Overall was good, bathroom was not great the bathtub needed to be redone. The tile had mildew and not much shower pressure. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool was clean.

I can deal with a lot of things, but the overall cleanliness of this property is just poor very poor housekeeping just just poor there’s mold in the bathrooms the carpets are filthy and I’m easy to please. I’m not I do not complain about things usually but there’s mold all the way around the whole bathtub. I’m sorry it’s true. If you guys do not like my review gets a scrubbing, other than that the younger chick in the office was cool the older women not so forgiving towards the end she did give me my deposit early because I had to catch the train at 4 AM and she didn’t wanna give me a deposit back for the room that’s already dirty that I left clean it was cool it was an OK day. They have a beautiful pool sparkling clean pool beautiful beautiful landscape with the plants in the bushes really really wonderful I really loved that they had balconies. That’s a plus that’s amazing go out and sit down and get some fresh air in the bathroom gotta get cleaned. That’s my only my only complaint other than that it was a great day. Stay for almost a week I would stay again I really would but I hope there’s no more than my bathroom. Take care.

The staff lied about the pool and was rude to us every time we had a question. The room was dirty with large roaches. The showerhead sprayed water everywhere and the tub had to be cleaned before using it. The balcony rail was wobbly, the chair was broken and there were cigarette butts all over.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Room had 3 large roaches when I got there. Fridge was soaking in a puddle of water def got rooms switched but still experienced less roaches and lots of mosquitoes. Stray cats roam the area heavily. Lots of homeless around the nearby area. Pool looks like it needs a deep clean and remodel. Bed sheets are nasty thank god I brought my own blankets. Checked in at 2am and out at 9am couldn’t stay and get proper rest. Checked out a day early and booked another hotel. Lesson learned don’t pick this motel. Shame on you Wyndham for serving customers with this awful place. There are bed bugs roaches and more. Don’t stay here!!!!!!!!

I reserved an accessibility room because of a fractured pelvic bone - they had not reserved me that room so gave me another for which on my bill I was charged a $10.00 fee for an upgraded room which had hair on the floor bathroom floor that was not mine - when I went to close the shower curtain there was a used washcloth again not mine - a coach roach - and several other types of bug. I travel a lot and this was the worst.

Staff was fine, but the property is a run down dump. Noise from doors slamming and street traffic poured into the room and woke me at 630am. Everything is dated, bed uncomfortable, baby cockroaches seen in the room, and the free breakfast selection was pathetic

Between the TV not working, the roach in the shower, the stains on the shower curtain, the bugs in the room, the guy tweaking downstairs, and the remnants of the party at the pool the night before, I’m not sure what the worst part was. And we were given “the nicer room”.

여기 절대 가지 마세요. It was truly the worst experience ever. Do not be fooled by the photos. This place is a cockroach nest, and the manager’s response was terrible. Do not stay here — seriously. Right after check-in, we had to kill a cockroach crawling around the room. Thinking it might just be bad luck, I went into the bathroom, only to find even more cockroaches and hordes of ants crawling all over the bathtub. We immediately packed our things and left, realizing it was impossible to stay. When I showed the photos of the bugs to the front desk clerk, he was horrified and said he would process a check-out promptly and that the room charge would be refunded the next morning. We left less than ten minutes after check-in and canceled the deposit payment (I still have the card transaction record). However, the manager is now refusing to refund the room charge. Instead of offering a sincere apology or compensation, the hotel insists on charging us even though we never actually stayed there. We have contacted the hotel directly several times, but they never responded, and even repeated follow-ups from Hotels.com were ignored by the manager. Please remember this: If you choose this hotel, you are signing up for a nightmare. The thought that those roaches might have gotten into our luggage and spread to our home still makes my skin crawl. And worst of all — no one will help you.

We stopped here on the way to Sequoia National Park for a one night stay late at night. The place is old and not well kept. When we woke we noticed blood spots on the bedding, so knew we got bit by bed bugs. Sure enough, a few hours later we were covered in bite marks. We also killed a roach in the room on the way to check out. I called to report it to management and was told I would get a call back. I will be reporting them to the health department on Monday. Do NOT stay here.

Very filthy, the grout was black. I DIDNT shower for taht. Was black mold on just durty. The bath sink is around is totally very dirty Long has not vacuum all and under the chair, bed 3rd . Sorry, I will NOT CAME BACK. THE M A N THAT IS 23 YEARS IT FINE I JUST LIKE CLEAN. EVEN THE MONEY IS SMALL OR BIG MOTEL SHOULD CLEAN.

Rooms not as pictured on website and smell of fish and curry. Probably from outside surroundings. Very disappointed you used to know to expect from a hotel based on the name but this travelodge by wyndham was very disappointing and not up to the brand. I even had to pay extra for a non smoking room. Which has always been pay extra for smoking.

What i did not like was the noise from the bar next door and all the traffic noise. I asked to be moved but there was no 1 bed down stairs room available.

From checking in it was horrible clerk was rude and mad when questioned about additional charges. He gave me the worst room possible. I had requested a downstairs room close to office as I am disabled and 65 traveling alone. I was at this same motel one week prior and given a decent room within what I requested. First key to room did not work and room was on second floor farthest bldg from office. It was very late at night and there were vagrants in parking lot people in cars smoking behind building I had to go all the way back to office to get working key again I told him stairs were very difficult and I didn't feel safe that there were people at back of bldg. he said to bad it's the only room. Went back to room and room was uninhabitable. Filthy, bugs crawling I took pictures and did not stay in room The smell was horrible and I thank goodness did not bring any of my belongings into room. I tried to tell clerk about room he would not acknowledge me at the window. I sat in my car and called first thing in the morning to report experience. Requesting a refund but even with pictures got nothing. They did not even look at the pictures. I paid $60 for nothing. Something should have been done. .

Thinking it might just be bad luck, I went into the bathroom, only to find even more cockroaches and hordes of ants crawling all over the bathtub. We immediately packed our things and left, realizing it was impossible to stay. When I showed the photos of the bugs to the front desk clerk, he was horrified and said he would process a check-out promptly and that the room charge would be refunded the next morning. We left less than ten minutes after check-in and canceled the deposit payment (I still have the card transaction record). However, the manager is now refusing to refund the room charge. Instead of offering a sincere apology or compensation, the hotel insists on charging us even though we never actually stayed there. We have contacted the hotel directly several times, but they never responded, and even repeated follow-ups from Hotels.com were ignored by the manager. Please remember this: If you choose this hotel, you are signing up for a nightmare. The thought that those roaches might have gotten into our luggage and spread to our home still makes my skin crawl. And worst of all — no one will help you.

Pre paid for hotel on hotels.com got to property and was asked for a card for deposit that would be returned on checkout. Property charges another $104 for the room again. 3 calls 2 weeks later and they will not refund my money and hung up on me. Complaint made through main Wyndham travel lodge number. Will be reporting on BBB and any other site to help other travelers avoid being ripped off by this hotel. Hotel is also dirty with people living in it and trash all outside the back. Pay the extra dollars and stay somewhere else if you are in Bakersfield

Front desk clerk tried to overcharge me $10 by claiming the queen bed room that I reserved 5 minutes before I walked into the lobby was unavailable. (The parking lot was 2/3 empty on a Monday evening.) He wanted me to pay $10 more for a room with a king bed. I did not buy any of his BS. Eventually, the queen bed room I researved became available.

I have stayed here on multiple occasions. I love that the front desk staff is very nice and remember you from previous days. Parking is free. Rooms are dated but clean and comfortable. There is a great new Gastro pub on the other side of the parking lot and a nearly new cracker barrel old country store within walking distance.

Service was good. Room presentation was good. Location was good. Was noisy however to be expected on a main street. Riff Raff traffic was low. Traffic was slow at pulling in to property. would definitely come back.

I stay at this hotel frequently as I travel up and down the 99 for work. It is convenient to the expressway, a new Cracker Barrel practically across the street, and a great Gastro pub just across the parking lot. The rates are cheap and the staff is nice, however, The property is older and could be kept cleaner. For example, this last stay one of my pillowcases and make up on it.

Staff was fine, but the property is a run down dump. Noise from doors slamming and street traffic poured into the room and woke me at 630am. Everything is dated, bed uncomfortable, baby cockroaches seen in the room, and the free breakfast selection was pathetic

The shower valve didn’t properly work. A nearly guest at smoked in the area outside his room, we could smell it. Other guests came back to their room after midnight and were loud. A homeless person stayed in an alley across lot from our room. Breakfast was cereal, coffee and packaged hostess doughnuts.

This hotel was absolutely horrible. The owners were the most horrible a women and her husband. If I used a 3rd party to pay because it was less expensive they charged me a 20 early check in fee or they said I would have to check out at 11 and come back at 3, even though I had already been staying there 3 days. The only way I could avoid this was to pay through them they which was $80 a night. Also my key never worked the whole time I stayed there. They told me every day, we will send someone over in a little while. Every Day I would ask if the pool was open. They told me later today every time. Later today never came. Then to top it all off when I got my deposit back I noticed they took $20 from me and was never given a reason why. I do not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again. The whole stay was absolutely ridiculous and horrible. They should be ashamed of themselves, how much they treat people and and we all know what the good Lord says about being greedy.

De airconditioning was slecht, stond ook niet aan toen we arriveerden en t was dus verschrikkelijk warm in de kamer, het duurde enkele uren voir t draaglijk was in de kamer! De hygiene liet ook te wensen over! Kakkerlakken in 1 van de kamers! Foto's op de website waren niet realistisch! Ontbijt was niet goed!

The owner was horrible I booked a room for my mother in law there to stay and she wanted the lil one to go swimming there with her we she asked if the owner could open the pool he said yes but then he saw the kids and said no become they weren't registered so she asked ok well let's register them and ill pay the difference he still would not expect it said no and though they were just ganna leave the lil ones at the pool by themselves and that was not the case they were all ready to go swimming with grandma and got shut down even when she was willing to pay more money

The place is very dirty and has a lot of roaches just in my room I killed about 100 and some I just couldn't kill they were fast and there where a few big rat's outside the pool is not that very clean too sadly this place was a good place to stay few years ago now I will never go back the new owner don't care about the property so bad that they can even afford real orange juice they said it was real but it was Tampico.
