This was our second stay at this property. It may not be one of the best but good enough for our purpose. Proximity to 405 highway, beach, restaurants, starbucks, ucla is great and free parking is a huge perk.

Parking and access was plentiful and easy. Checkin was fast and easy. The bed was comfortable and clean. Vinyl floor was clean. Otherwise a basic room that met my needs.

Ok place for a nights stay. Room was spacious but everything inside was old and tired looking. Bathroom was very cramped. Hallways were gloomy. Free parking was good.

This place is disgusting, there’s stains on EVERYTHING. INCLUDING THE LAP SHADES. Floor boards are coming the doors are covered in dirt and finger prints. Bathroom is gross and shower is yellow. Not worth it.

It’s a hotel that shows its age but the my room was spotless, well cared for and cleaned tidy every day! The staff were wonderful and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Check in initially smooth but room we were given was mold/mildew ridden. All bathroom walls had wallpaper coming off with thick,black mold present. This was not a small area from shower spill, but entire walls. We asked for a different room and only one they had bordered the initial one and had same problem(not as extensive) We were told no other rooms available and we wanted to cancel our stay. We were very happy with Hotels.com help online getting this to happen with full refund. Health Dept should check this place out

Honestly, the main issue is the location and the fact that our room smells like cigarettes were smoked in here. My wife is pregnant, and the smell doesn’t help. Fridge doesn’t work, and we have food that will spoil now. Honestly, would prefer a partial refund.

There was black mold around the shower door and in the corner of the shower. Wall paper was torn off the walls in the bathroom. It smelled musty in the room. I recommend the Ramada Inn down the street on Sepulveda.

We arrived to check in and there was nobody in the lobby. There was a small note taped to the window saying “Be back at 7pm” which was about 1/2 hour after we arrived. I was shocked there was nobody in the lobby! Another guest was also waiting to check in. The phone was ringing and nobody answered it. Then we got up to the room and it definitely had a cigarette smell. The wallpaper was hanging off the wall in the room and in the bathroom and the shower and ceiling in the bathroom had mold!

For a slightly older hotel and the location being near the highway, this felt like a hidden gem!! My room was very spacious but more importantly incredibly clean and quiet. The staff was great and attentive too - I had an issue with the TV and the front desk staff helped me immediately to resolve the problem. I will be returning!

This is a good property. And the price was reasonable. However, the traffic noise was only outdone by me being on the second floor and on the third floor somebody decided to be dancing all night long. So if you’re going to stay here and get the truly inexpensive rate for LA then you should be on the third floor so that you don’t hear people dancing all night, other than that, it was great. Thank you.

Convenient location. On site parking. Shower was terrible with very little water pressure. Two lights in room not working. Not fixed upon request despite being told they would be. Staff disinterested and unhelpful when an item was left behind.

The night lady front desk would not give me 2 extra bath towels. I only had 2 in my room and wanted 4 - My daughter and I like a towel for body and another for hair. My daughter and I asked nicely and she said "No" and she said that I keep asking for towels everyday. I had only been there 1 night and only asked once for the 2 extra towels. We conversed over this matter for about 15 minutes. Her final answer was "No" She later called the room and asked if room had been cleaned and how many towels we had. I said it\'s fine don\'t worry about the towels. At that point I was over it. Overall, bad customer service and NOT worth the price I paid.

For an older hotel the cleanliness was good, the room climate was great and the one person staff we met was awesome. We arrived late and left early so had little time to review much but we were pleased with our stay.

The room was clean and spacious. Guest on the floor above us were very noisy until late. When I arrived to check in there was no one at the registration desk. I knocked and called but no response. I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for someone to come. Should be a bell or some way to summon help!

Been staying here for years never had a bad experience. Very accessible, the 405 is nearby. Lots of good food around the area. It's about a 10 min drive from downtown, which has even more good food. My most recent stay, there was an issue with my room and the staff took care of it within 15 minutes. I will definitely be back.

This was the perfect location for my trip to LA. There is a convenience store across the street, a cafe under the hotel, and multiple bus stops for multiple lines within 5 minutes of walking. There were also some good food trucks within 10 mins walking. This is the perfect hotel if youre using the metro to get around LA ( Using the metro is cheap and easy, but just like NY there are some 'unfriendly' people on the metro. )

Location Location this was just a perfect location for beach & Universal Studios not to far away. Didn't spend much time in the room as the plan was just top get some sleep. The room was spacious and beds are confortable. The best part of the property was just simply the location

Fine for short stay. Reasonable price. Dated but clean rooms. Staff was polite and accommodating. Not sure about safety/24/7 front desk staffing. Didn’t see anyone at desk most of the time I entered. So anyone could come in and go up elevator to the rooms at night. Excellent restaurant next door.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. One of the main issues was the lack of drinking water; the dispensers were out of order throughout my stay. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not functional, which made it difficult to stay connected. When it was time to check out, there was no staff available to assist, and I was promised a $10 breakfast voucher that I never received. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and poor service made my stay far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience

The property doesn’t have free breakfast. There is a diner below that has great food, but super expensive. There is an House of Pancakes walking distance north on Sepulveda. The rooms are clean, it was quiet, and it was less expensive than most places!

Our bed was comfortable, good water pressure, the bathroom water faucet should been a stream of water instead of a spray. The heating system wasn't well regulated. They did offer a coupon gor the restaurant next door. The hotel was close to where we neededto go, so that's one of the reasons we stayed there. It was adequate for our short stay.
