I have already requested a full refund several times even called the hotel and haven’t even had the common courtesy from you guys to reach back out. That day was absolutely terrible and a waste of money.

The Good. The Breakfast was pretty tasty and varied. From toast to waffles, eggs, a meat choice, a potato choice, yogurt, cereal juice and coffee etc. The not so good: This place is DATED, think 1980’s as last remodel/reno. I had a suite and the sitting room had heated floors in 90° weather and the AC didn’t work properly. It smelled mouldy, musty and the shower leaked and looked in need of renovations. The curtains were half of the track and had punctures in the blackout portion and blocked the AC in both the living and bedroom. I pushed one of the towel bars back into the wall because one side was hanging down. You might ask why I just didn’t change rooms well I asked for a fan to help with the AC and odour problem and they brought me a dirty industrial fan. I was in the area for a wedding and the schedule didn’t allow me to seek out alternative arrangements in the area. Rooms that I’d considered in the area when I booked this were also twice to 2.5 times more now. Best Western used to be a trusted brand to me. No More!

I was very happy with all aspects of this hotel. It was clean, room was serviced daily, staff was very friendly. I loved the layout that there are two separate rooms. A giant improvement over the hotel I moved from!
