No ice machine and no big cooking pots

The beds were very poor quality and the floors were sticky-dirty. But everything in the room was in good working order and the staff was nice. Parking is easy.

Took picture of drivers license without approval or disclosure. Very noisy in room from freeway. Plant areas smell like urine. People partying in the parking lot drinking playing loud music. Handicapped parking spots rarely open up due to long term renters. Poor or no security around parking especially in back. Stay elsewhere

I was ripped off staff was rude place was gross got stuck in the elevator they stole my money

The smoke alarm was beeping. I called the front desk then went out. It was still beeping when we came back so they quickly moved us to another room and gave us a 25% discount for the trouble.

Key card maker for rooms was down. Staff would need to walk you to your room to open your room.

The only soda vending machine was out of order.

Weed smell in the hallway and outside in the parking lot. The property as such was kept clean. Nice dog park in the back parking lot.

I chose this hotel based on price and reviews. I was very pleased with the stay and would definitely stay there again. Having a kitchen with stovetop, fridge, freezer, sink was so convenient The website mentions kitchen "kits" for purchase, but they were free from the front desk and included a dish drainer, colander, toaster, coffee maker (and coffee), dish soap, kitchen towels, silverware, plates bowls and cups, a pot and a pan, cooking utensils, and a cutting board. In the bathroom, hand and body soap and towels were provided and shampoo was available upon request. They do not do housekeeping mid-stay unless you are staying multiple weeks, but they gladly provide restock of trash bags, towels, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. The "breakfast" was granola bars, instant oatmeal packs, and frozen muffins. Soda vending was $3+ and washer and dryer were $4.50 per each load each machine (so $9 for full wash/dry) -- all vending takes only credit cards. The rooms were clean and a bit outdated, but included conveniences like a reclining chair, dining table, desk, etc. lots of lighting and electric plugs were available. Even though my room faced the busy freeway, it was nearly silent when the windows were closed. Even when the parking lot was nearly full, I barely saw or heard any other guests all week. The water was hot and high pressure and the bed was comfortably firm. The A/c was splendid. The location was 0.7 to 1.0 miles to Metro and stores.

My family and I checked in Sunday evening the outside of the hotel looked okay the inside was dirty not up to date. The pictures posted on line were not accurate. The room it’s self… refrigerator was spotless clean even the microwave. The bathroom was a different story, walls were dirty almost looked yellowish a lot of paint chipping everywhere the bathroom was gross someone’s hair was in it. I didn’t feel safe putting my one year old in it. I tried to make the best of the days to come but come the next morning I seen a big bed bug. Right on the pillow my one year old was using I woke up everyone had then change clothes and went down stairs for a refund. I was granted my whole 4 day stay back to me. We packed up our whole room and left and 6 in morning. It was terrible experience we had to look for another hotel

The room was dirty, It looked like a hospital room, smelled like smoke although it was a non-smoking room and had signs of a roach infestation. Even for the price we got it for, it doesn't seem like a suitable accommodation.

The room was dirty, trash bag left in the sink, prime in the floor around toilet, dead bugs, hole in the wall and even after asking TWICE no one came to fix anything. Then the TV stopped working! Most of the staff were nice but being told they “didn’t have time” to come clean my room (and I was stuck for 4 days!!!) I gave up.

Friendly staff, but that’s about all it has going for it. Bed Bugs in the room, broken shower head, extremely dim hallways, bad smelling in general, walls are disgusting, stains on the mattress, weird yellow gunk on the chair in the room. Practically uninhabitable.

Hotel was not clean. Did not have daily service to clean room.

I will not be staying again as the room was not properly cleaned. I found a used condom in the trashcan plus there was a half smoked cigarette on the side of the microwave. On my way out I complained to the staff at the front desk, all I got was a simple sorry.

Found a roach in the room crawling near the sink (where bath towels are placed). Recorded a video, checked out the hotel because of this. The front desk was unbothered about the roach and would not provide me with anything showcasing I checked out of the hotel. Insisting it would not show I checked out until the 11am check out the following morning which was untrue. Guest relations was closed. So a 800 number for a hotel chain was useless as was any person I came in contact with. Will never book a hotel here nor will I ever use this platform.

The building is visibly old with heavily stained bath tubs and sinks. I don’t mind those. What I mind was the cleanliness - hairs on the bath tub, cockroach in the bathroom and toilet that had questionable marks in it. I gave it a 3 bec of the price and the staff. Forget about the breakfast altogether.

The place is incredibly noisy, is like sleeping on a mattress on the side of the freeway, I asked to be moved to another room and offer to pay a second time but my request was denied, there was also a hole on the wall between the toilet and the shower, very suspicious area to have an exposed hole.

Room was neat and tidy . My only complaint is the noise from the freeway location. I was able to fall asleep. The front desk staff were all very friendly when I checked in and out.

It was great for the price. It is a bit outdated but for the price I can't complain. Walls where thick enough you don't hear your neighbors, staff were friendly, room was clean, nothing broken.

The place felt run down! People were cooking inside their room and the smell was hideous! the carpet is old, beds were not comfortable and felt old. The drain in the shower was not working and water was slowly draining. It was a terrible experience and definitively not worth the money they charged for the room, this was comparable to a very cheap motel at best.

The room for the most part was clean there were a few areasthat were dusty and hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Like behind the tv. My room was on the backside closest to the freeway and at night you could hear the traffic while trying to sleep. Not really loud but you could hear it

The condition of the room was poor. Chipped paint, cupboard doors were removed, the furniture was chipped, the toilet was 2 feet away from the wall leaving a large open space behind it.

The staff was pleasant and the property and room were clean. The furniture is outdated and falling apart. The bathroom fixtures were old and stained with hard water.

Th hotel is too old and the furniture and condition are too old. First night on Friday the room had fridge too noisy so that I can't sleep week. Staff changed another room for me starting Saturday but the room window can't close and the room is next towards to the highway. Extreme noisy so can't sleep at all. Staff can't call in maintenance guy to repair window until Monday so I had to stay two nights with the issue and no rooms available for change over that weekend. Good thing is the staff refunded one night rate. I had my three nights disappointing and annoying and wasted my vacation time.

I have enjoyed my stay and the staff at the Arcadia Extended Stay. All of the folks who work here are courteous and helpful. I would recommend people I know to stay at the Arcadia location. The general manager is professional and takes care of business. The folks who work behind the counter in whatever position they hold are also courteous and professional.

All of the staff were very professional and friendly.

Very welcoming staff, it was a few people that arrived at the same time, but they got us right into our rooms. Lillyana, Jackie Adriana we’re very nice the time that I was there I would recommend this hotel again

The smoke alarm was beeping. I called the front desk then went out. It was still beeping when we came back so they quickly moved us to another room and gave us a 25% discount for the trouble.

Great Room clean and the staff was great. Micheal and Mary Lou were really nice and informative.

I booked through Expedia and when I got to hotel they said they were booked and had no rooms available. The girl at front desk didn’t even look at me such bad customer service. They didn’t accommodate me or try to find another hotel for us. My credit card was charged and now I have to dispute it.

Adriana at front desk of the Monrovia & Arcadia locations was extremely helpful and resourceful with helping me with my multi-day reservations along with other people waiting, she quickly and efficiently secured my reservations, even when it appeared the resort was already full. She is a great asset to ESA. I was wowed and highly recommend staying here for work or leisure stay ...John V

The hotel is close to a variety of restaurants, malls, family . It was a pleasure to stay .

Property was decent. Breakfast is a to go bag but other than that it was okay.

The room was uncomfortable. The breakfast was Tiny not much to choose from.

Their idea of light breakfast snack is a cookie or a sugary protien bar.

So it’s definitely not the Hilton. It was clean and staff (Jackie) was super friendly. “Breakfast” was not what we expected. It’s aged and could use some love and a really good deep clean. Convenient for a quick weekend getaway.

Everything ok but they got to do better on the continental breakfast one bar of granola is not enough. (Because they run out of everything else)

I will recommend the Arcadia location. The general manager and front desk people were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like a welcomed guest. With all the duties to attend to, people were ready to assist. The place is clean and the breakfast in the morning is a plus. A good experience all the way around.

"Fully equipped" kitchen had no utensils, glasses or cookware. No shampoo or soap in room. Bathtub would not drain and still had water in it 2 hours later. We would NOT stay here again.
