Overall, not a bad place to stay, however, it may not be necessarily all their doing because they are next to a mall and restaraunts, but there are huge rats in the parking lot. Other than the vermin, it provides clean rooms and semi modern amenities.

Firstly the positives - clean, good room and staff were fine. Now the problems: 1. No facility whatsoever to mind luggage caused us a lot of inconvenience. 2. There really is no breakfast. (I don’t consider an overcooked ‘honey roll’ breakfast.) 3. Very bad plumbing - toilet overflows. 4. Very heavy traffic noise from Coke Distribution Centre across the road.

stay at this location was OK. The real problem that I found were one. Our room was not available upon their check-in time. Had to wait. About 30 minutes more. Parking lot is very small not very accommodating for larger size vehicles.

My husband and I and our two young kids had to go to a funeral so we stayed here. The first night we were woken up at least 5 times because the light kept randomly turning on, lighting up the entire room. The next day as we were getting ready for the funeral, there was no hot water for anyone in the hotel. We all took freezing cold showers. They kept saying to give them 5 minutes and it would be fixed, but an hour and a half later, we just had to go or we would be late. We ended up checking out of our 3 night stay, and the girl at the front desk was super nice and apologized and said she would give us a full refund, and that I just had to call Expedia and she would confirm with them as well. So we left. A few days later I call Expedia and ask for my refund and explained what happened. They said the property was not approving a refund for the night that we stayed there with no hot water, but only refunding us for the two nights that we didn’t stay there. Days Inn manager said it would be impossible to refund, and then continued to repeat about 30 times “ma’am I’m so sorry you had a bad experience, but there is nothing I can do” like a broken record. They stopped answering my questions and kept repeating that line as if they were trying to de escalate the situation, but that just made me more frustrated because they weren’t being solution oriented. They wouldn’t budge on my refund I was promised.

Coffee Maker, Fridge, microwave.. Fantastic. VERY Clean, and that BED,, so comfortable. Value priced., I will stay here again. I can't remember the name of the lady who checked me in., but she was lovely and helpful.

Huge rooms compared to others. Newly renovated, like that it's floors instead of carpet, rooms were too small, only double and King choices. Parking is limited. Got the last spot by the entrance. I have a truck, had to park at angle to stop from blocking entryway.

There was a grid power failure due to a transformer explosionin the area on 12 24 2024, but the hotel had no back up generator, so there was no power or lights to the hotel and room..I was unable to recharge my laptop and cell phone .

Only complaint was that parking is very limited

Pulled the covers to our bed and found a large what seemed to be a blood stain. Why would the staff place a stained sheet on the bed?

This property was nothing like it says it is. The pictures online are not updated pictures. the room we got obviously was not cleaned the way it should be. the bathroom had mold all around the shower and on the shower walls. the floors were grimy like they have not been mopped in a very long time. The bed linen was dirty and one of the pillows looked like it had blood smeared on it. the floor in the whole room is laminate flooring and by the time we left there the bottom of my wife's shoes looked like she was walking on asphalt all weekend and her slides were only worn inside that hotel room. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff they really did not seem to care about making things right. We most definitely not be staying at this hotel ever again. Also the website says they have breakfast the only thing that they had for breakfast was Pop Tarts and coffee, definitely not worth staying at this place. Very noisy place people outside yelling and partying late at night and not once did I see the hotel staff tell anyone to keep the noise down. Do not waste your time renting here go somewhere else. I feel that we should have had our money refunded to us just for how unsanitary this room was if i could upload the pictures you would see what I am talking about. But I will be warning people if they are in the Downey area do not stay at his place.

This motel was extremely dirty. The toilet was not working. The floor made my kids feet and hands black like cold and the AC was not working. I called them for all the issues, and they wanted me to wait until the next day or leave and cancel the reservation I would highly recommend not to stay at this location, it was the worst hotel I have ever been into

Clean, staff is friendly. They do clean your Linens daily. Everything is close by. Highly recommend.

The rooms can definitely use better better cleaning. The tv had poor connection. Constantly freezing. It’s was loud area and advertise indicated breakfast included. The breakfast they served for 2 days was hot coffee, orange juice and a Cinnabon individual package. I was visiting for a week! I checked out and got another hotel. PLEASE! Clean up rooms better. I went with my family and saw others with families there as well. Advertise says “families love it here” INCORRECT

The rooms were very dirty. They need deep cleaning to be done and when we got our rooms you could tell the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. They were sticky and there was dust everywhere. One of our rooms had issues with the bathroom sink not draining and when I called to let them know they asked if I had put something down the sink and I said well I do need it to brush our teeth. Overall the rooms were not clean.

Although the room had an overwhelming smell of cleaner it was not clean. Would not stay here again.

This property was easy to locate. The room is clean with lots of room. Not fancy, but i didnt need fancy. Small area for a " breakfast". Bed was cumfy with plenty of pillows for 1 person.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the WiFi worked. Worth what we paid but there was a few problems. The “breakfast that is offered is some coffee and pop tarts. If that is all there is to offer might as well not have it. When inquiring about the safe in the room was told they are locked because they are discontinued and not being offered anymore… kinda odd. Our first day they took the dirty towels but did not replenish them, so we had to ask for some late at night. On the first day we managed to clog the toilet twice… found a plunger next to the stairway conveniently. (The trick is to stand there and hold the handle until the tank is emptied and we didn’t have a problem after that) All the staff that we dealt with onsite were helpful and friendly. The hotel was ok. We had to change rooms because of traffic noise, but it didn’t really help. Hotel is on the corner of two major streets with lots of traffic - quite noisy. Two arm chairs weren’t comfortable. We were busy which was good. Not a place to relax in the room.

Building is conveniently located, ample parking and for the most part clean, staff is okay not the friendliest but also are not exactly rude. The rooms are fair in size just wish the beds were a little more comfortable. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

They did not have towels only gave us one towel. Front desk overcharged me was rude. I had two men who were trying to enter my room.

Worst check-in experience I have ever had and i’d consider myself someone who travels often. Front desk staff were terrible. The lady’s working on January 8th, I believe a manager and another employee tried canceling my hotel because I didn’t like the service they were providing. I said I would be complaining and they gave me my deposit back and tried to turn me away after booking this trip months ago. Machines were down because of the wild fire, and I explained we already paid online but they wanted a deposit or they wouldn’t let us stay. We ended up getting cash out but I was already upset and they tried canceling the hotel because they said they had the right if I was already complaining. My boyfriend had to promise the staff that I wouldn’t in order for us to stay but obviously this just made me angrier. We had been traveling all day and i’m pregnant but they did not care. I have never been treated so poorly by any hotel staff, simply because I thought they could do better. Hotel was in a good location, but has barely any light in the room and this hotel has absolutely no breakfast as it was advertised.

Lovely Lisa let me check in earlier than scheduled-accommodation was perfect for a two night business trip. Very clean and comfortable room. The floor was a little sticky from cleaning supplies but other than that, very clean and comfortable!

I originally booked for 1-night; I extended my stay to an additional night. The following morning, we requested clean towels, and I was advised that I wouldn't get clean towels because the person who does the rooms left for the night. I had to reuse the towels 5 of them for my 5 children. According to the day-shift staff lady, the towels weren't going to be reused, and I was charged a $30 fee for the towels I had to use during my 2-night stay at this place. I have not ever experienced any hotel or motel front desk and overall, a horrific attitude, and I have neither been denied receiving clean towels or room service even if it's due to short staff. Management shall consider this, because if this hasn't occurred to another guest, then I definitely take the day-shift lady from the moment I checked in to checking out as a personal/racism discrimination for my appearance. Not good for business to have a front office representative of your company while discriminating a single mother with 5 children under 18 years of age, and denied a clean set of towels in addition she charged me for reusing the towels two-nights? Customer service management please contact me, because I am not convince that this kind of treatment is okay, nor for myself or anyone else.

The hotel is located just walkable to Stonewood Center, Macy’s is your good place to shopping around. Room is clean and spacious, all is fine but only breakfast is so simple to nothing!

I chose this hotel because it was advertised as providing a continental breakfast.The 2-3 prepackaged muffins and sweet rolls, orange jiuce or coffee is FAR FROM A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. I could have gone to the local convenient store and bought similar food items cheaper than to pay the higher price for the hotel. Very disappointing !!

When I booked, I read that breakfast was included with the stay. I dont consider Pop Tarts breakfast.

The room was clean and more spacious than I thought it would be. The options for breakfast was awful, muffins and coffee is NOT breakfast. One staff was just down right rude and made us feel like we were always bothering her

The beds are comfortable, the room is clean, the sheets need updating, the breakfast is a scam, they only serve a pop-up tart and the coffee is very bad, they have the trash can next to the table, it's better if they don't say they offer breakfast, that's a disappointment.

The hotel was in a good location close to Downey downtown. Friendly front desk. My floor was very sticky not sure why. Asked to clean but still sticky. Breakfast was mainly to go. Not too many option.
