The room was clean and comfortable. There is a shared kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave and coffee/hot chocolate/tea. Also a vending machine with oatmeal, cup of noodles and a variety of snacks. There was no fitness center or jacuzzi but we enjoyed hiking in the area to the beaches and tide pools. There were many nice restaurants to choose from with delicious seafood. A free bottle of wine was included in our stay. We enjoyed our time there!

A great little hotel near the town, easy access to the bay with a short walk down the hill, and short drives to the inlet and good restaurants. Commual kitchen is also at the property. A great coffee place is also across the parking lot

Loved this pet friendly location. Having a common area snack and outdoor dining area is brilliant and the staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Me and my fur babies will definitely stay there again for future adventures.

This place is a hidden gem. Changed our date and the dog got dropped off our reservation but they accommodated us with Iris our dog. There were other dogs there as well. Nice outdoor spaces. Also a byob...bring your own breakfast room that had coffee and tea as well as a toaster and a communal fridge for your night before leftovers.

Parking was a challenge but once we figured it out the rest of the visit was great. Not only were we checked in, but were escorted to our room and all the amenities were reviewed. Very pet friendly property.

What a great little dog friendly place! Pete, host, was so awesome and so helpful. I let them know ahead of time that I was bringing my dog and they had dog blanket, bowl and treat waiting in the room, we even had our own little private patio. I love that they also have a kitchen and dining area. There's also Roadhouse Coffee a short walk from your room. I do wish highway 1 was walk friendly to get to restaurants. Overall, a great place to stay.

Check in was easy, they texted our room number with a code to open the door ( this was nice). Our room was very basic : no phone to contact anyone for help if you needed anything; no mini fridge for food storage; no microwave ; and no coffee pot. They did have a kitchen in the main building where you can get coffee but this wasn't convenient. One last thing the alcove in the shower had what looked to be mold otherwise the room served it's purpose.

This property is quiet. Very important the bed is comfortable, but we found ittle sand on the bed. The showers are low in pressure, to high the shower head. Other tha that is a good place for have a day get away.

The staff and service personnel are knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. I enjoyed the “glass room” which is stocked with glasses, dishes, and cutlery in which to serve a meal as if it’s home. The room is stocked with a luring coffee brewer with coffee, tea, and cocoa. The refrigerator, toaster oven, and microwave are clean and ready for use. Our room was quiet, clean, and cozy. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Very rustic! Dog poop all over gravel parking lot. You track gravel into your room everytime you come into the room. Your always walks on a sandy gravely floor and now your drag your dirty feet in bed with you. No chairs or furniture just a bed and a bathroom.

I honestly can't remember a better stay than our two nights here. The room was comfortable and clean and everything was ready for us. It was really perfect.

Room was immaculate and comfortable. We had a spacious deck overlooking property and creek. Very quiet. Our room was in a casita away from main property and there’s no hard scape on the ground so we had to muck around in the mud. No in-room refrigerator. Coffee room fun and well appointed.

This hotel has a ton of potential, but it’s definitely not in the right hands right now. The place needs a ton of work from minor cosmetic appearances to complete Bathroom remodels. One of our windows feel out of track in the bathroom, I couldn’t get the shower curtain rod to stay up for the life of me, the cleanliness of the room was subpar, etc etc… I do want to point out that Andy, the front desk clerk was awesome! He was very accommodating, had a great friendly demeanor and was always very helpful. But the rest of the place needs an owner who will put a few $$$ back into their investment.

Coral checked us in and walked us to our room and showed us all the amenities of the property. Additionally she provided helpful information on dining and future travels. Although a bit old and rustic this property was nicely maintained, provided all the necessities for a comfortable night’s stay and the staff was wonderful.

This property is older but updated. Our room was very nice, clean, amazing bed! The staff was great! There are a few places you can walk to, but not totally a walkable location. But everything is pretty easily driveable. The only thing negative i would say is there are not very amenities?? They offer coffee and tea. But it is very quaint,quiet and comfortable. But if you're looking for entertainment, this is not the spot. But if you're looking for relaxation, it's all that!!

Such a great place to stay! I really enjoyed our room. We had an amazing view and walking in to the room there was calm music playing with the door slightly cracked for fresh air. It was great!! Would definitely stay there again!

It was a lovely place and I was able to check in early. The shower was extremely difficult to turn on and I almost called for help but I figured it out after some time. It was conveniently located to food, shopping and the beach and that's all I wanted for a quick getaway. Thank you, I would visit this place again.

What a great little dog friendly place! Pete, host, was so awesome and so helpful. I let them know ahead of time that I was bringing my dog and they had dog blanket, bowl and treat waiting in the room, we even had our own little private patio. I love that they also have a kitchen and dining area. There's also Roadhouse Coffee a short walk from your room. I do wish highway 1 was walk friendly to get to restaurants. Overall, a great place to stay.

Coral checked us in and walked us to our room and showed us all the amenities of the property. Additionally she provided helpful information on dining and future travels. Although a bit old and rustic this property was nicely maintained, provided all the necessities for a comfortable night’s stay and the staff was wonderful.

Myself and my partner had a wonderful stay at the inn. Our room was cozy, and the shared spaces were lovely! The coffee shop approximately 20 paces from our door was lovely and next time we stay we would love to try the Terrapin Creek restaurant which the inn staff highly recommended. We were very happy to have such gracious and accommodating hosts and highly recommend Bodega Bay Inn for its hospitality and would gladly return for our next trip!

Location is cool as you can walk down to the bay and there are a couple of good restaurants there like Gourmet Abey, and next to the hotel is Terrapin Creek Cafe-make a reservation! The hotel needs a hot tub, and my room smelled a little like smoke. I liked the common area kitchen.

This property is older but updated. Our room was very nice, clean, amazing bed! The staff was great! There are a few places you can walk to, but not totally a walkable location. But everything is pretty easily driveable. The only thing negative i would say is there are not very amenities?? They offer coffee and tea. But it is very quaint,quiet and comfortable. But if you're looking for entertainment, this is not the spot. But if you're looking for relaxation, it's all that!!

The room was clean and comfortable. There is a shared kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave and coffee/hot chocolate/tea. Also a vending machine with oatmeal, cup of noodles and a variety of snacks. There was no fitness center or jacuzzi but we enjoyed hiking in the area to the beaches and tide pools. There were many nice restaurants to choose from with delicious seafood. A free bottle of wine was included in our stay. We enjoyed our time there!

This place is a hidden gem. Changed our date and the dog got dropped off our reservation but they accommodated us with Iris our dog. There were other dogs there as well. Nice outdoor spaces. Also a byob...bring your own breakfast room that had coffee and tea as well as a toaster and a communal fridge for your night before leftovers.

Great stay! Loved the small cozy Inn feeling of the place. Good location next good food, coffee, and hikes. Perfect place to start your day trip and work your way down to Tomalas Bay taking in all the wildlife and seafood on the way.
