There was people of all kinds out in the parking lot all night

Rooms are updated but smelled like smoke. Area didnt feel too safe. Staff was friendly

They charged me $30 for checking out late. Next to a homeless encampment. Lousy service. Disrespectful. Never stay here again.

Homeless people everywhere sleeping in cars and parking it and leaving it peeing in the parking lots by the trash area

I was actually quite surprised at the condition of the room. It was much nicer, larger and just overall in better condition than I expected, especially for the price. The staff members are respectful. The neighborhood isn't the greatest but it's not as bad as you would expect.

people walking all time of day and night screaming profanity dirty towels ,tv goes off and on says no network established, no hot water in bathroom sink, tub spout to bath does not work only shower head BAD PLACE NOT WORTH WHAT IT COST TO STAY THERE I wish I would have known

One of the worst stays I've experienced. First of all, upon check in the receptionist asked for a $20 cash only deposit, even though this wasn't stated anywhere on the property details on Expedia. If you're going to demand a cash deposit with no way of informing the guest ahead of time, the least you could do is have an ATM availble (they don't). The hotel is in an area with a lot of transient people, many clearly on drugs, seems like a likely place for crime. The outside of the building is very outdated but it seems the rooms have been recently remodeled. At first glance they're very modern and up to date but they lack the functionality and comfort you want in a room. The bed was a cheap, plastic-y mattress on a flimsy metal frame. There are side tables with wireless charging pads but they aren't even plugged in or near an outlet. The walk-in shower doesn't have a proper barrier so water splashes out all over the bathroom floor. And the water temperature is inconsistent. This motel offers the cheapest soap and shampoo imaginable. There is no fridge, microwave, safe, no hangers in the closet, not even an ice bucket. Perhaps the 2 most egregious complaints about, my room are 1) There was no smoke detector, just exposed wires where the smoke detector should hage been, and 2) the deadbolt on the door didn't work. This was especially concerning when I looked at other reviews claiming hotel staff would enter the room while guests were sleeping, showering, etc.

Disgusting the bedspread had food crumbs and toenail clippings on it. The toilet did have a handle to flush it and they never even mentioned it we had to figure it out take the back lid off and reach in the water tank and flush it from there YUCKKKKK. When i got off work at 2am i arrived and there several very loud intoxicated women/girls and one guy also loud. Of course they were partying right above our room all night. It sounded like dumptrucks running relay races. I can't even express how disgusting the place and people there were. I should have just slept in my car im still so grossed out. Oh and they tried to say i only have them a 20 deposit when i gave 40. Never again. All the other people are lying to you this place is a nightmare

Staff walks in on you while you’re sleeping. Also, the bedding had a period blood stain.

The room had roaches. The linen was dirty. The shower curtain was moldy, and the shower wasn’t cleaned all the way they had a second refrigerator in the room and it was broken down, sitting in the corner and it stink and the floor in the room was broken.

Clean room.

First room i was guven had white stains on blanket. Given a different room and the was roaches. Given a different room agsin and it was just as filthy with stained shower curtain. Run down. They refused to give me a refund.

Dirty rooms, lots of hair on the sheets, blankets had stains on them and burn holes, gave us rashes. Staff were not professional. Cash deposit only, if not they will keep your ID as a deposit. Floors were dirty and tiles were broken.

Gave me a hard time checking in asking for a $50 deposit instead of the minimum deposit stayed in the office for a while then they let me get the minimum deposit to check in but when I checked in the bed sheets and covers dirty had to stress the landing and clean up the shower curtains need to be changed and shower needs to be clean the housekeeper is not really cleaning

The room was a no smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes. The sheets were all dirty with stains on them gross.

Very clean,Owners / employees very accommodating and polite property well Maintained owners / employees make sure it’s a safe and sound place to stay for the guest that pass thru for busness or and it happens to be almost walking distance to and from the airport and at a more then reasonable price. *****

Great remolded area is terrible tho and it was loud plus u hv to mk 20 deposit no microwaves room was spacious and clean.

Price was good.. there was an unexpected $50 cash security deposit.. my TV was missing the Roku remote.. so had to stream from my phone.. and imo the new led lighting is excessively bright.. bed was comfortable.

Usually a good place if not in the back upstairs was loud no microwave this time either but still a ok stay gonna try again hopefully im in front.room

Cockroaches in the room. Unadvertised cash deposit. No WiFi password given. No outlets by the bed to charge a phone. Sheets and towels had stains and other people's hair on them, looked like they had never been washed. Ugly, sketchy location.

Looking outside I was not impressed. However, it's is an older building. Went inside,,, it was so beautiful, modern, and conformable. Loved the walk in shower. The room did not have microwave or a frigarator.

Horrible cheap beds

Manager is absolutely by far the most horrible motel manager I've ever experienced. She is very rude & unprofessional. She has made my stay uncomfortable & most unpleasant. If door isn't answered almost immediately she will enter your room with no knowledge of you possibly being undressed/exposed to public. Not to mention shower curtains are full of mold, which explains the sudden cough I'm experiencing. I will definitely be seeking legal advice...

This was one of the most frightening experiences of my travel life. Horrible location, unhelpful staff, unsavory people in parking lot and hard to find. Room was lacking many normal amenities. Why is this property even recommended by Expedia?

The location was in a bad area. When I tried to check in they didn’t speak English. It was ackward and too forever to check in. When I checked in none of the outlets worked and I found cigarette butts on the floor in my bathroom. It was gross I couldn’t stay.

Provide some basic breakfast items like: Tea, coffee, cocoa and bagel/muffin etc

Nice,quiet,peaceful and it did hurt that Shakey's is right next door.
