First off, charging for parking at a hotel adjacent to a freeway is sleazy. Their lot is huge and they don't have parking attendants so why the charge? The lobby/atrium is very nice and refreshed but the rooms and hallways are in desperate need of updating. The hallway carpet is so old it's disintegrating and everything in the bathroom is old. They advertise eggs to order at the breakfast bar and they had them the first morning but the next three days all they would do was make you an omelette using some king of premixed egg goo. There was also a breakfast buffet which was pretty good but the layout was such that the line to get food was very long. Overall dissapointed for the money spent.

Very nice hotel. We had a few hiccups with loud children in the pool area. And only 1 elevator working. Everything else was nice. Breakfast buffet was pretty good as well.

Room was freezing cold and we had to ask 3 times for extra blankets. When they finally brought ONE they said it was in the dryer. Apparently, they only have one extra in the entire hotel!?!? There is a nightclub in the same parking lot so beware on Friday and Saturday nights- there is literally NO parking and people you don’t want- and their loud music and activities in the parking lot everywhere. There are drugs changing hands in the parking lot, they block the street with cars and limos. I would not stay here again just because of this. The breakfast is only after 7am on weekends which is inconvenient if you are going to Disneyland, which opens early. Otherwise, hotel rooms are clean and large. Staff was nice.

This was a grear option for a family trip to disney. They have an amazing breakfast, cocktails reception, arcade, shuttle and a suite 1 bedroom room all for under $250 a night. We loved it!

The check in was excellent. Breakfast had so many options and was fresh. The hot tub and pool was spacious, clean, and indoor so it is usable all year round. Our bed was so comfy and clean. It was so nice to be able to shut the bedroom door while my husband was watching tv in the living room. They also provide, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower. They are big bottles attached in the showers. This was great since i forgot to pack mine. The only thing is that is a ways away from disney and the shuttle to get there was hard to navigate. We ended up driving instead. Overall was amazing and we will stay there again

Positives: Decent breakfast set up and we liked the order option for omelettes. Had an arcade for some fun and a bar if you'd like a drink - felt similar to a small resort all indoors. Conveniently it is close to the hwy without the traffic noise. Nice, friendly staff with one very particularly hard working lady that is always on the move. Downfalls: The pool cleanliness - very little focus on upkeeping there where you could see the dirty film on the pool sides and always were running low on towels. There were constant elevator issues as well with all 4 of them. Also, we spent 6 nights there and unfortunately our room was cleaned minimally. Thankfully we are tidy but it is nice to come back to a fresh room. They make the bed but don't change sheets (could be part of their save energy initiatives, who knows). Didn't seem like they vacuumed at all and they wouldn't remove any dishes (we had one bowl and a spoon left for 4 days) We tried to gather all the garbage neatly together but it was left untouched except for 2 of the days. They also didn’t clean the bathroom, however did replace towels. To be fair, we didn't approach them on any concerns we had but heard from other guests that they experienced the same. We just chose to focus on the good as they were busy with large groups during our stay.

I can't believe that a hotel of this level doesn't invest in cleaning the carpets. It was a suite, and the only trash can was in the bathroom, and it was very small. We didn’t have a blanket or pillows for the sofa bed. The first day we came back from Disney to realize that they hadn't cleaned our room, nor did we have clean towels. The second day, we had to ask the front desk to please do room service. When we came back from Disney, we noticed that they had gone to clean but they only made the beds and took away trash, they didn't leave us a single towel or toilet paper (we had to call to ask for it). Besides the fact that the hotel is far from Disney, we paid too much for what we received. There are definitely other hotels that are much better, cleaner and with better service. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

When we arrived, we thought we had been given the wrong room — the bed was unmade and appeared used, the bathroom was dirty with an opened soap bar and a used washcloth hanging from the tub. There was also used tissue in the trash can. We checked in late and called the front desk, hoping to be moved. They told us we could get a new room the next day. The following day, we were only offered a cleaning service. Even then, they didn’t replenish the soap or toiletries, we had to call and ask for them ourselves. The pool was filthy :( brown water with trash all around it. To top it all off, I woke up with bed bug bites the morning we checked out. We should’ve trusted our instincts and left the moment we arrived.

I’ve stayed at many Embassy locations, but this one felt outdated. The biggest issue during my stay was the cleanliness, particularly the restroom, which was quite dirty upon arrival. I informed the receptionist, and while housekeeping did come to clean, the job was not done thoroughly. Aside from that, the overall stay wasn’t bad. My main complaint is the lack of proper cleanliness, which really brought down the experience

PROS: Rooms are suites so kids can sleep while we stay up and watch movies in the main area. Arcade (although overpriced) was enjoyed by our kids. Breakfast buffet was great with a lot of options. Two free drinks from bar per adult during managers reception time (5:30-7pm). CONS: Rooms stink like wet dog. Closet with hangers and extra bedding smelled like dirty feet so our extra bedding and pillow smelled so bad I gagged when I laid my head on the pillow. Filthy dirty carpet in rooms (I’m talking instant black feet). Pull out bed was uncomfortable and insanely loud when you move even the slightest, I really thought it was going to break every time I laid on it. Pool water stunk so bad (maybe that’s the smell in the rooms?). Shower heads have no pressure and only a tiny bit of water comes out. Balcony’s are small and dirty and you have to lift the entire door to slide it open. Parking is $25 per night, WiFi is $4. Thermostat didn’t work properly. We could hear traffic from the nearby freeway and it was really loud- cars racing, honking, engines revving, tired squealing. Parking on weekends is sparse due to the nightclub next door, sucks paying for parking to have no where to park. Coffee maker had some white chunky stuff in it that I didn’t notice until after I made and drank my coffee *gags*. We won’t be staying here again.

One of the lifts had a loud shrieking noise every time it went up or down for the three days I was there. Very disturbing. Cleaning staff were noisy, shouting, chatting to each other for hours, and banging trolleys all day long. Breakfast was very limited: only white slicedc bread, one sugary cereal, no fresh fruit on several days. Windows were not double glazed so freeway noise was appalling.

The A/C was stuck at 73 degrees and it couldn't be adjusted lower. Maintenance worker assessed the situation and said it is what is and just gave us a fan. Mind you, it was my daughter's wedding day and we were very very uncomfortable doing hair and makeup in the hot room.

The first room had water leaking from the AC. We had to move to another room. That room smelled like mildew. I opened the slider to air it out to find the rollers on the slider broken. The noise from the freeway was loud. Also, there are no restaurants within walking distance. This property is a away from most everything, yet they still charge $25 + tax for parking.

Everything was okay overall, but the hotel definitely needs a full renovation. The carpets in the hallways leading to the rooms were very dirty, and one of our bed sheets had a noticeable stain. Our room was also extremely cold, and when we asked for the heat to be turned up, we were told it only comes on at a certain time. To make things worse, our room had a view of a junkyard that operated 24 hours a day, and on our last night, the noise made it difficult to sleep. On our final day, we requested toilet paper, and it took over an hour to arrive. Even though it wasn’t checkout time yet, someone knocked on our door and opened it to check if we were still there. The cable service kept cutting in and out, making it difficult to watch TV, and sometimes it didn’t work at all. Not to mention the sink would backup. The only reason I didn’t leave early was because I hadn’t purchased the insurance to get a refund.

Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was fresh and amazing. I had enough towels, tissue and warm blankets. The front desk was great. She was kind, welcoming and friendly. I want to give a special shout out to Trevor and John for checking in on me and making sure that I had all I needed and always made sure to let me know about the breakfast times. Since I checked in they both were welcoming and attentive. It was my first time staying here and I will definitely stay again as well as recommend it. Thank you Staff! Trevor and John !! You guys really made a difference in my experience and I appreciate you!

First room they gave us the door was jammed and broken, second room was extremely dusty and dirty. I suffered from allergies the entire night. The linens smelled musty, head board was filthy and the towels had stains all over them. Shower was dripping throughout the night as well even though it was off. Shower in general was filthy. The front desk guy was extremely rude and spoke to me like I was a moron when I asked him for plate to microwave a burrito we purchased from there. Later I went back downstairs to request fresh towels he said he would call someone to bring me some. A whole hour goes by, I call to follow up on the towels he said oh, you asked for towels? Very annoying and I know he was messing with me to be rude after our previous interaction. If you don’t like people you should probably get out of the hospitality business. Unbelievable. This is the first time we had a bad experience with embassy suites, usually we have a very great experience, so this was very disappointing. Do not recommend this location.

Had to move rooms once and then dealt with an extremely hot room the second time around, along with a noisy and broken a/c unit. The property engineer they sent to our room told us because it’s a Heat Wave, we had to “deal with it” because the a/c units in the building were old. Absolutely unacceptable and ruined our weekend.

The two lady’s at the front desk in the day shift were both rude and not helpful at all , kids running the hallways back and forth after 10pm all hours of the night , the room was cold ALL of the time we had to ask for a heater because the air conditioner did not work for heat. The door handler fell off the door in the room, curtains was ripped off when we first arrived. I e stayed at embassy suites all over the states and this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had.

We wanted to like this hotel but so many things couldn't be overlooked. For starters, it's right between the dump and a nightclub, without anything else near. Interior is large. Plenty of room for trams and group gatherings downstairs etc, but rooms are just old. It's obvious they've tried to redo them and you can see they've used a carpet cleaner on the sofa. Room layout is nice but we had strong sewer oders every time we used the shower, toilet, or sink. It was super yucky. Air could not be lowered much. Not cool enough for our liking to sleep well. Parking wasn't anything special yet they charge $25 per night. There was an employee out there in the evening but no actual place for him to be if weather was bad, so I doubt he was out there over night. Pool was indoor and small. So many kids in it, it just didn't appeal. So this hotel was just ok. Wouldn't want to stay more than a night or two.

The service staff let people know there were two lines for the omelette station and buffet station which helped a lot. Very well organized compared to other hotels. The happy hour is a nice touch and always a welcome amenity after a day of going about. Indoor pool is a bit crowded at times, but if you are not going to Disney, then the facility is empty.

First off, charging for parking at a hotel adjacent to a freeway is sleazy. Their lot is huge and they don't have parking attendants so why the charge? The lobby/atrium is very nice and refreshed but the rooms and hallways are in desperate need of updating. The hallway carpet is so old it's disintegrating and everything in the bathroom is old. They advertise eggs to order at the breakfast bar and they had them the first morning but the next three days all they would do was make you an omelette using some king of premixed egg goo. There was also a breakfast buffet which was pretty good but the layout was such that the line to get food was very long. Overall dissapointed for the money spent.

Hotel was conveniently located for my purposes. It does need a bit of TLC, as it is a bit run down. The carpet, walls, and doors are considerably worn. The breakfast is terrific as is happy hour. Staff is polite and accommodating. It is extremely disappointing that $25.00 (plus tax) is charged for parking. On my last day, housekeeping skipped my room, which was very unfortunate to walk into after a long day. Not sure I would stay at this property again.

Usually Embassy Suites are worth the money, but this hotel was not. Older interior with ripped flooring and dirty chipped bathroom. Would not stay here again. Front desk rep must’ve hated us or what, she put us right at the elevator & didn’t care for our request.

I hate writing these reviews, but this hotel needs a serious makeover. The room we were assigned a smell so bad we asked a replacement 5 minutes later. Next room’s smell was still present but tolerable. The tables had a sticky substance as they were really wiped down. Floor had dirt and piece of old food near the corners. Two lights didn’t work. The main bed was stable. There were maybe 5 pillows (including the extra in the closet). The temperature controls didn’t work. Unfortunately the list could go on and on. I’d like my money back but they won’t do that. The wasn’t that cheap but worse than cheaper hotels. This is a terrible hotel. Avoid it at all costs.

Loved this hotel! Stayed with family: 3 boys. Golfland is nearby. Great local restaurants. Went to Angels baseball games. Staff was super friendly. GREAT BREAKFAST hours/food spread. Very impressed!

We stayed at the Embassy suites in Anaheim North. The receptionist at the check-in desk her name was Victoria. She was so nice and very helpful. With her assistance, the check-in process was perfect. We were very pleased that our room was located right in front of the elevator. Which made it easy for my sister. We had the queen suite with two queen beds that were very comfy & one sofa bed, it was like a one bedroom apartment the room. We had a refrigerator and a microwave. The main dining area of the hotel, had plenty of seating for their guests, if you came down for breakfast, you had somewhere to sit without having to go back to your room. They had an arcade for the children to play games the kids loved the arcades, they have an indoor swimming pool when I tell you that indoor swimming pool was everything I mean, it was everything. Our kids played in that pool until they couldn't play in it anymore, and we were never rushed out of it. lastly, the breakfast... omelettes made to order pancakes sausage bacon,oatmeal, a variety of cereal, a danish variety you got bread &bagels choices.They had a fruit medley & yogurt cups eggs & more. They had a variety of soft drinks coffee & juices. The embassy suites is everything you'll need on a vacation all rolled up in one. I can't wait till our next visit which is in October. Really cool and great atmosphere inside the hotel. Rooms were beyond spacious and very comfortable. AC in the room could’ve been better as the AC in the master room was barely cooling down, while the living room AC was blowing. Breakfast was great as well and organized and quick. The food and options were pretty good!
