The location was perfect, the breakfast was pretty basic, hard boiled eggs, some fruit etc,. The hot tub was nice but the bed was hard and the pillows, will the pillows were 3 small pillows seem like half size of a standard pillow with no fluff very flat it was like not having a pillow at all. Very disappointing and uncomfortable.

The only negative was the pillows. Very small and extremely flat. We had to use the sham pillows because the regular pillows were basically useless. Otherwise the hotel was amazing. The view is unmatched, the room was super nice, the bathroom was nice and updated. The complimentary continental breakfast was better than expected, the coffee was good, the hot tub was a bonus. Bring your own pillow and the stay would be perfect.

We've never had a bad experience staying at Cambria. Everything was great including the bed. Highly recommend Moonstone Landing.

We opened the door to our room and found a mouse crawling across the room. The housekeeper caught the mouse. The front desk staff were very helpful in trying to compensate us for our issue. Janeth, the supervisor, refused to speak with us saying she was too busy speaking with other guests and then hung up on us when she called us after we had already checked out of the property at the end of our stay.
