Old and rundown, smelly beds, torn towels. Poor quality of breakfast and disorganized food delivery. Loud till late, they don’t understand that people are resting. Absolute waste of money

Worst hotel experience. The hot tub was broken, pool area was disgustingly dirty with garbage, chunks of fake hair on the ground, random unclaimed wet clothes lying around. The water was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom of the pool, when we asked someone to check the levels they said they would send someone and nobody every showed up. The pool area was way overcrowded with a large group swimming unsafely by jumping on top of eachother, punching eachother, yelling and making it entirely unsafe for familes with young children to swim. Again when we voiced our concerns to the front desk they said they would send someone but never did. When we brought up our concerns to the manager at check out we were met with disdain and all around rudeness. THEN when our friends who parked in the handicapped section went to leave they saw someone activly pouring out red wine from a balacony above directly on their car. Avoid this hotel at all costs! I've stayed at Motel 6's that were better managed.

Beautiful, clean, helpful staff, the bkfst was amazing

The pool was murky and had an unpleasant smell, with hair and rubbish visible on the floor. There was nowhere to sit, and the area felt overcrowded. We asked staff for help managing a very disruptive group of teenagers and to check the water’s pH levels, but our concerns were dismissed. The rooms also had an unpleasant smell. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children.

it would be nice if on the weekends that the breakfast buffet would be at 6a or 630a just like the weekedays. that was the only reason why i choose the hotel only to find out it was later. and i didn’t get to have breakfast and i had to go my training hungry. oh, and the hot tub was not in service. other than that it was all good.
