SpringHill Suites by Marriott at Anaheim Resort Area/Convention Center

The kids love it. Very convenient to Disneyland. CVS and 7-11 nearby. The free breakfast is good but only downside is the pool is too small.

My only complaint is that the gym doesn’t open until 8am. Breakfast at 6:30 but the gym not until 8am. For being unmanned seems unreasonable. But other than that it was a great stay.

Clean rooms , no hot tub . Pay $50 for underground parking. Rooftop great for fireworks. Variety of breakfast items I really liked that breakfast ran until 9:30am. 4 stars because no hot tub . Friendly staff. We didn’t check in until after our visit to Disney so I couldn’t say how far the park was.

The pool is the size of a large bath tub. They should show a more honest picture of the pool.

Parking is ridiculous - $30 per vehicle per night and you often have to go to the overflow garage because the hotel parking garage fills quickly.

Great location down the street from Disney. Walking distance. The free continental breakfast is big and great but is CRAZY BUSY all morning and like an unorganized Disney Land but the staff does great keeping up. The Hotel charges $40 a day to park which isn’t stated in the listing and I loath hidden fees and being charged to park in addition to a reservation. LAME

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. This was my fault for not noticing while booking but this hotel does not have a hot tub and it would have been nice to have. We did not use the pool because it is pretty small. Other than that nothing but good things about this hotel amd our stay.

Hotel was great! The breakfast provided was wonderful and much bette than other SpringHill suites. The room was clean and nice and we were very comfortable. The only downsides were that there is no hot tub near the pool and the fee to park a vehicle is steep. $30/day seems a little excessive. Definitely do your homework and see if a ride share app will be cheaper.

It wasn’t clean. Our room had no TP or towels. Sheets had holes and were stained. Staff was rude. And we’re still trying to get the billing amount right. We filed fraud with our bank

There was a cockroach that my fiancé ended up having to kill in the room. First check-in experience was ghetto as the girls spoke to us just because we’re from Stockton.

Dirty room. Smelled like wet dog when you walked in room.. no hot water in shower. Called down and no one ever came, so we took cold showers for 3 days. Breakfast area was dirty. Staff not friendly. Not impressed for the price at all. Bummer

Good hotel for the family. Lots of other families there with children of all ages. You could tell everyone was heading to Disney at one point. Very convenient location. The walk to Disney was about 10 minutes. It’s right on top of a store that’s open 24 hours so you’ll never go hungry. I met someone who was there alone for business, I hope they were able to sleep. Felt like the walls were thin. We could hear kids running above us, and also someone in the room next to us talking in the middle of the night. It didn’t bother us, we slept well because we were so exhausted spending the day at Disney. Breakfast options were enough. They had yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, bread options, various cereals, Mickey-shaped waffles you make yourself. With the coffee I was surprised and happy to see they offered oat milk. I did take away one star for cleanliness. When we first arrived to the room I noticed a spot had been missed next to the bed. There were kids’ cracker crumbs. I have a 1 year old so I picked them up right away or she would have eaten them. Also, when I went to take a nap the first day, I found a jewelry charm in the bed. The bed looked/smelled clean, and it was just under the cover. I was very confused about it. I had planned to bring it down to the front desk but with all the stuff we had to do, I forgot and just left it on the table in our room. Maybe housekeeper dropped it while making the bed? Staff is overall friendly and accommodating.

This was our third stay at this property, and a horrible one. We arrived and our room was not ready and we had to wait, even after the 4pm check in. The two beds in our room were horrible. The beds were extremely thin, had no support at all and we felt every spring coil and we are not overweight people by any means. The front desk receptionist was rude and dismissive when I reported the bed situation as we had never experienced this in our prior stays. I am unsure if we got stuck with really old beds or if those are new cheap beds they’re replacing the previous beds with. So we got horrible sleep for this three day stay. We also had long brown hair stuck on the walls in the bathroom and ceiling and on three out of the four bath towels on both days that the housekeeping came. The towels were clean, but there was hair embedded in them, which was disgusting. This was a very disappointing stay and I will not be returning.

I didn’t like the every-other-day housekeeping. It was very disappointing to come back at night and find a messy room, especially because we have kids

It was very good except we found big cocrouches that was very disgusting and gross.

Breakfast is made up of dehydrated eggs, some type of sausage, cereal, bananas or apples, waffle making station, coffee and apple juice. The beds in our room were really hard and pillows went flat as soon as you put your head down. Sofa bed was noisy and mattress was thin. The room has 2 tvs in it as well. Besides the hard beds and flat pillows the room was great.

I was very glad to stay at the hotel. The distance to the Disneyland was great. The ability to watch the fireworks from the roof top was amazing. I also like the room layout. It allowed privacy between the queen beds and the bunk beds.

The room with two Q, one pullout and bunks was great for a family of 5 (two were teenagers). The two Q can be separated by a locking sliding door, and both areas have a separate television. Great location to Disney. Just wish the pool was bigger!

Perfect walkable to Disney. Rooms were good but a little worn

The shower pressure was sooo weak I could barely rinse the kids hair. The shower head needed to be changed as it was rusted and full of calcaire. Very dirty. My husband let them know and they quickly Changed it. The USB plug didn’t work but they also had a solution and brought a plug so we could charge our cameras and phones. Besides all that it was a great location to walk to Disneyland, breakfast was off

Supposedly I received an upgrade on my rooms but the furniture in the room (sofa bed), is very outdated. The AC outlet is pointing directly to towards the beds and the noise when activated is very loud

Our family stayed here for our Disneyland trip. We loved that it was a 10 minute walk to the park and that there was a CVS, Walgreens, Starbucks, Coffee Bean, etc. right downstairs. Comfortable rooms but we faced Harbor and the street was loud at night. We got upgraded to a room with bunk beds which our kids liked! Staff was friendly and accommodating. We did have a maid come into our room without knocking and yell “hello” while my kids were sleeping and I was showering so that was unexpected (lol). Breakfast was okay, waffles were good, could use a little more variety. Overall a great stay and location for your Disney trip!!

I had read many reviews that said this hotel was very quiet and then saw one review that said it was noisy. I don’t know if that one review also had my room, but there was no sleep happening during my stay for neither me nor my son. You can hear all of the traffic outside from the second floor king room facing the street. It sounded like cars were racing all night. I even used ear plugs and a sound machine and the loud noise still kept me up all night. When I went to the staff and asked to switch rooms they told me there were no rooms available. This was disappointing. Otherwise, the convenience of the property as it is walking distance to Disney, the free breakfast, the nice room and bed, etc were all great. I just wish the room wasn’t so loud.

Had to leave a day early due to family becoming very ill. Was told by the front desk that I wouldn’t be charge for the night of 5/14, but when Expedia called them the manager denied my refund. Will not ever stay there again! We couldn’t help an emergency!

The beds and pillows are terrible. Feels like I’m sleeping on a rock. Very noisy with the loud traffic outside, and the noise and pounding from next room! Walls are very thin. Sleepless nights. I called the front desk for more towels, and they never brought them. I definitely will not stay here again.

Voiced concerns over lack of accessible handicap parking as 3 out the 4 scene marked handicap parking stalls were occupied by non handicapped vehicles. When I voiced concern to desk staff I was told there was nothing they could do. They suggested we could use any available parking after dropping off our handicap son near the entrance. When I suggested calling local parking enforcement and having violators cited the hotel clerk stated that they would never make such a call. As a result of this my family and I will NEVER stay at that Marriott hotel again.

Love Marriott’s!!! Staff was super friendly and check in was quick. We were able to walk from this location to Disney resorts. Right next to CVS and coffee bean! The complementary breakfast was great as well to feed the family before heading over to the park. Felt very comfortable here and will be back :)

From the moment we walked in the door, we knew it would be a great experience. We come to Disneyland once a month and have stayed all over. This hotel was worth the little extra money to have a great stay while at the park. Dee Dee and her team were amazing. The breakfast was on point, and I aways was met with a smile from all of the staff anytime I encountered them. It was just a 10 minute walk to Disney, and there is a CVS literally on site for anything you need. The room was perfect with an apartment fee to it letting your family have some privacy with closing doors. We found our forever away from home hotel in Anaheim when we come to Disneyland from now on. Thank you!

The resort was conveniently located as it was in close proximity to Disneyland. However, I was appalled that they charged $30 a day for their own guests to park. Additionally, the gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending when I had a simple follow up request for our room to actually be cleaned.

We had a great 1 night stay. The staff was terrific, property is really nice, rooms are clean and comfortable and a close walk to Disneyland.

Close to Disneyland!!

Great location!!! We walked to Disneyland no problem. We even had Mickey waffles for breakfast with bacon since the breakfast buffet was included with the stay. Loved it!

I can say that this property was any more remarkable than other hotels in the area. For the price, one expects a high level of function and cleanliness. What was remarkable though was the food. It was absolutely underwhelming. Same boring thing, day after day. After day four of sausage, on a six night stay, give me a break. If, like me, your search for accommodation is predicated on whether the establishment includes breakfast, don’t be fooled by the mention of “fresh daily”. Fresh daily was processed food, apples and bananas. The same thing, day after day. No thanks! Hello there, Southern California hotel!!! For cryin’ out loud, go find a strawberry or melon to serve!

Came on a family getaway. Great breakfast and very convenient for everything around this hotel.

The hotel was very nice. However, the breakfast was HORRIBLE …and I mean WOW HORRIBLE. The eggs were like square pieces of jello, same consistency if jellos were tougher almost gummy bear style. The sausage was sitting in water .. oh must I go on .. just really disappointed

Great hotel for Disneyland. Food was good at complimentary breakfast and staff cleaning tables as quickly as people were leaving. About .6 miles to park which was awesome.

Good friendly staff, hotel was clean. Had to pay about $40 for parking although there was sometimes no parking available in the garage. Stayed for 7 days, hotel offered the same breakfast for 7 days.

Rooms were very clean and the hotel was very nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Short walk to Disneyland. Easy check-in and checkout.
