and the AC took a long time to cool the room down to where we wanted it- it wasn’t hot my any means, just not exactly “cool.” I feel like it’s a hotel that’ll get the job done and that’s about it.

The rooms were okay and good enough to just sleep if you are spending the day at the parks. The biggest issue is the lack of parking and feeling like you can’t enjoy the parks because you want to come back early to secure parking. Also another concern is having to pay for the ice machine when ice should be free. The breakfast was meh. Should have more options and should be allowed to eat it on the go and not stuck in a room With other people.

Their breakfast needs more improvement. There was no eggs, no sausage, no bacon no any of the four fruit groups except for cereal and a small cup of orange juice, which is water down in a bagel that tasted like three days old.

Room was clean, bed & pillows were very comfortable. How ever it was supposed to have breakfast, and once we got to breakfast it was breakfast cereal, or a danish, coffee, or orange juice, yogurt, or bagel. A little disappointed. Over all the room was good.

I really want to highlight the kitchen team, they were absolutely kind and attentive. Also, Vivienne from front desk was really helpful and attentive. This is my second time staying here and I have enjoyed it.

This property is poorly maintained and is definitely in need of some serious updates and a facelift. While the front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, my experience with the housekeeping staff was the complete opposite. They were rude, condescending, and made the stay feel very uncomfortable. Based on the condition of the property and the treatment I received from housekeeping, I would not recommend staying at this motel.

This property is poorly maintained and is definitely in need of some serious updates and a facelift. First off, my comments come with the understanding that this is a “value hotel”. The value is the draw not necessarily what it offers. Pro’s: * Proximity is key. Either a 17 minute walk or a $10 Uber gets you down Harbor to Disneyland. * Price also makes this attractive being significantly less than “big box” hotels. *Parking for free is also a significant savings with most others charging $15/$25 on top of room rate. * Property was very clean and comfortable. Although a little older, the AC was cold and room very well kept. We slept well. Con’s: * Outdoor entry made for occasional traffic noise but nothing overwhelming. * The free breakfast was very minimal (as advertised) but mainly was cereal, a few pastries and some yogurt. If you need a big breakfast take note. *The TV selection was very limited and in and out. * My biggest negative was one morning while fixing my wife a plate (bagel and yogurt) a member of the staff pointed out a very large sign on the wall forbidding me from taking breakfast to our room. It’s what I do every hotel we stay at. While she gets ready, I fix her breakfast and tea then take it up to her. Anyway, the comment and policy caught me off guard and was a turn off. Not saying we won’t stay here again but that kind of approach isn’t a great impression. Overall, it was a good value and a comfortable stay. If you’re doing Disney and needing a rest in between parks, this will fit that purpose. If you’re looking for a resort feel maybe reconsider.
