Muito caro para pouco benefício. Quarto simples e antigo. Local é ótimo e perto do mar, é apenas isso. Não tem restaurantes que funcionem após as 21h próximos e nem serviço de quarto ou sequer café da manhã ou possibilidades para comprar coisas. Deveria custar a metade do que custa.

Best hotel on Moonstone Beach! Beautiful view and exceptional staff!! We will definitely come back!!

Our stay started out wonderfully. The area is lovely, and our room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable with nice white linens, and the room was equipped with a fridge, microwave, and Starbucks machine (though we noticed only single-use plastic cups were provided). The bathroom is a bit dated but clean, with great towels, and the ceiling fans kept the room perfectly cool without AC. Sadly, the hospitality fell short on our final day. I woke up quite ill, and my husband asked reception if we could extend our stay or move to another room. While our room was fully booked, the staff insisted we check out at 11:00 AM and wait until 4:00 PM to access a new room. Being sick, waiting around for five hours wasn't an option. It was a shame that the hotel couldn't coordinate with housekeeping to get another room ready early for a guest in need. It spoiled what would have been a great review.

Staff very good. Some issues with coffee maker and fan in room however those can be fixed. The weather did not cooperate during our stay (extremely windy) but that’s not the properties fault.

Nice place. Great views, clean rooms. Parking is tight. Last morning we had no hot water...they did not seem to really care. A bit disappointed.
