Nice, quiet, and inexpensive town to visit in wine country. Perfectly adequate motel - a lot of contractors were staying here when we were there. Nicer gym than expected. Great pizza and wine at Papa's Pizza Cafe a few blocks away (there are other options). Could not find anyone at the front desk to check out (just left after 15 minutes).

I stayed there for one after a half marathon in Lake Sonoma. The property was clean, plenty of parking, and the room was ample and comfortable. Great location close to the freeway.

The property was very quiet, perfect for family trip, i love that they have SAUNA room ! front desk (Oscar his customer service was excellent over all we were comfortable. the hot tub does need some TLC. definitely we will come back.

This hotel was across the street from the fairgrounds and easily walkable into the town.! Staff allowed us to check in early with no fee and there was a wonderful hot tub, steam room and outdoor pool! Drinks were always available in the lobby and the room was quiet and comfortable!

Old uncomfortable beds. Very loud bathroom fan that sounded like a plane taking off. Very loud room heater, making it impossible to sleep. No warm blanket. Construction like noise from next door all night long. Stained carpet. Will not stay again under any circumstances.

There is no thermostat so my room was freezing. The button on the microwave was broke so I couldn’t use it. The refrigerator froze my sandwich rock solid. You can hear EVERYTHING in the next room, including your neighbors having sex all night. Bedding is stiff and uncomfortable and there was a red stain on my pillowcase. Next time I’ll pay a little extra for nicer accommodations. This place has a 2 star rating and now I know why

Check-in went fine. When we got to the room, I pulled out the vinyl desk chair. It had grease spots and crumbs on the seat. The coffee pot had coffee stains on the spout the next morning. We tried to check out at 7am. There was no one at all on site and no slot for room keys. No one answered the phone so we left the keys in the room and called after 9am. Would not stay there again.

This is nothing fancy, but if you are looking for a place to stay for the night at a decent rate, it was clean, quiet, had all the simple amenities (microwave, fridge, etc.). It was right off the freeway but quiet. The staff was friendly!

There were very bright white outdoor lights on the outdoor hallway that shone through the hall front window. The curtains were built not to close! So there is bright light streaming into the motel room all night. And peeping Toms can look in all night. Unbelievable. Total nonsense.

Loved the quick service at the front desk and easy access to all that is Cloverdale. The only thing is that we were in a downstairs room and late at night we could hear the stomping and screaming from the room above. And coffee was not great.

TBH, I might stay here again if I was in the area, however, this hotel did not meet my expectations. PROS: check-in was fast and easy. The room was a nice size. The bed was fine, although my husband thought it was too hard. The walls are thin, but not a deal-breaker. CONS: I called ahead, and was ASSURED that the hot tub and steam room were in working order. Neither was true. The hot tub was hot, but the jets did not work. The steam never started in the steam room. The only breakfast offered is oatmeal and muffins, which is OK, but there was NO coffee in the lobby in the morning. My husband was told the desk clerk "just got here." It was 7am!!! We tried to get some to go before we left, and still no coffee. There was a small coffee maker in the room but that only amounted to two small cups. There were a lot of road workers staying there...not a problem but they are definitely over-charging for rooms. This was on a Tuesday in September and the price was about $145, Too high, IMO, for what is offered. There is a mini-mart within walking distance, but other restaurants you would have to drive.

Front desk clerk, tried to overcharge me for a room so I went online for a cheaper one. He then said hewould be right back, and kept me waiting in the cold for 20 more minutes for my room key. Very unprofessional and rude.

This is a very good motel for a low price. Rooms were nice, and all the necessities were there. Very convenient to restaurants. The staff surprised me by making the bed and cleaning the room each day (rare nowadays). But the office staff barely exists. They called to warn me before check-in that there would be no staff after 9pm, and although there was coffee available the morning I checked out, there was no-one there. Still, I recommend it!

I showed up at 11pm and nobody was in lobby. Rang the bell for 30 minutes outside until I eventually got tired and soaked by the rain . I went down the street to super 8. Now I’m out 180 dollars .no reply from Expedia or the hotel. Will never use this app or that hotel again. Very unprofessional on both ends

Expedia was to convey the important detail that i must have a room on first floor to the property. It was in the notes. The non-caring desk clerk at check in said nothing was available. She spoke clear English but until questioned further just had a bad attitude for myself and the other 2 guests in the lobby. She then said to come back in 20 min. We all got rooms but one guest had to talk with one of the cleaning ladies. All other parts of the visit went very well at this very good Cloverdale property.

Great, friendly customer service. I forgot some equipment in the room and didn't realize it until I got home. Contacted the hotel staff and they found my equipment and promptly took care of the situation. All professional.

The most afforable and best in town, just a block to the beginning of the sweet downtown area, with convenient restaurants, pubs, and coffee. Convenient to the freeway, but you can't see it or hear it at the hotel.

This hotel was across the street from the fairgrounds and easily walkable into the town.! Staff allowed us to check in early with no fee and there was a wonderful hot tub, steam room and outdoor pool! Drinks were always available in the lobby and the room was quiet and comfortable!

Lately I have been coming to Cloverdale a lot, and I always enjoy staying here. It's more inexpensive than any of the other hotels around here, yet it is a very good quality hotel. It is only a block to the lovely downtown area with pubs, restaurants and the wonderful Plank coffee roastary. It is also close to the destination I come here for. The manager is very accomodating, and my room gets tidied daily. I recommend it.

Stay was fine, staff was nice and helpful. Walking distances to downtown but, walking there was not pleasant. Seeing dirty clothes on the way made me feel like we were in the bad part of town.

This is a very good motel for a low price. Rooms were nice, and all the necessities were there. Very convenient to restaurants. The staff surprised me by making the bed and cleaning the room each day (rare nowadays). But the office staff barely exists. They called to warn me before check-in that there would be no staff after 9pm, and although there was coffee available the morning I checked out, there was no-one there. Still, I recommend it!

Loved the quick service at the front desk and easy access to all that is Cloverdale. The only thing is that we were in a downstairs room and late at night we could hear the stomping and screaming from the room above. And coffee was not great.

In the hotel’s website it stated that they had continental breakfast. They did not. They only had coffee & tea. This is false advertising. There was nothing nearby for breakfast.

TBH, I might stay here again if I was in the area, however, this hotel did not meet my expectations. PROS: check-in was fast and easy. The room was a nice size. The bed was fine, although my husband thought it was too hard. The walls are thin, but not a deal-breaker. CONS: I called ahead, and was ASSURED that the hot tub and steam room were in working order. Neither was true. The hot tub was hot, but the jets did not work. The steam never started in the steam room. The only breakfast offered is oatmeal and muffins, which is OK, but there was NO coffee in the lobby in the morning. My husband was told the desk clerk "just got here." It was 7am!!! We tried to get some to go before we left, and still no coffee. There was a small coffee maker in the room but that only amounted to two small cups. There were a lot of road workers staying there...not a problem but they are definitely over-charging for rooms. This was on a Tuesday in September and the price was about $145, Too high, IMO, for what is offered. There is a mini-mart within walking distance, but other restaurants you would have to drive.

Front desk staff pleasant helpful and accommodating. After such a long drive for us , he was willing to put us on the lower of 2 floors. Found the location quiet, easy to find and close enough to dining options in the “downtown” core. Only coffee available in the am from 7am to start one on their journey. But nice perk.

The evening clerk was pleasant and helpful morning clerk distant and uninviting Advertisement has breakfast from 6:30 am to 9 and that is not provided. And when inquired re this was rudely dismissed by lady at check in.

My wife and I were back in town for my CHS Class Reunion, and the hotel was within walking distance of downtown and the event. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the location was safe. Great one-night stay!

We had a good 2 night stay at this property. Pros - it was very quiet, room was clean, WiFi worked, free safe parking. Cons - the indoor small refrigerator was making horrible continual noise, there was no breakfast, coffee was available only after 7:30 AM.

The hotel was good for the basic stay. The room, bathroom, towels, etc. were clean. We also enjoyed the fridge and microwave for our perishables. The pool was the reason we chose to stay there, and the hot tub was not hot and the pool needed to be cleaned. The kid swam a bit, but was not what we expected. One of the ice machines was broken (one was working so that was great) and the vending machine was disconnected. There also was a sign when we checked in that said "no breakfast" even though on hotels.com booking it says "free breakfast." Overall, it was totally fine for passing through on a quick 12 hour sleep/stop. A little expensive, but it does the trick if you need a clean hotel with (with limited amenities).

2 dead cockroaches on the floor at entry to bathroom. Another dead cockroach noticed in parking lot. Bathroom sink drain clogged to very slow drizzle. Toilet seat not attached correctly. Shower/bathtub drain plug detached/not working. desk chair faux leather worn/old and needs replacing. For an ADA room, this is not acceptable. Check-in attendant needed to delay payment due to broken card reader receipt tape dispenser.
