I was waiting for the hotel staff to finish cleaning the room, it was over an hr. wait time, i visit this hotel every month for work so when the staff sees my reservation, they know who I am.

I was traveling with a group that stayed over for the CSU graduation. My room was fine - but my parent’s room had no hot water. They tried Saturday night for showers and Sunday morning- no luck.

Lots of parking available. Staff very helpful. All the hotels in town tripled their prices for graduation weekend so I paid the bucks

Oxford is my go to when I’m in Chico. Big rooms, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast is decent too. Only thing I would say is that the showers need updating but overall my spot when in town.

Room was great and staff were excellent. Sheets were a bit old so those could use replacing especially in the Executive Suite. But overall this is an excellent property
