I had a great stay at Bella Nara Naiyang Beach Hotel. The breakfast was definitely a highlight - a generous and varied selection that caters to all tastes, including Western, Thai, and Chinese options. A great way to start the day! The staff were another standout. Incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming - they go out of their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. Their hospitality added a lot to the overall experience. One thing I noticed was the guest demographic - during my stay, there seemed to be a large number of Serbian and Russian tourists. While this isn’t a reflection on the hotel itself, I personally found the general vibe among some of the other guests to be a bit cold, especially compared to the usual warmth you find from Thai people. It’s something to be aware of, but it didn’t impact my overall experience too much. My only real complaint is the bed - it was quite hard. I’m not sure if this is a standard choice for the hotel, but a softer mattress would definitely improve comfort and sleep quality. All in all, I had a very positive experience. The complimentary airport drop-off is a thoughtful and convenient touch, especially for early departures. I would recommend this hotel for its service, food, and location.

Everything was perfect. The only problem was, that we ordered a taxi for the next morning to bring us to the airport. The lady at the reception informed us about the price for the taxi. We agreed and she said the taxi will wait for us in the morning as requested. Big surprise then next morning. No taxi was there and we were not on the list of the ordered taxis as well. The staff then organized the Hotel minibus to bring us to the airport. So we arrived there more or less on time.

Overall nice rooms, property and in a nice area. Whilst I really liked the pool found that there was very limited common area seating around the pool and would have preferred to be able to access the pool bar without having to go into the pool. Highly recommend the Tom Yum Iced Tea though!

Nice place Central, clean no wifi We needed wifi and when checked in they said they would get someone to come fix it. He came and went didnt fix said come back but we waited and waited and ended up ringing reception to cancel as jet lagged. In the morning tryed again and we had to wait for the IT guy to come at 9.00. Then finally we get someone who says turn phone on and off so we didnt get any wifi and had to buy a new sim card. They need to address this issue and the service.

Everything was great. I flew into the Airport and stayed 2 nights. It is close to beach with lots of shops and places to eat near by. Room was very spacious and clean. I had read reviews before staying that bed was a little hard and they were right but it was very clean and in well kept condition and staff was wondeful. I would stay here again.

We had a very noisy room in building B, all outside music from bars/restaurants was disturbing so we went down to reception and complaining about this. They gave us a new big room in building D, so they took quick actions and the problem was over and we were happy.

I stayed for 2 nights in a standard room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was spacious and the WiFi was grt. Good size bathroom and shower. My main issue was the bed was too hard. I have travelled a lot in Thailand and I am used to harder beds than what westerners are used to, but this was too hard and it made for an uncomfortable sleep sadly. It is a nice property in a grt location but when it rains, you get wet walking to the reception and the tiles outside get slippery and a bit dangerous - you have to be careful. The bfast was grt but there is not enough space when it is busy. The tv channels cater for Thai and Russians - not so much for English speaking guests. Lovely staff although room service came without cutlery (not a major problem but an inconvenience).

While this isn’t a reflection on the hotel itself, I personally found the general vibe among some of the other guests to be a bit cold, especially compared to the usual warmth you find from Thai people. It’s something to be aware of, but it didn’t impact my overall experience too much. My only real complaint is the bed - it was quite hard. I’m not sure if this is a standard choice for the hotel, but a softer mattress would definitely improve comfort and sleep quality. All in all, I had a very positive experience. Nice place Central, clean no wifi We needed wifi and when checked in they said they would get someone to come fix it. He came and went didnt fix said come back but we waited and waited and ended up ringing reception to cancel as jet lagged. In the morning tryed again and we had to wait for the IT guy to come at 9.00. Then finally we get someone who says turn phone on and off so we didnt get any wifi and had to buy a new sim card. They need to address this issue and the service.

Everything was perfect. The only problem was, that we ordered a taxi for the next morning to bring us to the airport. The lady at the reception informed us about the price for the taxi. We agreed and she said the taxi will wait for us in the morning as requested. Big surprise then next morning. No taxi was there and we were not on the list of the ordered taxis as well. The staff then organized the Hotel minibus to bring us to the airport. So we arrived there more or less on time.

We had a lovely stay here. The property is close to the airport, yet you wouldn’t know it as it’s very quiet and free from the hustle and bustle. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - they even created a surprise birthday cake for my wife without either of us knowing! Thank you to everyone for helping us

I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and made me feel so welcome. This is a luxury resort near Phuket airport and close to Naiyang Beach. There are plenty of places to eat nearby but we chose the hotels restaurant for its air conditioned comfort and the meals were excellent along with the service. There are massage places and the beach accross the road. We highly recommend as an upmarket accommodation place near the airport for a short stay.

I stayed for 2 nights in a standard room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was spacious and the WiFi was grt. Good size bathroom and shower. My main issue was the bed was too hard. I have travelled a lot in Thailand and I am used to harder beds than what westerners are used to, but this was too hard and it made for an uncomfortable sleep sadly. It is a nice property in a grt location but when it rains, you get wet walking to the reception and the tiles outside get slippery and a bit dangerous - you have to be careful. The bfast was grt but there is not enough space when it is busy. The tv channels cater for Thai and Russians - not so much for English speaking guests. Lovely staff although room service came without cutlery (not a major problem but an inconvenience).

The property is well situated within the Naiyang beach area. Everything is just a short walk away, including the beach. If you would rather spend time at the pool, you can just hang out at one of the pool areas. The food on the property is convenient, however it is a little expensive, which is to be expected when you stay at a hotel like this one. We stayed in a pool view room with a balcony which provided enough space for the two of us. Our time and experience at the hotel was relaxing. The beds are a little firm. So if you like a firm bed, this is the place for you 😊. If you like a soft bed (like us), then you might struggle a little bit. We were happy with the overall experience that we had and would definitely come back to this hotel again in the future.
