Ramada by Wyndham Burbank Airport

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Was disappointed the pool was not heated. In October, was in pool was cold to swim.

The pool can get crowded with a couple of families in it and grown men jumping in splashing everyone while also encouraging their kids to do the same as security guard was passing by and encouraging them to do so was not the best time and Sunday morning there were a family with kids around 8-9a in the pool as well. Just keep in mind that if you're there to relax or trying to sleep in, this will not be the place as it's mostly large families there with kids. The parking situation is a bit annoying, you need a parking pass and if you want to park inside the gated hotel there are only about 10 parking spots. Otherwise you'll have to park your car outside. Loved that there were ice machines in each floor. The elevator is small and prepare for it to be full most times you take it. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. We didn't hear any of the neighbors unless they were passing through our door. The hotel is right next to the fwy entrance. And a close drive to Costco. It was clean overall and there were plenty of towels in the room and also in the pool area. The front desk staff was nice and professional. Loved that they had mini deodorants for guests to take (even though random; perhaps they've had a lot of stinky people come through jk). The price is high compared to other similar places I've stayed but it's Burbank so I'll def recommend if you have family coming into town or you're visiting & want to stay in a place with a more luxurious feel than most budget hotels.

From the outside, I was a little concerned but very well kept, clean, and modern inside. Pool was very clean, gym, and gated parking. Front desk staff were very kind, professional and accommodating. Clean room, comfy bed, and very close to down town Burbank, which is very happening place on a Saturday.

Nice staff, management , clean rooms and had a nice gym too. Very quiet . No surprises is what we like! Repeat guest .. will be back! Convenient location . Close to restaurants , shopping and freeways

The only difficulty was to find parking spots at night

Loved being able to park in the inner court, creating complete security (1st come 1st served...limited spaces) Pool was very nice...and clean. The room was very comfortable and amazingly quiet considering it was next to a freeway and near Burbank airport. However, the floor badly needed to be cleaned and mopped. Front desk was completely responsive to our requests. LOVED the complimentary shuttle arrangement to the airport (Lyft). A continental breakfast would have been a nice touch.

The location is right off the freeway. We stayed here for strip to universal studios, about a 25 min drive. The rooms were spacious and clean No carpet was a plus. We had a mini fridge but no microwave. They're are 2 microwaves in the lobby item 24/7. Gated courtyard parking and plenty of free parking with security. The beds were comfy and clean. The TV was smaller than average hotel tb size. Would stay here again.

Hard to get to. Limited parking late at night. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Low water pressure. Secure parking if youre early. Pleasant staff.

Room was clean but overwhelming cleaner smell. I had to pump the door for a while to not feel nauseous. It smelled like a urinal patty. Bed had 4 pillows but all were the same size and huge, it’s nice to have a bigger variety to choose a preferred size. Overall it was fine but I wished I had spent a little more for something a little nicer.

Great experience, very clean rooms

Looking at the room, it looks very clean. However, after just a night stay, we ended up with bed bug bites.

I’m impressed with my stay here! Room was spacious for my family. Beds were comfortable and blankets nice and clean. Has fridge for cold drinks and snacks. Whole room is really clean including floors! The bathroom is spacious and has beep tub perfect for kids bath! It’s located right off freeway but you do not here traffic at all. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. I will stay here again next time I’m in LA.

Very clean

I appreciate the attention to that clean feeling and smell but when the use of blech is too, too much to the point where it makes you sick and breathing in bleach all night is not healthy. I became ill from too much bleach used to clean and wash the bed sheets.

It was a nice hotel but we had ants in our room and even after the matinee guy came and sprayed they came right back it was kinda a pain we had to deal with them

Disappointing Stay – Mold and Noise Issues Unfortunately, my stay wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped. There was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling, which is a serious cleanliness and health concern. It made using the restroom unpleasant and raised questions about the overall maintenance of the room. Additionally, the mini fridge was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep at night. It would cycle on and off with a buzzing noise that was hard to ignore. The staff was polite, and the location was convenient, but the room conditions need serious attention. I wouldn’t stay here again unless these issues are resolved.

Stay was great, location convenient to the airport. Air conditioner worked well but was very noisy and we found the mattress to be a bit too firm for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful

I actually can’t believe this is a Ramada. Run down, dirty, LOUD. It felt like the freeway ran through my room.

I like it .. it’s near a freeway if ur a light sleeper you wont like the freeway noise .. I could sleep but my husband could not .. everything was clean and renovated

The rooms were really nice and clean. Had refrigerator but no microwave. Price was good. Neighborhood around hotel not the best, however, they do have good security for entering the property. Was very convenient off the freeway. For a one or two night stay, very good. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Beds were very comfortable but pillows were very small,problem was trash can didn't have bags and trash wasn’t taken out of room or even picked up after I left bag outside door also on website it showed a chair in room and we didn’t have one in our room

The rooms have been nicely updated. The sink area really needed better lighting as it was quite dim and hard for getting ready. The TV was a little small for how far away it was from the bed. Location was great and close to everywhere we wanted to go.

This was a cheap hotel for the night. It was old and outdated. The air conditioner was extremely loud in the room which made it hard to sleep. The beds were old and not very comfortable. Parking was super tight. It was close to the Burbank Airport. Worked for the 5 hours of sleep we needed but would not return.

nice room, clean, wifi was a little weak, couldn't use my VPN. Next to the 5 freeway so constant sound of traffic. hotel was full but, not much noise.

Room was good but the staffs are EXCELLENT. I check out and left my purse in the room. They called me right after they found my purse 🙏and will send it to my address , what an excellent Service. Thank you RAMADA, I recommend this hotel if you want to go Hollywood sign

The daytime check-in guy John has a complete and total terrible customer service attitude. He needs to be fired, and go work somewhere behind the scenes away from customers. I won’t return because of him.

Hotel was great, very clean and spacious. Guy checking us in became difficult when there was some confusion over a second room. It put a downer on our stay as it's not what we expected. Other than that, the stay was great.

The check in was fast and smooth. The staff was friendly and efficient. Next time I’m in the area I’ll definitely reserve another room here.

We were not able to sleep on the first night as the A/C cycled frequently and sounded like someone beating on a metal pan. I asked for that to be checked out. Initially I was informed that nothing could be done, but was later offered another room. We changed rooms but the noise was minimally better. I didn't realize that no one would even bring fresh towels unless I requested it. When I went to the front desk to ask if room service was regularly scheduled, Fernando shook a piece of paper in my face and told me that I had signed a form to acknowledge that I would need to request room service. I said, "Ok, well I won't make that mistake again" To which he replied "Why, because you won't be back?" I replied, "that's correct" He said "GOOD!" My jaw dropped. I have never seen such rude customer service.

We stayed overnight because we had an early flight. Staff was helpful and room was clean and recently updated. They utilize Lyft for airport transportation. The lift driver did not have room for luggage and canceled. The GM took us in his own personal vehicle.

Great stay next to BUR airport. Checked all the boxes quick and easy and clean!

This was my second time staying here overall great hotel clean and very friendly. The price is great we visited the theme parks and this was super convenient.

It is not a 4 star hotel just a 4 star rating. Very clean plenty of nice thick towels nice pool area. But nothing around. No place besides small restaurant at the hotel. I give the hotel and staff a solid 4 star but the location a 2 star. Also loud due to traffic. Bring earplugs, order Uber eats, or have a car and it is very nice place to stay..

Excellent stay, clean, very nice staff. Area seems safe, close to studio’s and universal, great for the price. Easy to get to but slightly more industrial area so if you’re looking to walk to stuff it isn’t ideal. I could see the train being a bit noisy for some but didn’t bother us. Great stay!

The cuban restaurant that is attached is not very good. It was expensive, we waited 45 min for our food and then it wasn't good. The cafe con Leche was very nice though. Maybe lunch or dinner would have been better, but breakfast was disappointing. The bed in the hotel were amazing as well as the water pressure.

Did not like the fact that the room has so much empty space, very limited furniture, chairs, old TV and VERY VERY NOISY air conditioner. Did not like the fact that there was no breakfast offered.

they took the continental breakfast . I will not be coming here anymore . very very noise from freeway. couldnt sleep for 2 nights.

Had an excellent stay. The property was perfect and the staff was amazing. Only downside was the restaurant had slow food service.

The property is right next to interstate 5. It gets loud at times if your room is on that side which ours was. The room was recently remodeled and was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was not very good. Do NOT get the breakfast it was so greasy and subpar. Free coffee in the lobby would have been a nice feature. The area around the hotel was sketchy. Homeless people all over the place. It was just my daughter and I and I didn’t really feel that safe at times. There is a reason why the parking is gated. I don’t I would stay here again. The front desk people were all so nice though.

The Cuban restaurant was excellent.
