DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Berkeley Marina

There was no water. They seem to think that a few bottles of water made up for that and I thought they should’ve discounted the room.

Long wait times, rude impatient staff, outdated rooms, stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping never came in to clean room. Had to ask 4 times for towles and sheets. Room didn't have a remote. Bathroom dirty. No toilet tissue. I spoke to the manager and he stated he is going to try and process a refund. Please follow up on my refund and call me back

Had a great stay. A great location with quick access to marina walking trails. Clean rooms, friendly staff and the onsite restaurant was worrh the stop. The property has a bit of age but seems like they maintain it well. Only complaint would be the pillows made of air. Four of them stacked, sleeping on my side, and my head was still on the bed 😆

False advertising, website price is good but the price doubled when you have to pay $50 to park and get charged $100 deposit. I had other charges noted on my credit card without description. Now trying to find out what those were.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, great staff.
