This hotel is very conveniently located near Disneyland Resort. I've stayed at hotels a little further away, and the walk to the park in the morning is pretty easy. It's the walk back at the end of the day that's rough. This hotel solves that problem. There is a pool and hot tub but it was too cold outside to use them during my trip. The drawback is the parking lot. There are 60+ rooms and 32 parking spaces. The valet does a good job of juggling them so you can get your car out. If you're just taking an Uber to get there, it will be easier.

Issues - did not know they were doing construction on pool or hot tub area, this would have had us look elsewhere; we were near the construction area but it didn't disturb us. Woke up this morning to no hot water, hot water heater went out the night before and we were not notified. I felt that should have been handled differently. The staff however was very friendly and courteous.

I recently stayed at the Del Sol Inn for a trip to Disneyland with my father. He's 75 so we wanted something SUPER close and convenient, and this definitely fit the bill. It was comfortable, easy to get to, clean and pretty quiet. DOWNSIDES: I drive a Tesla, and while they have chargers, they did not have Tesla adapters. I didn't have mine in the car (stupid me, I know), but just know if you don't have an adapter you won't be able to charge, which makes the cost for parking not as good. The other issue is we got a second story room and there are no elevators. For my dad, I would have liked to have had easier access to the room or an elevator at least. But these are SMALL downsides. I would definitley stay here again while visiting the park!

The hotel was fine but the parking is a nightmare. We badly damaged our car trying to park because they double park all the vehicles and park cars behind parked cars to squeeze as many as they can in without caring if it is hazardous to get your car in and out of your spot.

Alma was amazing during check-in—super friendly and helpful! You’re definitely paying for the convenience of being within walking distance to one of the main entrances of the Disney Resort, which made our trip so much easier. My only major complaint is that there are no elevators. We had to carry our baby stroller up and down the stairs each time, which was a bit of a hassle.

We will never stay here again. DISGUSTING BEDBUG was found and the staff had the audacity to tell me “it’s impossible” when I said it is possible because I have photo proof of it and the evidence and that we didn’t have bedbugs they told me “maybe you don’t”. I was so upset and disgusted we packed as fast as possible and left. They offered us our parking refunded $30. Ridiculous never again.

The carpet was very dirty. We took our shoes off, and within minutes, everyone’s socks were black from the bottoms. The room also smelled like mold. Aside from that, very conveniently located near Disneyland resort. Also, walking distance to different dining options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and perfect for traveling with kids.

Location definitely can’t be beat. There was no turn down service. We stayed 4 nights and couldn’t get the beds made once through requesting multiple times. The room had a smell to it and carpet and floors were dirty. I wished the room had been aired out. AC unit was a little tricky. It would’ve been better if they had a continental breakfast but nope. For the money spent, no breakfast, no housekeeping…you’re basically paying for the location which was perfect.

I was upset at the fact they didn’t offer room service until we were checked out of our rooms. Like if we wanted clean sheets they didn’t do that and when we asked them to clean a stain off of the carpet they said they couldn’t do it. Overall the workers weren’t very much of help.

The staff at check in and managing the parking were perfectly nice people, this is more about the property and lack of concern for comfort or cleanliness. I will never stay here again. I elevator so you’re lugging heavy suitcases up and down stairs. Parking was stacked with cars blocking cars, a real puzzle. Room was a let down. Hair in the bathroom, shower, towels, bed. Toothpaste smudged across the bathroom counter not cleaned up when we checked in. Only decaf in the in-room coffee maker. Pillows flat as a pancake that couldn’t be stacked or folded in anyway to become comfortable. Super old non-supportive mattress. A polyester blanket between 2 sheets was the bedding. The couch was stained and very lived on. Crunchy towels and bedding. No cleaning service while we were out for the day, no clean towels to replace the used ones. Even my 12 year old didn’t get sleep after spending day to night at Disneyland and coming home exhausted. It was the opposite of a good way to end a fun day and put a damper on the days following because we were never really rested. There was nothing soothing or relaxing about it. I stayed here to save money, HUGE mistake. A case of “you get what you pay for.”

Bed bugs found on beds in a room that we were all in and hair all under our sheets. Staff blamed my family saying maybe we brought the bugs. Super unprofessional. Said they looked and found nothing when we clearly have photo evidence. Asked for a refund and they said they’re gonna do a “thorough investigation” which clearly will be in their favor since they’re the ones doing it!

It’s always nice to stay at Del sol inn. It’s right across the street from Disneyland. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and the air conditioning and water pressure in the showers are amazing. Always a nice place to rest after a long day at Disneyland.

Del Sol Inn is very convenient to Disneyland, but it felt old and dumpy. There’s no elevator, so for the countless guests who come for Disney with small kids, there is no good way to get your stroller up to a second story room. Our room description mentioned a “separate sitting area,” but there was just a desk and office chair. The pillows were incredibly flat and the bedding didn’t breathe so I stayed hot all night despite the A/C being at full blast. Also the A/C wasn’t on when we arrived, so the room was sitting at over 80 degrees. It took hours to get it down to a comfortable temp. Finally, we ended up adding another night to our reservation, but since we booked through Expedia we had to do the same again rather than have the concierge modify our existing booking. That wasn’t a huge deal, but when we got back from the parks on the extra night, our room key didn’t work. So I stood outside our room with our exhausted children while my husband went to the front desk to get our key reactivated. Pros: the valet staff were very friendly and helpful.

Give Luis a raise! He deserves it. He’s so friendly and professional. Check in was easy breezy! The room was spacious and comfy. Only comment I will leave is that the computer chair in the room could be replaced or deep cleaned. Otherwise, you can’t beat the price for being so close to the park. Will stay again for sure :)

Room has good amount of room. Problem I had was the ac is very loud, it shuts off and heats the room up to about 80 with it being set at 67. We would come back halfway through the day and the room had heated up to almost 80 when the ac was left on and set to 67. Woke up at night because of the same issue
Room has good amount of room. Problem I had was the ac is very loud, it shuts off and heats the room up to about 80 with it being set at 67. We would come back halfway through the day and the room had heated up to almost 80 when the ac was left on and set to 67. Woke up at night because of the same issue

Clean, spacious, good water pressure. Mattress was a little hard, A/C works very well. We had a sick family member who needed to stay back-the TV did not work, even after I asked maintenance to fix it. So that was not great, but the location is perfect if you’re headed to Disney!

Showed up and turns out they decided to change my reservation. Needed two family rooms and booked two and got a single one due to a system error?? And when they were helping the individual helping was just clicking in and out of the screen acting like he was working. Parking is horrible too.

Our stay at Del Sol Inn Anaheim was a win for our Disneyland trip. The location is unbeatable, literally steps from the parks and surrounded by dining and entertainment. This saved us so much time and hassle! Upon arrival, we were thrilled to check in super early and were greeted with warm cookies. The staff, every single person we interacted with at the front desk, was awesome – incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. They even seamlessly extended our stay and gave us the best possible deal. This level of service truly stands out, even compared to "fancy" hotels. The room itself was very clean, which is always a priority. However, the showers had low water pressure and the shower curtain was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable, so if you're seeking luxury, this isn't it. But for a place to crash after a full day at the parks, it absolutely does the trick. Beyond the room, the pool and hot tub were awesome and spotless, perfect for unwinding. A unique highlight was the self-serve surf store, which was a fun surprise. Comparatively, Del Sol Inn was less expensive than similar hotels like Camelot, Desert, or Tropicana Inn for our dates, making it an incredibly affordable choice. Check in was a challenge since my daughter and grandchildren arrived earlier than me. She did not have my credit card, so was not allowed to check in at first, despite a text message I had gotten earlier that said it wouldn't be a problem. Finally, several minutes into the check in process the clerk found a way to allow her access to our room. I arrived just in time to give my credit card before the clerk that finally helped was off duty.

Well I just have to say this they cancel our reservation the same day of arrival 😡 because they overbooked don’t trust this hotel they will give your room to some else when you already paid upfront and they will send you somewhere else yes but that was not the plan and they don’t care customer service it’s horrible and they don’t care about their customers plans, my and my family almost had to sleep in our cars because of their lack of professionalism, please please don’t trust this hotel with their reservations it’s sad 😔 they just want to make more money at the end of the day

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff is very helpful! And the location was great!! I'm 60 yrs old with a bad hip. It only took my wife and I five minutes to walk to Disney. The Denny's is right next door also very nice place. I asked the valet if they would park my car somewhere easy for my checkout day and he was very helpful with that. At first I couldn't find it so the desk clerk actually called the young man, Who said he would come back in and help us find it. How nice is that?!! The car was actually parked right under our room OMG senior moments are fun. I appreciated all the help and kindness from the staff Thank you for making our Disney trip Magical.

As a non-local annual pass (Magic Key) holder, I try to get to the Disneyland parks on at least a quarterly basis. I'm a big fan of the Del Sol Inn because of the people who work there. Every employee interaction I've had-- from the front desk to housekeeping to valet-- has been extremely friendly, kind, caring and professional. Plus I'm always a sucker for a towel origami animals. This is the place to stay if you don't care about 'aesthetics' and are planning on being in the parks for most of the day. The rooms are a bit dated decor-wise, but wonderful if you're looking for a clean / convenient place to rest/ relax and shower after your Disney day. The location can't be beat--you literally cross the street and you're at the security gates into the esplanade. This works out great if you're a 'rope dropper' and want to take a mid-day siesta to get out of the heat and recharge. It's also a god-send on your feet when walking back at the end of a long trip. The toiletries smell nice, amenities are basic, water pressure / heat excellent, and the air conditioning is artic cold. Overall, if you want a clean, convenient, budget-friendly, no frills place to stay that's independently owned and staffed by some of the nicest people, then this is your place.

The location cant be any better for going to Disneyland. I think it's closer to the front gate than Disneylands own resorts. In fact, I was able to drop off a selfie stick back to the hotel (not allowed in the park) then run back to the main gate in under 10 minutes. This also means we could stay past midnight in the park without getting worried about driving tired. The room has a good size and pretty clean. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended

Great location to Disneyland! Pros: location, price, beds were comfy, and staff were super kind! Not bad but not great: parking was super tight and once you were parked it was better to not come and go, the door had a gap between the door and floor but no bugs so that wasn’t too bad, we didn’t have a shower curtain when we checked in but the front desk had one sent over to us but we had to install it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will stay again but will fly over and uber so we don’t have to park!

It was an awesome experience. Clean room plenty of towels. If park here your car will be blocked but the Dennys in front of the Del Sol will give you a 10% discount every time you go in to grab a bite to eat. Highly recommend this place.

If u r going to disney. This is just across the street. There is no breakfast on property, but do have like a little mini store. If u r looking for a place just to sleep, this is ideal. It is not fancy, but after a long day at the parks we just crashed and didn't care. I am heavier person and the queen beds were not soft and not firm, just in between. It was clean, quiet, and convenient.

Del Sol is our go to hotel. Just across the street to Disneyland and Dennys is on the property. Friendly staff, clean rooms, air conditioning and everything is nearby. I 100% recommend this hotel.

We loved the easy walk to Disneyland with and family. The rooms that we booked were spacious and all members of the group were able to spread out. We booked two rooms for 8 people and while they were next to each other they were not connected so we spent a lot of time knocking on each other’s doors. The WiFi was horrible we could connect to it if we were at the office but as soon as we got to our rooms we had no WiFi which was not good as 3 member of the group are college students that needed to do assignments. Several members of the group reached out to the office about the WiFi issue and the employees we talked to were no help. The AC was loud but the room was nice and cool. While there is no continental breakfast there are several breakfast options near by with stores you can walk to and pick up snacks.
