Hotel was good. Pool was not 100% as the jacuzzi wasn’t available during our 2 night stay. And it looks like it hasn’t been for a while. The breakfast needs improvement. The pool towels were really old and rough. Needs replacement. They need to add more hand-soap in each room. There should be one hand-soap per sink. The staff and housekeepers are nice, no problem on that. Location is good too.

We were there for a music festival and parking was very limited. 1 night there was no parking and we had to park elsewhere. Luckily our car didn’t get towed. The 1st night a back door was open so we closed it when we came thru it. The rest of the stay was fine& without issue.

Overall experience was great, the only two things i did noticed was the Jacuzzi was out of service and pool flooring was a little ruff on the feet. Other then that the hotel staff was great and the hotel was well kept.

The hotel was poorly upkept, and there were little flies coming out of the sink. The furniture was shabby. They did send someone to fix the fly issue and they were reduced but not completely gone. Neighbors were noisy and had to call front desk to ask a guest not to talk so loudly on the phone while on the hallway.

I stayed in room 320. It has a pull out sofa that was infested with bugs. Last day of my stay I took a short nap on the sofa. I had more than two dozen bites on my exposed part of the body. The desk person was very nice and took notice of my condition. Half hour later I got a call from them that they will subtract one nights stay.

From the moment we walked through the doors the staff was kind and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was delicious each morning. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in this area!! :)

Staff were super friendly and the rooms were extremely spacious! The complimentary breakfast was actually good and I was shocked that they had allergen friendly foods. The location is great as it is right off the freeway and had several walkable restaurants.

I want a refund! Unable to operate TV, broken box spring and the noise coming from the mechanical room next to #125 was a loud roar. At 10:00 pm we requested a different room but the hotel was sold out. When we complained about the TV the staff member with slight condescension said we just don’t know how to turn it on. The 3rd member of our party happens to be very tech savvy and couldn’t figure it out. We kept getting a “ no signal”. Miserable night.

My stay was ruined because they gave me a room right next to the railroad tracks, and the commuter train was passing by almost 24 hours a day every 10 minutes. Also, the elevator was right next-door and then on top of it. I guess there was a restaurant nearby that had loud music.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the rooms were great they had mini fridge and a microwave in room. The breakfast was just the basic hotel breakfast but they kept everything stocked up. No parking fee was great. Overall the stay here was great. No complaints.

We had a really awful time staying at this hotel. I paid $253 for this hotel via Expedia for a night. I was double-billed $260 at the front desk when I checked in. Upon asking two receptionists, both confirmed they were new hires. I was told to see the manager at checkout after they contacted their manager. I was unhappy due to the fraudulent charge on my card. While checking out, I saw “Tiffany Ainsworth”the manager. She said she voided my Expedia booking, and I should receive a refund within five business days. Expedia charged me $253 for this hotel, but the hotel double-charged me for $260, leaving me disappointed. Additionally, the manager was not friendly and untruthfully said she had given me points. Upon checking my account after leaving, I discovered I had zero reward points. The manager lacked honesty and friendliness. Stayed for a 2 day trip to Universal for daughter’s bday. The conjoined doors were very thin and you can see the light from the other room, the neighbors were very LOUD all night and early am until we left for breakfast! Would’ve rather heard the transit system all night! Talked to the lady at the desk in the am and she was able to move us rooms for the 2nd night with no issue! For that I appreciate and give the better rating!

The Marriot Team went above and beyond! Truly thankful for the efforts made to make my sons birthday special by having a special treat ready for us upon entering our room, was not expecting that request to be fulfilled so graciously by Jamar. When we checked in the staff were so kind and inviting. The environment is very nice and welcoming. Our room was perfect for one night, would definitely stay again and recommend! The only thing about our stay was the jacuzzi was not working and the pool needed some attention overall, but it definitely did not stop us from enjoying it on the hot day! This is a great stay, affordable and clean, safe, welcoming.

My stay was ruined because they gave me a room right next to the railroad tracks, and the commuter train was passing by almost 24 hours a day every 10 minutes. Also, the elevator was right next-door and then on top of it. I guess there was a restaurant nearby that had loud music.

Excellent hotel! Is located away from residential areas, very quiet, clean and comfortable. Food and shopping nearby, and close to a couple of big attractions - Santa Anita racetracks and the LA Arboreum. Excellent customer service, will definitely stay here again!!!

This wonderful hotel is walking distance from a variety of restaurants and stores. Plus, it is a short drive to The Arboretum, Santa Anita Park, Huntington Library and Arcadia Mall. Very Clean and quiet and the staff is top notch. Very helpful and personable.

This was a one night stay to attend an afternoon family event and returning home early the next morning. The hotel was conveniently located near lots of food choices within a 6 minute walk. It was clean and modern. Disappointments include: our room was adjacent to the trolley line and vibrated as the trains went by (sound wall muted most of the noise, but not all). The hotel was full and the breakfast area was overcrowded. The sausage and eggs were the worst I have had at a hotel. I don't expect restaurant quality, but the eggs were dry and crumbly and sausage was just bad. Best Western seems to be able to do these breakfast bar eggs. I will say that they breakfast bar had one of the largest options for food, including oatmeal with lots of toppings, a variety of bread and muffins, waffles and a selection of fruit. The dark roast coffee was good as well. Finally, the suite layout was terrible. The TV faced the uncomfortable couch, but not the bed. We had to turn the stand to hang out over the edge of the dresser.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh cooked eggs, pastries, and fresh fruit. The coffee was fresh and delicious. The staff was warm and accommodating. If I needed to improve one point it would be improving the water pressure in the shower. It wasn’t a big deal but fix that and my stay would have been perfect!!

Stayed here for 3 nights, the rooms were great they had mini fridge and a microwave in room. The breakfast was just the basic hotel breakfast but they kept everything stocked up. No parking fee was great. Overall the stay here was great. No complaints.

Nothing special about this hotel. It is a bit dated but clean. The staff is great. The breakfast area is tiny and cannot accommodate all the guests. Parking is easy and free of charge.

The staff is so kind ! I took a solo trip with my daughter and I felt very safe and heard. The pool was so much fun and not crowded at all when we went. The manager checked on me the day after I went to a concert and asked how it went and it felt so personal! I really enjoyed my stay there.

Rooms thermostat was set to 65 degrees. Every light was on. Took hours to get the room comfortable with out turning on the heat. Coffee maker worked for just 1 cup of coffee. Second cup would not work. Alarm was set to 5:50 am and woke us up. Who even uses those alarms. Why isn't the maid clearing alarms? No hot water for a very very very long time. We wasted a lot of water. No hot breakfast. Cook did not show up. Bed was very shaky, if my husband moved at night it jiggled the whole bed.

Property was very clean, located in a nice area, room was very spacious and accomodating for us. There is a pull out in the King Bed suite, there is a semi mini refrigerator, microwave, extra sink, coffee maker, and a work desk with lighting to name a few of the awesome amenities. It is right next to the electric train but its not very loud or anything if you are on a particular side of the hotel. It has an electric car type of sound but not a full on rail train. Haha it stops after 12 midnight if i recall but nothing that is a bother some. The room can be nearly blacked out with the roll down shades that is on a side rail so it really blocks things out. Bed was a little on the softer side for me but im use to more firm bedding but it wasnt so soft that my back was in pain. Over all a great stay, front desk staff was awesome and very pleasant even when we arrived after 12 midnight. Breakfast buffet in the morning was a little tight with seating but no big deal. It was a great start to our day Thank you to the awesome staff and cleanliness! Highly recommend and will stay again if we are in the area again.
