We came from another state for a short trip to Yosemite National Park. Since our flight to SFO arrived late, we called the hotel on the day of check-in to inform them that we would arrive late. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, the staff continued to be kind and accommodating. The hotel, including the guest room, was very clean. Although our stay was short, it was very comfortable. Thank you!

When I checked in my room wasn’t clean. They switched me to a room that smelled like musty smoke and the TV didn’t work.I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel because the amenities don’t measure up to the Price of a room

Room seemed fine at first glance but carpet outside bathroom was soaking wet so had to change rooms. In new room, smoke detector wasn’t actually on, no light and hanging from the wall. Lights flickered on like an old laundromat. Heat wouldn’t turn off at temp set, had to manually get up through the night to turn it on and off. Room phone didn’t work at all. No USB charging ports.

This is a fantastic hotel. We stayed here twice in a month. The team at the front desk are outstanding. Extremely friendly, helpful, very personable. Remembered our names every time we came and went. The hotel is very clean, especially our rooms. I have high cleaning standards and they exceeded my expectations. The breakfast is nothing fancy, but many choices. And all good. My only caution is the hotel is in a triangle of busy freeway, and streets. If you are a light sleeper, I would bring ear plugs. For us normal sleepers, it didn’t keep us up. The rooms are sound proofed and did a great job of blocking out as much noise as possible.

Got room on highway side and it was way noisier. Refrigerator was noisy. Body soap dispenser was empty. Towels not replenished. It was okay but not to the standard we expect from Holiday Inn

Only a couple of complaints. The beds were very uncomfortable and there was a issue with a light switch. Also the bathroom door was hard to open and close. Room really could use some updates.

this hotel is a nickle and penny. 1st we try to request early check in, we got answered that they do chage for ealry check in and check with the property, so be it. next the day we check in the guy who check us in said are all of you going to stay you only booked for 2 (but our reservafion is for 2 adult and 1 child) bcoz when we arrived my (parents) drop us on to the hotel and and they will leave and will pick up us the next morning. the guys said bcoz we charge person + taxes. not a good welcome to a guest. 3rd they did not verify but they already charge my charde for additional 3person. not happy start

I was awakened on 2 mornings at 4am by a chirping fire alarm in my room. They promised to discount my stay but didn’t. I ask mgr to call me—he didn’t. I emailed general mgr—no response. They are willing to accept poor reviews rather than provide good customer service or keep their word.

Hello My flight was delayed 12 hours. Called ahead to notify I would not need the room and if I could be refunded. Plenty of time to re-sell the room. Three days later Holiday Inn notified me I would not get a refund of my money. $200. I was even willing to take a credit for my next stay. Why do companies steal from people. Disappointed. A decent hotel, a little bit expensive (more than $200) considering its conditions. It’s a old hotel, but clean, all staff are nice, continental breakfast with scrambled egg and turkey bacon. Quiet, if the guest on upper floor doesn’t walk around all the time…Overall is good for a short stay.

Ive stayed here a couple of times and i recommend it.My only suggestion is for breakfast to be earlier on the weekends. Every thing else was fine.

Everything was great! It had good access to freeway and everything we needed was nearby. Parking was easy and breakfast was delicious.

There are no longer coffee pots in the rooms. Instead, you have to request one from the front desk, apparently. Thank you for charging more money and taking away the coffee pots. Super helpful. Not everyone is uber excited about having to leave their room at 5am upon JUST waking up and having to go interact with other human beings just for a nasty cup of coffee from a community self-serve machine. Let me have my crappy hotel room coffee, please. You charge enough for this mediocre hotel as it is. It’s unfortunate that this place is most conveniently located to where I need to be for work. Some plus’s: staff is usually friendly, nice views of the hills if you get lucky and get a good room. The rooms, however, are hit and miss. Some are nice and feel clean, others you can tell someone was in a hurry to get the room turned over, and I will never walk barefoot in this hotel (or any for that matter). Dirt and crumbs are visible on your socks after a walk from one end of the room to the other. I’m sorry for the not so great review but I’ve stayed in this hotel a handful of times now over a couple of years and I find that I enjoy the stay less and less each time.

Was a good value for a clean property. The beds were too hard, but the sheets were super soft. Was quiet even though near the highway, but the bathroom door hinges squeaked like stepping on a cats tail. The a/c unit was super quiet.

Staff was pleasant and room was neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall stay was very enjoyable. I will definitely stay at this location again.
