Great area and the lady at check in was really friendly. Really nice pool and spa. Room was renovated but still not in the greatest shape. Water stains on the ceiling, cracked lamp shades, towel bar barely hanging on.

It is very nice on the inside. Nice pool and hot tube. Nice staff! Stay in the room with the bunk beds and extra room! Very nice and worth it!

The pool needed cleaning lots of little flies in water and no shade.Rooms were decent ac was ok only worked really good in the beginning then it seemed like it was fan only. Furniture was a little outdated but towels were nice and clean and bedding was good lots of pillows.

Very good location for walking to the Disney parks. It is an older property but we just can’t fault the cleanliness of the room and the pool area was always lovely and clean. No breakfast provided but tea and coffee are available in the lobby. Staff very friendly and the cleaning staff are an asset to this hotel. Only criticism would be the resort fee.

There were lights that shined through the windows and could not make the curtains so it would not come through, the water took 10 minutes to get warm for a shower, the pool was cloudy, and there was a dirty sock left in our room that wasn’t ours.

Our bathroom had mold growing. The front door had a huge gap underneath so it wouldn’t stay cool inside. There’s no elevator so it’s not ADA compliant. Ac in second room was dinosaur old.

Location is great. Walking distance to Disneyland. Building is outdated and parking is not the best, very limited. Free parking. Other than that, worth the stay if you don’t care about cosmetics.

Location to Disneyland was a 10/10. Downside was the room we got was the dirtiest room ever. Mold all over the walls, dust above the headboards, and the floors seem to never have been mopped.

The room was not cleaned when we got there, the sheets were not put on properly. There was a plastic bag on the fire alarm, the shower rod was barely hanging on and the shower curtain would not close properly. Also, there was good size crack in the tub, the room smelled. And the worst part, the last night, there was a huge roach that came out of a hole in the wall where the water for the toilet pipe was feeding through. Besides the stay being relatively cheap, we won’t be staying there again.

While the hotel is close enough to the Disney parks, it was super dirty. The amount of dust and grime on everything in the room was wild! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was at least clean and the shower was as well. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. There were no bugs at all, thank goodness. The staff were nice and also very accommodating. If there was a spot for pictures, I’d put them here.

DIRTY. Very disappointed in our room condition. First, the office is very unwelcoming in its appearance. Then you get to your room where it only gets worse. Smelly, stains on walls, holes in walls and baseboards. Marks everywhere. Hair everywhere in the room that was not ours. Do not recommend this place at all.

This will be the last time we stay here. I’ve stayed at most hotels surrounding Disney and actually liked this one because of the room size and the three beds suite. This was our fourth time staying here. And the cleanliness has gone downhill over the years. I don’t care about a hotel being old or rundown I’m not a picky person. But the last two times we stayed the rooms were DISGUSTING just walking to the restroom from the bed will turn your feet or socks BLACK. It’s hard floor so shouldn’t be that difficult to clean. Under bed had mounds of dus, trash and har. Used floss on floor in restroom. The was were so dirty looked like number 2 and food smeared all over walls. The 3rd bed room was even worse. The bed was so dirty and gross the walls had stuff smeared all over. The floor was filthy. I can deal with a little dirty but this was on a whole other level. The check in office smelled soooooo bad. Only positive is the location and room size.

Please don’t stay here until they have fixed these issues. There was so much mold. All over the bathroom. The bathroom door is broken and does not shut. There are holes in the flooring, dust around the refrigerator. The bed had a spider crawling on it when we arrived, though it was soft enough to get a full night sleep.

We were a bit skeptical as the other reviews were “mixed”. But our experience was great. Room was ready when we arrived. Fast and friendly check in. Most importantly - the room was spotless and very comfortable. A little dated sure… but totally functional, safe and clean clean clean. Great value if you’re taking the kids to Disneyland (easy 10 minute walk, we came back to the room for afternoon nap).

The room was run down, dirty and not inviting at all. Paint peeling from walls, cracks in the ceiling, dirty window sills and fixtures that came out of the wall and holes filled with tissue paper.

Stayed in room 220... We scored a park reservation on the Jan 4th since Magic Keys are back. This place is just a short skip to the Anaheim Garden Walk and a brisk walk to the Toy Story parking lot so you can catch the bus right into the parks. This is pretty much the pros for this location. The property itself or rather the room we stayed in was disgusting in general. The toilet wasn't clean - it had mildew around/under the top of the toilet which was clearly visible. We had a few clean towels and the other ones that were hanged had hair and stains. Is the cleaning crew even doing their job?The ironing board also was disgusting. The seats that were in the room also had some dried up fluid on there as well. I really couldn't believe that we crashed here thinking about it. We stayed at a few places around the parks (we gave this place a chance) and this was no doubt the dirtiest and most outdated place me and my girlfriend stayed at while visiting the Disneyland Resort. There isn't a latch on the door for safety either. I tried to use the phone to call front desk and guess what? It wasn't even working! There is value here is the price for sure but the other negatives outweigh that value. Thanks to the Expedia gods we only were here for a brief second. This is a place that we'll never be going back to. Goodbye America Best Value Inn and do better. Do not stay here even though it saves you a buck. There's cleaner stays around the Anaheim Resort area

The room wasn't what I was expecting. The room didn't match the pictures on the website. It was smaller and less new than the photos showed. It was really noisy from the street noise to the crying baby in the next room.

The staff are the best part of the stay. They’re extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very dated with broken blinds, an AC that didn’t work and mold growing in the bathroom because there’s no way to ventilate the bathroom. It’s hard to justify the increasing costs of the stay here. One reason this hotel is excellent to stay at is because of its proximity to Disneyland and the gardenwalk. Both walks are less than 15 minutes.

Was better than the last time but the room we had faced the hotel next door and the window shutters didn’t keep the light from shining in.

Excellent location, walkable of course, stores and restaurants nearby. Family suite room is great because you get two or three queen beds or double bunkbeds...bunkbeds not so comfy though. Room and bathroom is clean and tidy, water pressure good, shower is only half a glass door, kinda weird and useless, but does the job. House keeping for consecutive doors a little sloppy, they only made one queen bed and did not touch the other queen bed or bunkbeds?? Anyway, an ok stay and good price for the location to the parks!

Check in was quick and easy, was able to get into our room early, but the room itself was nothing like the description. Our family suite had three queen beds when you walked in and one in a room. The floors were dirty, ceiling had chipped plaster, floors have bubbles, lamp shades were broken and it looked like they tried to hide it by turning the broken part around to face the wall. There is a significant change in floor level between the bathroom and the room itself and the tub pooled with water during showers. Overall it worked for a one night stay but wouldn’t recommend anything longer.

We had booked a two queen bed room as stated on the website. When we arrived, I asked if we could have a room on the bottom level because of my daughter‘s knees and the stairs being a pain for her. The gentleman that runs the place is very kind and offered us a room, however, it was definitely not what we were expecting. The room itself had less space than it should have because of the design of the front of the building. But we could deal with that. It was the bathroom that was the main issue. The shower was only about 2 1/2 ft.² no bathtub. The distance between the toilet and the sink made it possible to wash your hands while using the toilet if you so chose. There was absolutely zero counter space for anything, only a sink which made getting ready in the morning with two teenage girls tricky. There was no room for a table because of the way the room was cut out and the only mirror was the one that was in the bathroom, which did some weird flashing things several times while we were there. We never figured out what caused it. Also the sink smelled like it needed to be cleaned out inside, kind of like stale sewer. But overall the room is clean. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were very bulky so be aware if you have a picky neck. The towels were very small and very, very rough. For the price, we would stay there again, but I would make sure that we were not offered room 121. My sister and her family stayed in room 108 which is a mini suite and it was awesome.

Look. If you want something fancy with lots of amenities, this place is not for you. If you want a super comfy bed to pass out in after day at Disney, this place is for you. Old, motel style place- very small, had a pool, which looked very clean but we did not use it as it was chilly. We booked a one bedroom suite which had a separate room with a queen bed, which was very small, but it had a door to separate, which was nice. Main area had two double beds and was very large. Showerhead had great water pressure.. Any repairs or maintenance done in the room had a landlord special feel to them. Bottom line- large room, clean, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept on, and a very short walk to the parks. For what we paid and what we got I’m happy.

Good value. It’s not a fancy place, but it’s fine for a nights sleep. Spacious room. Clean linens. Bathroom was ok, but not in great condition. Easy walk to Disney.

Great little hotel- we continue to return. Great service and the beds are comfy PLUS free parking that close to disney? Amazing! Two things to know before booking- they have blinds instead of curtains and they don't close out the light at night. If you are light sensitive (like me) sleeping is near impossible. We built a pillow fortress with our stroller trying to keep it dark enough to sleep. Also the walls are thin. They were doing construction and it was insane how loud it was. Again, making a nap impossible if you have little ones. Still a great hotel but good know before you go! We still come back despite these two issues because its a great deal.

I loved the simplicity of this hotel. The staff was friendly and got things done quickly. A couple things broke while we were staying there and they fixed them immediately.

Customer service was great really friendly staff. I read that is family owned. It is an older hotel needs a little TLC, but it was still comfortable especially after long days at disneyland. We walked into the park each day because of how close it was. I did have to carry the little one back at the end of the days but thats expected. Beds were comfortable. Telivision had lots of channels. Would definitely stay here again.

Found this hotel through your website and been staying there for the last 4 years every time we visit Disney. Staff is super friendly, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable it’s budget friendly and location is excellent. We ll continue to stay here.

Checked in late in the evening and the lady who checked me in was extremely shot and rude. I felt like a bother being there. Dust everywhere in the room and a huge spider in the tub. We over looked it all because we expected that level of cleanliness for the price. Went to leave and the car battery was dead. With a 2 year old we asked to stay in the room until the tow truck could come in 45-75min. The male who was the owner was understanding and okay with it. Stayed in the room for about 20min until the female that checked me in came pounding on the door and told us if we didn’t leave by 11:30 then it was going to be $25 an hour for every hour we were there and said we could wait out in the heat in the parking lot or by the pool. So we packed up and waited at the car in the heat with our daughter. No compassion! Don’t waste your money staying here. Closer properties that are better and worth it.

First time we’ve stayed here; very close to Disneyland for walking, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Easy parking and they accommodated us parking for a couple extra hours until we left for the airport. Hotel could use some renovations, but met all our needs. We will be back!

Walking distance to Disney with free parking. Not a fancy motel so you get what you pay for. We were looking for a convenient place to walk to Disney and this hotel did the job. The property is a bit rough around the edges, but we weren't expecting the Hilton based on the price. Even though we were near to main roads, the room was quiet.

I absolutely love this property. We’ve stayed at this hotel for most of our trips this year and we always appreciate the cleanliness, closeness, and friendliness of the property manages and the property. The hotel is perfectly situated 2 minutes from the Anaheim Gardenwalk and roughly 12 minutes walking from Disneyland’s entrance. I highly recommend this hotel if you want the perfect balance between budget, walkability, and roominess.

This is a very old property that has not been updated. The pictures are very deceiving. I did not feel safe staying alone. There is a cheap turn lock on door and blinds on window looking out into outdoor walkway did not close all the way. Refrigerator and microwave in fridge, but no coffee or ice on the same floor. There is ice outside of the office and a coffeemaker inside the office. The office wasn’t unlocked at 7:30am, so if you want coffee before heading to the park, you’re out of luck. I opted to not use housekeeping the 3 days I was there. There was nowhere to lock up your belongings and I did not feel comfortable leaving them out. When I checked in, I stood in the office for quite some time before someone finally came in. There was no bell to ring or way to let them know you were waiting. The location was fine, 10-15 minute walk to Disney gate and near garden walk with lots of restaurant offerings. I would not stay again due to it feeling dirty and unsafe.

The motel is in a noisy area, but that's because it's so close to everything: shopping center is next door and Disneyland is within walking distance. I chose it for its location and reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area. It's a bit run-down and needs some maintenance and minor repairs, but it served its purpose for our trip. I needed 2 beds in a suite, where beds were separated by the door, which is exactly what we got. Staff is friendly and nice. Have coffee and tea at the reception and microwave and fridge in the room - no coffee maker in the room though.

Stayed here for a 3 day trip to Disneyland. Pros: Walking distance is about 10 min which is perfect. Area around the hotel is nice. Hotel offers 3 beds which is a huge plus for us as a family of 5. Free parking is also great. Cons: Beds and pillows are not comfy, bring your own pillows. The property conditions are lacking and in major need of a renovation. Rooms need a major update, bathroom is tiny. Bath didn’t hold water. Walls are thin so expect noise at all hours. The price was great but if you plan on hanging out more in the room then I’d continue to look elsewhere. No breakfast because of Covid according to the website.

Room was clean, close to food, shopping, and Disney. Zero amenities. Would have been nice if there was at least coffee in the morning. They had it but the door was locked.

Property is well situated and in walking distance from Disneyland Resort. Close enough but not right across the street from the entrance where I normally stay. I could feel the difference after walking it a few times (10 minutes walking). However, I needed 2 suites which were priced very competitively. I could stay here again. Place was clean enough but not spotless. Staff were accessible and helpful. No food options in the hotel (other than a vending machine) but the next hotel over has a dining room and there are many nice restaurants on the block. The property is dated but still acceptable. Frankly, based on the price that I paid for 2 multi room suites, the condition of the property was within expectations. If I need multiple suites for family and friends, this will be my first choice from now on. I am certainly a satisfied customer...
